Apartments in Kelantan, Malaysia

This location is very convinient and this is the area that i would stay next time. But i dont think i can go to this Prestige Kiara River View again. Unless the host can improve these: 1) no wifi 2) no day curtain only blackout curtain 3) toilet are not scrubbed and has dirty unwashed stains all over the toilet. It has grimes all over the toilet. Pls improve.

Once we have the problem that we got the different room from the booking,but admin team was quickly take action change the room, tq for the action..

Alhamdulillah, even though it was a last minute booking, it wasn't the wrong apartment. It is complete, neat, clean and beautiful. Getting room no. 47 is really worth it. The room is clean, there are mineral water provided & even dental kit for use. There are infinity swimming pool that faces the city view. Right below the residency there are convenient shops, restaurants & cafés.

Overall, everything was good, but there are a couple of areas that need improvement. There was no wiping cloth provided for the sink area, which was inconvenient. Also, the current coffee/toast burner or whatsoever they called, the setup is not practical especially if you want to reheat food. Replacing it with a small microwave would be far more useful. That aside, the service was excellent. Response times were impressively fast, likely due to the use of an AI platform for handling customer enquiries.

Stay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids. Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again. Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6. Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side. Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking. Overall, all is good.

Found this guesthouse in Kelantan; the environment is clean and hygienic. The lady at the front desk is friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Check-in was convenient, and it's right next to a shopping area.

Bagi yang melancong ke negeri kelantan, hotel ini amat sesuai dengan anda yang melancong bersama keluarga besar anda. Ada dua bilik yang mempunyai 1 double bed dan satu bilik mempunyai 2 double bed. Sempat bermain dengan PlayStation 4 dan sangat best suasana di sini. Betul2 di tengah bandaraya kota bharu.

The building is quite old. The door is stiff and difficult to close. It does not have an auto-lock. The water pressure of the shower drops when the temperature is increased. However, the drainage was fine. The corners were not cleaned thoroughly, so there was a lot of dust. There were small ants by the windows. It was an apartment-type apartment for long-term stays, and the amenities were well-equipped, but there was a lot of dust. The air conditioning worked well. There were no problems with wifi. The sheets and pillowcases had unique patterns. The sheets were worn out. The local restaurant in the same building was delicious. It was impossible to drink or buy beer nearby. You had to go to Chinatown. It was a 20-minute walk. It was RM10 to get to Kota Bharu Airport from Wakabah Station by Grab.
