You can check in at Achilles Motel reception next door. There is no elevator so if you have heavy luggage you have to carry it on your own if you get assigned on the second floor. Each of the room have its own parking space. Basic kitchen equipment with utensils for a light and easy meal. Overall happy for the price and bring some bath bombs if you like soaking in a hot tub.

We loved the hotel. The room was clean and tidy and everything was in place. Just a 10 minutes walk down the road and we are at the lake. The beds are comfy and the night is quiet. I noticed there is another occupant in the other part of the room. If I were to stay for a couple more days, I would love to book the entire place. We could hear the people on the other side of the house but it was still pleasant to stay. It is spacious and the kitchenette was good. I read reviews that it was like an oven in summer, but it was okey with us because the weather wasn't hot and the clouds covered the sky which was a disappointment to my star gazing activity....all the way there...UNESCO night sky reserved...unable to see a single star.

Amenities: The facilities were comprehensive. My only minor issue was that our room type didn't have a wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Hygiene: The hygiene was excellent. Environment: The environment was great. The hotel area was very clean, and within 100 meters, there was a bus stop, gas station, supermarket, and restaurants. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and patiently handled our check-in, explaining all the necessary information. We think this is a great choice for young people looking to stay for a day or two. Unlike the city center, parking isn't an issue here, and it's a pleasant walk to the city center for sightseeing.

The check-in age requirement is 25+. You don't need a key card to activate power in the room. The location is great, with all the Citywalk attractions nearby. The facilities are quite new. The induction hob in my room was broken, but the front desk offered to switch rooms. There's a washer and dryer, a large microwave, and a kitchen stocked with many amenities (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, all very new). Wi-Fi speed and air conditioning heating performance were just so-so. Soundproofing was decent. Because of the exterior decorations, you can't see outside from the window. The front desk staff spoke Chinese and were very nice. They leave at 7 PM. When it rained, they even offered to lend me a large Quest umbrella. There's a food street called Riverside Market and gift shops nearby, most of which close around 8 PM. If the shower gel and shampoo bottles hanging in the shower run out, they'll replenish them with small ones.

Convenience of check-in: It's about a 15-minute walk from the Intercity bus stop, very close to the city center, making it extremely convenient. This guesthouse is a small house built by a Chinese couple who live right next door. They are very welcoming and easy to reach; just call them if you need anything. It's safe and convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small stove and microwave, making it easy to heat things up. The house on the first floor also has a small courtyard, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning – a real treat.
