The hotel environment is quite good. Each room comes with a dedicated parking space, which is great for families. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. The kitchen equipment is limited and quite basic. I highly recommend the breakfast place right outside the hotel, Pembroke Pâtisserie – it's absolutely delicious!
Very good a hotel apartment, very warm design, perfect facilities, neat and clean, just like your own home. Enjoying the sun on the balcony and drinking a glass of beer is life. The weather in Wanaka is too good. The hotel service is very nice and responds to requests. Also the washing machine comes with disposable detergent, too courteous. The bed was also very comfortable, the shower water was large enough to shower and shampoo very comfortable. Hope to have the chance to stay again next time.
Really nice looking room and a very good price performance ratio. And you even get a complimentary drink. Room was nice and warm upon arrival. I didnt really understand the self checkin for a second, cause i didnt know the rooms were directly at the parkinglot, where the whiteboards and the name are written. Really easy and useful for a fast checkin and checkout. I would stay there again.
I was very satisfied with the hotel. It's about a 15-minute walk from the airport, and there's a New World supermarket on the way where you can buy groceries and cook. The hotel provides all cooking utensils, including pots, pans, an oven, and a microwave. The free washer and dryer were a great bonus, and the room was very spacious – a one-bedroom apartment with a living room, bathroom, and balcony. Everything was perfect, except for some construction noise starting around 8 AM from next door.
Enjoyed my 2 night stay in Harvest Park. Not too far away from town center (10 mins drive) and from various vineyards :D Heated floors in the toilet was such a nice surprise too. Lovely people taking care of the property, tho it is located in the industrial park area of Cromwell. It was quiet at night and even in the mornings (some reviews said that they could hear noise from the factories around - i didnt!).
The hotel is on the slope at the end of George Street, overlooking Dunedin. The appearance is small and fresh, and the inside is exquisite. It is so clean. Kitchenware, tableware, washing machine and dryer are all available. The superior one-bedroom room has a large bed + a single bed, especially suitable for a family of three.
Located in Queenstown (Frankton), this apartment is within a 5-minute drive of Remarkables Park Town Centre and The Kingston Flyer. This apartment is 1.3 mi (2.1 km) from Lake Wakatipu and 1.7 mi (2.7 km) from Queenstown Event Centre.
Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself comfortable in your apartment. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
The location is particularly good, the sea can be seen outside the window, the large window is very doubled, except that it is a bit troublesome to take the key when you check in, and I have not received one. Others are perfect.
An absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel's surroundings are incredibly beautiful. Inside, the decor is very unique and charming, with a lovely little garden and a pool. The front desk even gave us welcome cookies when we checked in, which was a really nice touch.
Really enjoyed my stay here. The place was super clean, which is always a big plus. It’s in a great location – easy to get to nearby sights and attractions without much hassle. Having parking available made things even more convenient, especially since we were driving around a lot. One of the best parts was the view from the room – absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. Overall, it was a super comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area. Great spot for a relaxed and easy trip.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is very central, a 20-minute walk to the lake, or a 5-minute drive. The service attitude was good. We didn't try the restaurant. The balcony offered lake views, but the building and rooms overall felt a bit dated. The parking lot was a significant issue, and I'm not sure if other Queenstown hotels have similar problems: 1) There were no clear signs for entering the parking lot (we encountered road construction, and the entrance was marked as closed, but it was indeed the way in). The parking entrance involved an uphill slope before driving down to a lower level. The exit also wasn't clearly marked, making it easy to confuse the entrance and exit, thinking the entrance was also the way out. 2) The parking lot was narrow with many pillars and quite dark. 3) The ceiling of the parking lot was low; opening the trunk would hit the ceiling, and opening it too quickly could easily cause scratches (as the parking notice states, 'enter at your own risk,' so it seems many cars have been scratched in this lot).
GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel apartment for three nights during our South Island road trip in Queenstown. The two-bedroom, two-living room lake-view apartment (with two separate bathrooms) was excellent! Make sure to choose a unit on the 4th or 5th floor, as the 3rd floor's lake view might be partially obstructed by other buildings. The kitchen is fully equipped (though you'll need to bring your own seasonings). On the evening of April 18th, we were able to see both the aurora and the Milky Way right from our room's balcony – no need to go out and brave the cold, which was absolutely amazing and so worth it! The hotel parking was also very convenient; we paid 45 NZD for three days. However, it might be inconvenient if you don't have a car, as the hotel is located in a lower area off the main road, and the front desk is a bit of a walk from the other two apartment buildings. It's about 2.5 kilometers from Queenstown center.

AamyuqlI checked in at 3:30 PM only to be given a dirty room, which was very disappointing. I immediately went to the front desk to report it, and they asked me to wait. I then asked if an upgrade was possible because the room felt very cramped, and the window only offered a view of the resort grounds, not the sea. It was room 213B, and all 'B' rooms apparently don't have sea views. You definitely need to pick an 'A' room for a good view. A little later, the front desk told me there were no rooms available and still asked me to wait. After another short wait, they said I could switch to room 201B. Upon opening the door, it was much better – it had a side window and even a partial sea view!
GGuest UserWalked out onto the balcony and we were met with these stunning views.
The time that we visited (May) meant that it was slightly too cold to be out on the balcony for too long, but the views that we enjoyed out of the window were magnificent.
When the first arrived the lady on the front desk was very friendly, and helpful.
We had asked for a double bed and had been allocated two single beds. She quickly contacted the ladies from house keeping and they very kindly sprung into action to help rectify the situation.
The housekeeping staff were nice and pleasant, and the location was just right for us to get out and about visiting some of the local attractions like the Kiwi birdlife park.
The big plus about staying at the highview apartments was having a parking space. When you visit queenstown you'll soon find out that in some places finding a parking space is like gold dust.
AAnonymous UserIt is a lakefront hotel, making it easy to enjoy a walk around Queenstown. Although the accommodation is older, it’s kept clean and tidy. The reception was a bit hard to find, so you need to drive slowly to avoid missing it. We were lucky enough to stay on a lower level, which meant fewer stairs to access our room. The only downside was some noise from next door—guests seemed to enjoy karaoke until midnight, which was a bit bothersome. Nonetheless, it’s a nice hotel to stay at for a family of five.

GGuest UserWe LOVED this accommodation!
It was at a great location, walking distance to nearby cafe and the Hilton restaurant - which was amazing for sunset drinks overlooking the gorgeous lake and snow capped mountains.
It was close enough to the bustle of Queenstown but far enough away to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The host was friendly and welcoming and provided really useful information that assisted our stay.
Self - paid car parking walking distance.
Other dining options in the immediate area were limited but we had food delivered easily. Thank you!
