I stayed at Boulcott Suites for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent — plenty of eateries nearby (many Asian options), a New World supermarket just around the corner, and Cuba Street all within walking distance. For those driving, private parking is available at NZD 29 per night, though it does need to be booked in advance by calling ahead.
The room itself was well-equipped, with nearly everything listed on their website provided. Amenities included tea, coffee, hot chocolate, an infusion tea selection, a coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, clothing rack, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hair dryer. There’s also a convenient kitchenette with a stove and full set of utilities if you’d like to prepare meals. Do note that some basics like a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, and bottled water aren’t supplied. I just drank the tap water, which seemed perfectly fine.
On the downside, I felt the room was a little dusty, which took away slightly from the otherwise good presentation. I had also requested a baby cot during booking and was told it would be included, but it never arrived in the room. It wasn’t a big issue for me personally since the bed was large enough to co-sleep with my baby, but it’s worth mentioning for others who might rely on that service.
All in all, Boulcott Suites is a convenient and comfortable choice in the heart of Wellington, with great amenities and an ideal location. With a little more attention to detail on housekeeping and guest requests, it would be close to perfect.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to Cuba Street, a very convenient location. The staff are all of Indian descent and very friendly.
A NZ$100 deposit is required upon check-in, payable in cash or by bank card. Front desk hours are 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM; check-in outside of these hours may be inconvenient.
I checked out outside of these hours, and the staff were very considerate, refunding my cash deposit a day in advance, which was a big plus.
The room photos differ slightly from the actual room, a bit misleading, and the hotel does not have a communal kitchen.
However, the price is affordable, and given its city center location, it offers excellent value for money and is generally very affordable.

Great location, has everything you need in a room. Would be nice to have a view and to open a window but it is CBD. Check-in was swift, lifts are fast, ventilation would be the only downside. Had a great weekend.

PattersonAlways thoroughly enjoy my stay here. Very convenient, a step away from central Courtenay Place. Parking is convenient and easily accessed. Rooms are fully equipped with kitchenette that has its own dishwasher/cooktop/fridge etc. super comfy bed and nice little balcony. Really nice open plan bathroom/wet room and lighting is great for dolling up! It’s the PERFECT spot for a night out on the town. Always will be booking here for when I am needing to spend my night in Central Wellington for events. Christian H at the counter is a very nice and welcoming work colleague.

A divine experience glamping in a vineyard! ❤️
Had the good fortune of stumbling across Martinborough on my way to Wellington. It's a quaint place with a variety of well appointed cabins with gas fireplaces and spa baths just outside the cute village of cafes, shops and wineries. Their team is kind and hardworking. 💯
Bring your own food since you'll have a kitchenette and food can be limited during the day since most places don't open until evening or the weekends for tourists. Also, recommend driving since it's both expensive and challenging to get around outside of the limited free shuttle. Bikes are available to rent for $40NZD 🤑🤑

I love the room is fully equipped from kitchen material to washing machine, drying machine, dishwashing machine, and surprisingly 2 TVs, in the sofa and bedroom. Kitchens is separate from the bedroom. This is very nice.
Location, Five minutes walk to the bus station.
Unfortunately, they do not have the policy to refund one night since I stay three night already.
In overall, it is the nice place to stay.

Very satisfactory accommodation, everything is there, washing machine, refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc., I won't list them one by one, it has everything you can think of. This hotel is more attentive to business, it is very convenient for you to cook. The bathroom is not big but it is enough and clean. The room is just the right size and very comfortable. In short, it is better than expected
