The staff were friendly, and once they knew I was Japanese, they remembered my face and greeted me in Japanese with ”Good morning,” ”Welcome back,” and ”Hello.”
I stayed for two nights, and it was a nice touch that they left two bottles of mineral water when cleaning the room.
If I had to mention any concerns:
There was only a bath towel, and it had a slight odor.
I was looking forward to using the pool, but it was closed due to renovations.
The elevator also had a noticeable smell.

We really appreciate our 8 nights stay, maganda ung location since hindi facing the sun so pwede ka magstay sa balcony anytime.
Amenities are good very convenient kasi may laundry na kasama
Enough din ung beds and pillows for us na 5 persons
Big enough ung ref to store many food
Good aircondition.
Very cozy at aesthetic ung room kahit maliit.
Space is ergonomically good.
Then free access sa pool is a plus
Nearby sa mga groceries at food.
Enough sampayan and great city view

Super helpful and good assistance of owner din kasi they update us regarding our stay.
Mababait din ung mga guards sa lobby at buong compound.
Before we leave the unit po we clean the place po.

A lovely little place! It’s cosy and well equipped. The location is good, surrounded by eateries that accept credit card payments. The WiFi was fast and stable - stark contrast to our 5 day stay in Moalboal.
The swimming facilities and fitness room looked great. It’s around 5 minutes from the airport, so ideal for those departing Cebu.

This is how you do it !!!!!!!! Amazing property. Everything you need and more I didn't want to leave the apartment. So well equipped and so comfortable. Each time I thought of something. It was there !!! . Beautiful place I would recommend, 💯 Made a huge difference to my stay, after getting scammed by a previous booking. This was truly amazing 😍😊😊

Бронировали чтоб отдохнуть несколько часов до вылета. К сожалению не посмотрел расположение на карте. Оказалось он находится с обратной стороны аэропорта и ехать до него около 30 мин. Хотя расстояние Казань до аэропорта 1.8 км. Будьте внимательнее

One of the best we've stayed at. New and clean, with excellent customer service. Clean pool. Polite staff. Induction stove and decent cookware, which is a nice touch.

Beautiful apartment. Nicely decorated. Good view of water and islands. Bonus - clothes washer!
Handy to have kitchen and full fridge. Food delivery is easy, but walking to and from is uncomfortable with narrow road and no sidewalk. Beaches are close but long walk.
Resort does not follow its own advertising, was disappointed to be charged for things stated to be free. Feels deceptive (not Dominik fault, but guests to be aware).
Cebu is interesting city. Worth visit.

Location was awesome and room is big, but the downside is the water supply each day was always not enough. We had to stock up pails of water incase there’s no water in the morning.

HHung CBiggest downside is AC unit is mounted on the wall, inside the room that makes very loud noise , maybe a portable or ceiling fan could help air circulation without the need of AC at night. Close to the airport which is a plus. Very basic and simple facility; no toiletries , no daily room cleaning is needed , no bottle water , however there was a water dispenser if you have your own bottle. Property does offered a monthly rental at a very reasonably rate. Replacing the AC unit is something management should consider.

TTrip xiaomaoI stayed here to go diving in Mactan. Although it's a little far from the resort hotels, it's located in New City, making it a clean and tidy environment. It was within walking distance of supermarkets, convenience stores, food courts, pharmacies, and other convenient shops, making it a very comfortable stay. Because it's a condominium, all communication is done via email, which initially worried me. Due to the Cebu earthquake the day before my arrival, the extra bed I requested hadn't been set up when I checked in. However, after inquiring by email, a staff member came right away and set it up. All of my requests were handled promptly by email. Early check-in and late check-out were also provided free of charge, which was very helpful. There was a decent washing machine, so I felt like I really lived in the apartment. I'd definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserKitchen utensils were also available and I was able to stay without inconvenience. The water pressure in the shower is a little weak, but you can take a shower without any problems. It was very good.

GGuest UserThere was a cockroach, but in all kinda clean. Beside 7eleven, but walking time is around 10 mins. The contingent is not high class at all. You have a pool but no sun-beds.. The TV glitching for response, but good there is Netflix! And to find out WiFi password and login you can only in the auto message. So if you’ve got no internet, then you can’t reach to connect to WiFi.. Good thing they responded at night. Bad thing I couldn’t get login and password for good two days, only response after all with a screenshot that it was in auto message. So there is like two different people managing responses. One fast and good, another rude and slow. So left with mixed emotions after all. And! Don’t forget you will have charge for any small thing like if you don’t remove your shoes, if you didn’t switch off the ac and stuff. The check out is BEFORE 11am! Not 12pm. Be careful. Another thing, there is nothing beside. You will need a car or motorbike every time you wanna go somewhere. On the territory many securities which is really good! That’s like, if you okay with insects and low class surrounding - you will be good 👍 Also, there is nothing beside far two cafes, which I don’t recommend. The food was awful in the one that is left side. And on the right side there is ladyboys servicing. In general it was okay/good. Just was scared from the big cockroach 🙈

We had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. If you’re looking for a clean and cozy Airbnb near the airport with pool and gym access, this is a solid choice. The location is very convenient, especially for early flights or short trips.
The unit feels new and well-maintained, with a cozy and modern interior. It comes with fast WiFi and Netflix, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen with complete appliances is perfect if you prefer cooking your own meals. Towels and basic guest kits were also provided, which made the stay even more comfortable.
We also appreciated having access to the swimming pool and gym. The pool was spacious enough to enjoy without feeling crowded.
The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making the overall stay smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, this is a clean, well-equipped Airbnb with great amenities and a convenient airport location. We would definitely stay here again.

勾勾妹A very large building. Good location, very grand LOBBY but it's a pity that cockroaches are easy to appear as the reviews say, both rooms are. After reporting it, the rooms were changed and checked. The attitude was very good. It's a pity to be disturbed by cockroaches in such a great place, but the properties of this area seem to be like this. The equipment can be seen to have traces of use but it doesn't cause any noise. The water is OK for the first person to wash, sometimes big and sometimes small. It's acceptable for the price. The breakfast is very diverse and not as salty and sweet as other places!

I really liked everything about my stay at Golden Gates Hotel. The service was great, the staff were friendly, and the overall experience was very pleasant. The location was convenient, and the amenities met all my expectations.
I’m giving cleanliness a 4 out of 5 everything was generally clean and well-kept, but there was a bit of room for improvement (e.g., minor dust in corners or areas that could have used a little more attention). It didn’t affect my stay much, but just something worth noting.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

GGuest UserThis is actually an AirBnb type place. Not a problem, just something to be aware of. I had a a plan to ”leave my bags” at the hotel because I arrived long before 2pm check in. But I discovered that it's just rooms with self check-in; you get the key from a lock box and let yourself in. Fortunately, my room was ready and I could already occupy the room. Again, not a bad thing necessarily, just be aware. The room was very clean, modern, felt cozy and nice. Very local area, middle of nowhere, with a chicken farm 10 meters away (bring ear plugs...) It's really in the middle of nowhere so expect to walk or somehow find a tuktuk to shuttle you out of there. However, the guest manager with I was emailing was very helpful and even arranged for a motorbike to be delivered to me. Overall nice place, would recommend if you want something peaceful and quiet.
