We had a great stay here. The condo entrance itself feels home already. My 3yo son had a good running time while waiting for our host (Ms Trixia) and the reception personnel is just so considerate. Able to check-in early as we arrived earlier. The room was clean & properly maintained. The best part is that we can cook. Water heater, microwave & complete kitchen utensils are provided. And just right at the window is a relaxing pool view. Location is considered great and safe (with security guards 24/7 on-duty) Ms Trixia informed that we can also use the pool, gym, sauna… we just had a god soak at the pool. Highly recommended and definitely we wanted to stay again here and would try the sauna. :). We even tried to extend our stay for 1 more day as we also have errands to do in Cebu but couldn’t avail because there’s an ongoing booking next to us. Even the late notice, Ms Trixia did not hesitate to assist us in finding another unit in the same condo and provided options. We appreciate that help Ms Trixia, you still responded our call even late at night. Thank you very much. Overall, we just loved & enjoyed our stay there. Host is friendly and helpful. The staff were friendly, and once they knew I was Japanese, they remembered my face and greeted me in Japanese with ”Good morning,” ”Welcome back,” and ”Hello.” I stayed for two nights, and it was a nice touch that they left two bottles of mineral water when cleaning the room. If I had to mention any concerns: There was only a bath towel, and it had a slight odor. I was looking forward to using the pool, but it was closed due to renovations. The elevator also had a noticeable smell.

The place is perfect for groups looking for an affordable but great space. Its located at the heart of Mandaue and very accessible to other tourist spots in the city. The room exceeded our expectations!!! Will highly recommend it to others.

We really appreciate our 8 nights stay, maganda ung location since hindi facing the sun so pwede ka magstay sa balcony anytime. Amenities are good very convenient kasi may laundry na kasama Enough din ung beds and pillows for us na 5 persons Big enough ung ref to store many food Good aircondition. Very cozy at aesthetic ung room kahit maliit. Space is ergonomically good. Then free access sa pool is a plus Nearby sa mga groceries at food. Enough sampayan and great city view Well recommended the place 100% Super helpful and good assistance of owner din kasi they update us regarding our stay. Mababait din ung mga guards sa lobby at buong compound. Before we leave the unit po we clean the place po. Thank you so much my family loves and enjoy the place. Very well good for a staycation.

A lovely little place! It’s cosy and well equipped. The location is good, surrounded by eateries that accept credit card payments. The WiFi was fast and stable - stark contrast to our 5 day stay in Moalboal. The swimming facilities and fitness room looked great. It’s around 5 minutes from the airport, so ideal for those departing Cebu.

One of the best we've stayed at. New and clean, with excellent customer service. Clean pool. Polite staff. Induction stove and decent cookware, which is a nice touch.

Beautiful apartment. Nicely decorated. Good view of water and islands. Bonus - clothes washer! Handy to have kitchen and full fridge. Food delivery is easy, but walking to and from is uncomfortable with narrow road and no sidewalk. Beaches are close but long walk. Resort does not follow its own advertising, was disappointed to be charged for things stated to be free. Feels deceptive (not Dominik fault, but guests to be aware). Cebu is interesting city. Worth visit.

Location was awesome and room is big, but the downside is the water supply each day was always not enough. We had to stock up pails of water incase there’s no water in the morning.
