I have a comment regarding the booking. I had reserved a queen-size bed, but they gave me a room with twin beds because they gave my original room to another guest who arrived before me. Also, bathroom amenities like towels were not provided.

I stayed this hotel for 11 days for Biz trip.
The room is big enough and clean. I don't use breakfast but Mcdonald's, KFC, Nahdi, Starbucks are very near.
Across the street, there is big market place. I could also use supermarket in the Gold moor mall which is located 10 min. walk.
I will use this Mirada purple next time.

I’ve travelled extensively across multiple countries and stayed in countless hotels, from luxury chains to boutique properties, but I can confidently say this: the customer service I received here was the best I’ve ever experienced. Mr. Sultan went above and beyond in every possible way — his professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help made us feel instantly welcomed and well taken care of.
While the rooms themselves were decent and comfortable, it was the exceptional service that made this stay memorable. Mr. Sultan's attention to detail and genuine care didn’t just enhance our stay at the hotel — it elevated our entire trip. It’s rare to find someone who leaves such a positive impression in such a short time, but he did exactly that.
If you're visiting Taif and value top-tier hospitality, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Platinum Park — and if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Mr. Sultan, you’re in for a truly standout experience.

لأنه ياخذ الحجز من تطبيقات أخرى وعرضها مرة أخرى كما حصل معي حتى العنوان كان غير صحيح عندما أردت الذهاب للفندق

GGuest UserLoved the washing machine and service of staff. Very friendly. Allowed late check out which was perfect for our flight.
Other than that, accommodation was sadly disappointing. It was very far from town and airport. Rooms were very very small. Could barely pray in it, and so we had to pray in the living room.
There was no where to open the luggage without blocking the walkway in the rooms. And both rooms didnt have any window. The whole apartment only had a window in the living room making it a little claustrophobic.

EErna ZaabarI stayed at Fakhamat Aldyar Service Apartment during my visit to Taif. The reception staff was polite and welcoming, which made check-in smooth. The apartment had two rooms and one toilet, and everything was fine and comfortable.
One of the best parts of the stay was the convenient location—restaurants were just a short walking distance away, making meals easily accessible. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the facilities met our needs very well. The location is good and convenient, though slightly away from major attractions. Overall, a great value for money and we would be happy to stay here again.

Пульт от кондиционера не работал. А целом номер не плохой
