Apartments in Phuket Province, Thailand

My pillows and sheets were not so clean, asked for them to be changed. Rooms with no window are stuffy, and they use a perfume which makes things worse. The ladies at the desk are quite friendly though

This place turned out to be a complete disaster. By no means an apartment hotel. Just an apartment complex with absolutely no in-house ameneties with two *****s sitting at reception to handover the keys to you and don't even bother to escort you to the room at the time of check-in. These *****s don't even know how to talk to guests in a polite way. Even my illiterate housemaid behaves in a much nicer way. No glass partition between the restaurant kitchen and seating - making the entire ground floor smelly with seafood frying. Strictly no for pure Indian vegetarians who are not used to such smell, otherwise go to the restaurant be ready to puke. Our son almost did and ran out of the building. In a small, so-called 1 bedroom apartment, they have tried to fit too many things. The fact is - everything is good for nothing. The wooden partition between bed and living makes both spaces too small and claustrophobic. Sofa is at 5 feet viewing distance from the 40 inch TV, better you bang your head on the TV instead. Microwave is placed at a height of 6 feet - use chair to climb and see the status of your dish. A small balcony is good for nothing - and housekeeping never cleans it, which makes it full of dirt. No in-room phone, no on-demand housekeeping, no room service. So be ready to make frequent trips to the ground floor reception and nearby 7-Eleven and Family Mart for small small things. No tea/coffee/sugar pouches in the kitchen, bare minimum utensils, hot plate based old style cooktop doesn't give any temperature control. Toaster and tea kettle provided, but neither enough plug points nor enough space on cooking platform to out these. Didn't even provide utensil cleaning liquid and scrubber. No hand towels provided in the bathroom. No hooks to hang clothes. I was pleasantly surprised to see beach towels in the bathroom. My question is - if you are charging like any other 3-star hotel in the area, and can't even take care of such basic things, why are you calling yourself a ”hotel” and charging like a 3-star hotel. Only milky white bedsheets and strong Air-conditioners don't make you a good place to stay. Services, amenities and behaviour do, all of which badly lack in your ”hotel”.

Hotel nice and clean. Full equipped in the spacious room. There are swimming pool, shuttle boat, play room for kid and relaxing places. Shuttle boat can access to the beach.

Fantastic stay overnight for early flight less than 15 minutes walk to the departure (B100 taxi) The room is large clean fresh and the building is new couple of years old Large double bed marble floor icy cold fridge A place to eat few minute walk to main street I rate 🌟🌟🌟

It was perfect staying here , i have upgrade to large room which is for me it was so nice . And they have swiming pool and gym it’s also really nice , i want to back next time . And the pool have a sea view so perfect . The location is a little bit hiding from main street but near the beach , so if u want to go to the beach u can just walk . Only one restaurant near by, but after u walk 5minutes around the beach there was a lot of restaurants. I recommend u to check the beach because surin is just so perfect . the beach so calm and not many people , just so comfortable

it had everything it had a mini cinema a kids playroom a yoga room and two restraunts and a ps5 with a nice pool and massage and the rooms were very spacios and it had a football club and ladies night wich makes it a amazing hotel and it is a eco freindly hotel

Great hotel , great restaurant and above all a very friendly staff. Value for money for their services, cleaning and location. I believe that is a great choice for a luxury hotel that is located only some minutes walk from the Main Street and the beach. Definitely highly recommended and I will choose it again if I ever visit Phuket again

I just fell in love with these apartments! I came here for a holiday with my family and was pleasantly surprised by a cozy environment. Indeed everything was thought up to the tiny things - from modern design to functional furniture. We were a little worried that would be noisy , as the condo is still on a busy street and our balcony was straight out to the carriageway . But it turned out not so critical , we slept wonderfully . After all, a huge number of bikes also local color ☺️ In addition, the location of apartments is ideal. We could quickly reach all shops and cafes wherever we wanted to go. Yes, and the transfer from hotel to beach is a wonderful service that we really used! I can't help but say about the interior that exactly corresponds to the photos on the website. It is very welcome and really excellent for romantic rest. My husband and I have remained very happy with our stay here and definitely recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have a great rest in a cozy setting!

At first we booked it for a week, but since everything was fine, we’ve decided to stay extra two weeks. Everything was going ok until one if the housekeepers ROBBED US! We left a small amount of money in a purse (30TBH) and a fresh pack of ciggarettes in a room and while she was cleaning the room she actually freakin’ STOLE that SMALL amount of money and 8 ciggarettes. We know this is not the money to be complaining about, but the thing is that it actually happened. What if we had left there more money? She obviously would’ve stolen that too.. wow.. When we went down to the reception and described the situation, a guy who was working at the reception started laughing at us! Staff is absolutely horrible, can’t communicate normally and has no respect to their customers. We didn’t want our room cleaned for the rest of the stay, because we were afraid something might get stolen again. We confronted a housekeeper and she had full pockets of money, but she was ignoring us and couldn’t look in to our eyes. Manager of this hotel tried to find everything out but workers just denied everything. This is absolute comedy.. And we got no compensation at all. Staff ruined the whole stay. We would not stay here again.

The hotel was great. Room was very clean, kept in good order and looked nice aesthetically die to the large windows allowing lots of natural light in. The cleaners did a good job when cleaning the room too. The standout feature of the hotel was the service from the staff, they were all very helpful. I especially liked how it was possible to communicate with the front desk using WhatsApp. Made any issues quickly resolvable wherever we were. Our second favourite feature was their free shuttle bus to different areas, it was great for a nice beach day, and also great since we arrived early as they allowed us to use the shuttle to relax on the beach before check in. They gave us beach towels and they also provide a free return if you message for pick up on WhatsApp. They also helped arrange motorbike hire which they provided at the best price I could find in the area without the need for a deposit (because of my card in file). The bike was in great condition and they were on hand in the hotel to provide any assistance I needed. We would've extended our trip but the hotel is so popular that they sold out on their rooms. So, would definitely stay again.
