My pillows and sheets were not so clean, asked for them to be changed. Rooms with no window are stuffy, and they use a perfume which makes things worse. The ladies at the desk are quite friendly though

 Located near Rawai Beach, beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel was under renovation on the day of stay, making it a bit noisy, but it was not an obstacle.  The hotel is only 500 meters from Rawai Beach. There are many communities and tourist attractions near Laem Phromthep, only 1.8 kilometers away. You can walk there or rent a motorcycle in front of the hotel. The transportation is convenient. There is a shuttle bus from the airport in front of the hotel. The hotel shuttle bus drops off at the passenger pick-up point. The transportation is convenient. The staff is friendly. But the problem is that the smoking area at the entrance causes the smell of cigarettes to enter the lobby.  For non-smokers, I am not very okay with this. I would like to recommend that you try to change the place or smoking area. It would be better. But overall, I give five stars. If I have the chance, I will come back to stay again.

Location near Patong, 10 minutes by bike or taxi. There is a market with fruits and food nearby. The hotel itself is not bad, we had a good panoramic view of the mountains. But there is a need for cosmetic repairs, the furniture is all outdated. The windows were all dirty, the bathroom smelled unpleasant. On the ground floor there is a gym, you can work out well, but it turned out to be paid even if you are staying at the hotel.

It's my first night's stay in Phuket after arriving in Phuket. It takes about 40 minutes by car from the airport. There are convenience stores, cafes, and currency exchange shops within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. The overall feeling is acceptable, the price is very affordable, and there is also a swimming pool. It's just that the lights in the room are dim, and the hygiene level could be improved. However, at this price, it's okay to stay for a day or two.

The location is good, right on Karon Beach. I've stayed in Kata and Patong, and I feel that this beach has the finest and cleanest sand. There are motorboats and paragliders on the beach, and there are also lounge chairs rented by locals for 100 baht. The hotel is in the style of Instagram, clean and beautiful, with a phonograph and mood lighting, which surprised me because it's not in the pictures. The staff here smile every day and are very friendly. Everything is good. The room is also very beautiful

The hotel is located not far from the airport. We got there on foot and back to the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed in a 4-bed room, there was a kettle, hair dryer, toaster, large refrigerator. The dining area was located on the balcony. The balcony was spacious. I recommend 👍🏼

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is located away from the beaches, but it is very convenient by bike. It’s sterilely clean, the washed floor is creaky with cleanliness, snow-white towels, clean and pleasant bed linen, a comfortable bed 🔥🔥🔥 Silence at night and during the day, only the roosters crow. You can have a great night's sleep. The apartment has a mini kitchen and a table in the living area, very convenient for breakfast. The only thing missing was a shower curtain. I 100% recommend the hotel for travelers with personal transport. You can rent a bike nearby.

Hotel is new or renovated but still with some work in progress during our staying on the ground floor. There was no disturbing working noises (perhaps when we were out). First impression is that hotel is clean, good conditions on the room. I definitely recommended as a choice on the area - best fair price for the services. It's a ~600m away from market and crowded area. Hotel is very close the beach but not a direct access. Perhaps thee is a possibility to go from nearby hotel Novotel (as host inform) but we didn't try - we walk around 300m.

Я написала хозяйке отеля, она сказала, что у персонала проблемы, и что она заселит меня в течение часа. За ожидание она привезла пакет фруктов. Это было очень приятно. Вообще персонал очень хороший и приветливый. Однажды я забыла ключ внутри номера и захлопнула дверь, но мне помогли в течение 15 минут ❤ Хозяйка милая, быстро отвечает в ватсапе. В номере есть большой запас воды, это очень круто. За пределами номера на столике оставляют туалетную бумагу и полотенца на случай, если закончится в номере. Микроволновка на 1 этаже, спускаться иногда лень. В самом номере чисто, но пахло сыростью. Может быть, потому что я была тут в ноябре, погода все еще была немного дождливая. Вид с балкона на горы — шикарный, правда, на балконе ночью может быть всякая живность (что неудивительно, там же рядом леса и горы). На балконе стоит пепельница — там можно курить. В ванной не хватало очень крючка или перекладины для полотенец. Еще немного бесил кран в раковине со слабым напором воды. В целом, отель хорош для своей ценовой категории. Дизайн интерьера миленький. Но я бы наверное еще раз не остановилась. Я выбрала неудачное расположение: Камала сама по себе прям деревня-деревня, а отель далеко от моря и какой-то движухи. Чтобы добраться до моря, приходилось перебегать 4 полосную дорогу, и это напрягало. Был еще рядом рынок, но он работает 3 дня в неделю.
