No food at this place you have to cook you4 own food or go out to eat it has nice kitchen with cook top stove comes with pots & pans a toster oven and coffee pot...Staff are nice and friendly people try to go out on a limb to help you with questions..

fisrt time booking service apartment via trip.com, which doesn't have front desk staff to help check in. Not advisable to business traveler who has tight/busy schedule. Faced a bit of trouble to check in, can't get the info from trip.com but have to check email with detailed instructions, e.g. where to locate the lockbox for room key, wifi password, parking lot number....you can't drive into the garage before getting your key with remote control.

Two families stayed in this beautiful and exquisite villa, Sedona is indeed worth the people who like hiking and natural scenery. The location of the hotel is not only very close to devil bridge, it is convenient to go anywhere. The room is large, there is a fireplace, there is a large sofa bed. In the kitchen space, the utensils are all available, everything is available, and the shops around the seasoning can be bought. Very cost-effective.

GGuest UserThe unit itself was clean but beyond tiny. There was no place to put a suitcase not even a soap holder in the shower to hold the soap toilet paper was one ply cardboard parking was ridiculous. Smallest spaces I’ve ever seen.
The amenity stated coffee pot. there was no coffee pot. It was some little ridiculous one cup of coffee shot thing that had no description no instructions. The coffee pods weren’t even labeled to tell us what it was.
There was a Spa listed however no button to control it. No directions to use it. I reached out to the owner of the property  for help during our stay and I received no response. I did however, received an automated email at 1 o’clock in the morning regarding our checkout instructions 24 hours prior to the date we were supposed to check out we left the property 24 hours early because of our dissatisfaction and no response from the owner.
Will not be returning to this unit for sure the other units 2, 3 and 4  had access to little outdoor tables . our unit had access to the main seating area outside not a place you want to sit first thing in the morning when it was cold and rainy.

TTaNaya Macklin GayThe staff was very nice all the way down to the housekeeping... The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated... The only thing that I think they could improve on is trash cans, a plunger, a coffee maker, cups and a couple of small pots 1 pan with lid and dishes in the rooms they can even be disposable dishes and eating utensils... Other then that the stay was excellent... Would most definitely stay again and tell anyone I know that is looking for a nice place to stay to stay here... Daughter was upset we had to go...lol

GGuest UserIn addition to being tossed for a long time by downloading an intelligent check-in app at the beginning, this apartment is really very good! In fact, you can enter without that app. Trip.com You should make the check-in instructions clear. Because it is an apartment, all the necessary facilities are available, and it is very safe, highly recommended!
