Apartment 3 is located on the third floor where you have access to all our modern appliances: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer combo unit. We have a luxurious shower, a queen bed in the bedroom, and a pull-out couch with a queen mattress in the living room. Both the bedroom and living room have large, flat-screen TVs and in the living room you will find a luxurious leather loveseat.Our third floor apartment is located in the historic Parkside neighborhood of Portland. Portland is full of wonderful parks and green spaces in fact, we are located right around the block from the beautiful Deering Oaks Park where they hold a Saturday Farmer's Market during the summer and a short distance from the beautiful Eastern Promenade. We are a short walk away from the Old Port where there is an abundance of unique local bars, restaurants, pubs, and breweries as well as antique shops, thrift stores, theaters, and concert venues. The State Theatre, Port City Music Hall, and Thompson's Point hold great shows throughout the year. The Nickelodeon movie theater in downtown Portland has $5 shows on Tuesdays! In terms of food, it is hard NOT to find a restaurant in Portland that is not farm-to-table and locally grown and there are so many types of international cuisine to try during your time here. Wake up and grab a donut from the famous Holy Donut right down the street. Grab some brunch from Bayside American Cafe just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are so many options for food including vegan and vegetarian options, please let us know if you'd like additional suggestions. We are just a few blocks away from Maine Medical Center, so if you have an interview or important event, this is the perfect spot to stay. Take a day trip to one of the many beautiful islands in the Casco Bay from the ferry terminal located only a 25 minute walk from the apartment! Catch a baseball game during the summer months at the Portland Sea Dogs baseball stadium located just a few blocks away. Trader Joe's, Hannaford, Whole Foods, and Shaw's are just a 5-10 minute drive. You will not be disappointed in this Modern 2 bedroom apartment walk-in 1st floor unit able to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Perfect location in Westend, few blocks away from vibrant downtown Portland. Multiple outdoor gathering areas you will not find anywhere else including roof top deck with amazing downtown and water views of portland harbor. Ample free street parking or paid off street parking.This walk in 1st floor spacious 2 bedrooms apt has one queen size bed each bedroom and there is also a small office table with couch on the rear bedroom. Living room has one sofa and 2 chairs seats (these are not sofa beds). Pull out beds and air mattresses is also provided allowing up to 8 guests to sleep comfortably ( more air mattresses can be provided upon request). The location, layout, and superior exterior spaces make this unit stand out. We have small patio off living room with space to grill and enjoy the great weather. There is also spacious shared Rooftop deck which offers great water views of the Portland Harbor. The location and outdoor space makes this apt great choice. Our private apt offers free WiFi and includes the latest technology, smart locks for a private check in and out, Nest thermostats for a temperature that suits you, Roku Smart TV in all rooms with streaming entertainment with free Netflix/Hulu for our guests. The Kitchen is fully operational with kitchen island that seats 4 (more seating in living room), microwave, oven and stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dish ware, flatware. There is enough dish ware/flatware for 8-10 people. We do also provide a few pots and pans with kitchen utensils to cook with. Bathroom has a shower/tub combination and complimentary toiletries are provided. We also offer free laundry facilities for our guests. You can find plenty of free parking at the end of the road or ask us to arrange off street parking for fee. There is also a beautiful park many guests enjoy visiting on York St. We do allow pets for one time pet fee of $40. Please note this space is a home, not a fancy five star resort or luxury spa hotel. We have renovated the apartment and have it professionally cleaned after each guest. There may be some very small imperfections which are just fair wear and tear to the place as is usually the case with homes that people live in.
