Clean, minimalist room, a comfortable soft bed, and plenty of single-use toiletries. A small breakfast buffet. Friendly front desk staff.
On the minor downside: sound carries quite well from the hallway, so falling asleep quickly proved difficult due to the loud voices and noise from other guests in the corridor. The hallway light also seeps in through the gap under the door — in a room like this it shines right into your eyes if you're facing the door; I ended up covering my face with the spare pillow.
Overall, though, the impression is very positive. Very clean, lots of handy little extras in the shower, tea and coffee, and a couple of glass bottles of local water.

A special thanks to Syuzi, who helped me organize a surprise for my girlfriend - truly appreciated! The hotel is worth every penny. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Gyumri!

PPakaxontasThe hotel is located in the center of Gyumri, near the main square. The linens and towels were very clean, and the room itself was spotless. The receptionist was a very kind and attentive man who answered all of our questions. We were checking out early in the morning and would miss breakfast, so we asked for lunch boxes to go, and they kindly accommodated our request, not leaving us hungry! 🙂↕️ Huge thanks 🙌🏼

The breakfast is magnificent. We didn't use the spa. The value for money is simply excellent! I highly recommend it.
