new hotel, with good modern renovation, nice snow-white linen, water, slippers, but everything else (like toothpaste sets or cotton pads) is for an extra fee, that's weird. The best thing was that the air conditioner worked well and after 40-degree heat outside it was so nice to go into the room. Breakfasts for an extra cost of 9,000 drams (about 2,000₽) buffet style. Good choice: hot dishes, snacks, muesli, porridge, fruits, desserts. Delicious coffee👌 Nice staff, speaks Russian, there is a bar where you can order coffee or something stronger. After checking out, I left my things in the luggage room. It's a 15-minute walk to the Republic Square.

a normal hotel, there is everything you need, a large bed, a clean room, sockets, a refrigerator, a table with coffee and tea, a TV, my room even had a balcony. the shower has everything you need, enough fresh towels.

It's a good Hilton Express hotel, and it feels about the same as a three-star hotel in China. The location is not far from the Republic Square, and the room is relatively large in Yerevan. There are some supermarkets nearby, so it's very convenient to buy things.

The hotel breakfast is quite rich, the doorman is very friendly. The swimming pool is nice. But the gym has few equipment. The location is OK, it takes about ten minutes to walk to the Grand Staircase and Republic Square. There is a small supermarket downstairs.

The hotel name is Europe but Asian guests are also welcomed, as I saw Vietnamese or Chinese guests were staying. The room is quite nice and comfortable, bed quality is good and comfy, bathroom is clean, the breakfast is simple but the quality of the each item is nice and has a good combination of nutrition altogether. Hotel clerks are kind, polite and attentive. It is very good hotel and I had pleasant experience.

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

This four-star hotel is about 4-5 kilometers away from downtown Yerevan. We chartered a car for the entire journey, so it was very convenient. There is a free parking space at the door. The deluxe suite I booked was very spacious, the room decoration was exquisite, and the breakfast was very good. Rich, the front desk service attitude is very good, the wireless network is fast, and overall the price is very good!

The location is great, right near Republic Square. The service was excellent and friendly. The breakfast was varied and satisfying! The room was also quite large, well-equipped, and clean!

This is a local five-star hotel. The walls and floors of the bathroom are made of Armenia's unique beige and pink volcanic rocks. I personally like it and think it is very distinctive, but my fat son complained that the holes are too big and not smooth enough; the sanitary ware is not from the high-end brands generally used by international five-star hotels but a local brand, so the user experience is slightly inferior, which was also complained by my fat son. But even a picky person like him admits that the buffet breakfast is first-rate (the opening hours are 7:30-11:00, which should actually be considered brunch): unlimited salmon; several local hot dishes are changed every day; various dried fruits and fresh fruits are of excellent quality. In recent years, we have traveled almost all over the surrounding areas, including Turkey, Russia, India, Egypt, Iran, the Arabian Peninsula, etc., all of which are in-depth tours, adding up to more than half a year. We are familiar with the agricultural products of these regions. In this hotel, we have eaten high-quality dried apricots and very sweet and sour prunes; Russian side dishes are also top-notch, and pickles are only two or three centimeters long; as well as blue cheese, high-quality air-dried beef, top-quality bacon, etc. ... We go to the supermarket every day and are very familiar with the prices in Armenia, which are almost the same as those in the first and second tier cities in China, so these carefully selected ingredients are expensive, which shows the sincerity of the hotel. The hotel is very gentle and polite from the front desk to the restaurant to the guest room. I have left a very good impression during these days of stay.

Nice hotel centrally located not far from republic square (10 to 15 minutes walk). Breakfast is good with various choices. Rooms are small but equipped with almost all the utilities you need like fridge, electric cattle, hairdryer, safety deposit box, ironing board and iron. Also they provide free bottled water every day.
