new hotel, with good modern renovation, nice snow-white linen, water, slippers, but everything else (like toothpaste sets or cotton pads) is for an extra fee, that's weird. The best thing was that the air conditioner worked well and after 40-degree heat outside it was so nice to go into the room. Breakfasts for an extra cost of 9,000 drams (about 2,000₽) buffet style. Good choice: hot dishes, snacks, muesli, porridge, fruits, desserts. Delicious coffee👌 Nice staff, speaks Russian, there is a bar where you can order coffee or something stronger. After checking out, I left my things in the luggage room. It's a 15-minute walk to the Republic Square.

The first good impression came from the reception with their helpful and professional approach. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel didn’t save on coffee/tea bar. The location is great with a nice view to Zoravor Surp Astvatsatsin Church.

They gave me warm cookies when I checked in, which made me feel welcome. I've had welcome drinks before, but this was my first time getting homemade cookies, so it felt different and really uplifting. It was clean, and the bed was nice and spacious. I was happy that I could open the window, even if only a little. The metro was within walking distance. The bus was conveniently located at a three-way intersection, so it was easy to catch many buses going in different directions. The spa was free, which seemed nice. They didn't have the bath I wanted, only a steam sauna, so I just took a look.

The hotel is located in the very center, within walking distance of the Cascade, there are very tasty restaurants nearby. The girls at the reception are very friendly, the breakfast is good. We will recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

Great experience with Europe hotel. I will back to this hotel if I have another chance to get in Armenia this beautiful country.

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

I stayed at this hotel . The rooms are large and comfortable . Bed good . Breakfast is excellent . Unfortunately I am used to the reception in Yerevan too good and I need the smiles of the hotel staff . At least one smile and wish a good day . And yet the hotel is good . At the exit you will need to wait until the number is accepted and everyone checks. It is very important.

I came to Yerevan with friends and was lucky enough to stay at this hotel. It's a 4-star hotel, very grand and high-quality, with complete facilities, including a gym. The location is extremely convenient, right next to Republic Square. The breakfast was also great. I loved it! 💕

This is a local five-star hotel. The walls and floors of the bathroom are made of Armenia's unique beige and pink volcanic rocks. I personally like it and think it is very distinctive, but my fat son complained that the holes are too big and not smooth enough; the sanitary ware is not from the high-end brands generally used by international five-star hotels but a local brand, so the user experience is slightly inferior, which was also complained by my fat son. But even a picky person like him admits that the buffet breakfast is first-rate (the opening hours are 7:30-11:00, which should actually be considered brunch): unlimited salmon; several local hot dishes are changed every day; various dried fruits and fresh fruits are of excellent quality. In recent years, we have traveled almost all over the surrounding areas, including Turkey, Russia, India, Egypt, Iran, the Arabian Peninsula, etc., all of which are in-depth tours, adding up to more than half a year. We are familiar with the agricultural products of these regions. In this hotel, we have eaten high-quality dried apricots and very sweet and sour prunes; Russian side dishes are also top-notch, and pickles are only two or three centimeters long; as well as blue cheese, high-quality air-dried beef, top-quality bacon, etc. ... We go to the supermarket every day and are very familiar with the prices in Armenia, which are almost the same as those in the first and second tier cities in China, so these carefully selected ingredients are expensive, which shows the sincerity of the hotel. The hotel is very gentle and polite from the front desk to the restaurant to the guest room. I have left a very good impression during these days of stay.

Nice hotel centrally located not far from republic square (10 to 15 minutes walk). Breakfast is good with various choices. Rooms are small but equipped with almost all the utilities you need like fridge, electric cattle, hairdryer, safety deposit box, ironing board and iron. Also they provide free bottled water every day.
