It was good enough for what I needed, but... The breakfast area was extremely chaotic and congested, located right in a high-traffic area. The old air conditioning unit was mounted high on the wall, and no remote control was provided. The in-room Wi-Fi was unreliable.

The location, free shuttle, reasonable breakfast and great staff, all good. Just noisy air con unit and road noise. Request a room on the quiet side.

It’s an ideal option both for a short stop between flights and for a business trip. The rooms are modern, clean, and well equipped. The comfortable beds and high-quality bedding ensure a great night’s sleep after a long flight. Each room has everything needed for a pleasant stay, and the soundproofing helps you truly relax. The staff is polite, attentive, and professional — always ready to assist with any requests and making guests feel genuinely cared for. The breakfast is also worth mentioning: it’s delicious, varied, and included in the stay. Overall, Hampton by Hilton Guarulhos Airport offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and high service standards. I would gladly stay here again and confidently recommend it to other travelers.

Hotel is alright for a night stay. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are beautiful, the restaurant also is quite nice and the breakfast was definetly thr highlight of it. But the rooms are too worn out, furniture looking old, bedsheets with some stains, towels too thin, shower water was very little. Staff was nice, but checkin took a long time for no apparent reason.

Hospedagem ideal para quem precisa de um local apenas para dormir e não pretende passar muito tempo no local. Estrutura enxuta, porém tudo novo e super limpo. Rouparia nova e cama confortável. Único inconveniente é que o estacionamento não é no local, fica a uns 150m. Pode ser um pouco perigoso para quem pretende sair de carro à noite e voltar tarde, uma vez que a rua fica bem vazia; assim como para aqueles que chegarão com muitas malas, pois não há local de parada rápida para embarque e desembarque.

A reasonably priced hotel in a very central location, easy to reach with public services and Uber. The surrounding area is walkable and full of restaurants and services. The internal restaurant allows you to eat without even leaving the premises. My room provided a real working area. There is a small rooftop swimming pool, enough to relax.

There was a strange smell in the corridor, similar to mold. The room was quite damp. There were windows, but they could not be opened. The attitude of the staff was OK. When I arrived on the first day, I found that I had taken the wrong conversion plug, so I asked the front desk to get one and used it for one night.

First of all, the location is excellent, with convenient access to the subway and buses. It's about 13 kilometers from the San Paulo Expo, and there are many restaurants nearby, so finding food won't be a problem. When booking, the double room was more expensive than the standard room, but the front desk upgraded it to a double room free of charge, which deserves praise. The bedding was clean, much cleaner than the rooms booked through group tours. The only downside is that the room is small; two people might not have enough room for their suitcases.

This hotel is in a good location you can walk to the landmark easily. But the check in counter reception took too long to check in and the Breakfast room if you go on 8am you probably need to wait for get the table

I had a fantastic stay at Laghetto Stilo São Paulo. Everything was excellent — the room was spotless and well-maintained, the location was convenient for both work and leisure, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a comfortable workspace, which made it ideal for a business traveler like me. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting São Paulo!
