Rooms here are really popular! I hesitated because the prices were so high, and then the B-wing rooms were all gone, so I quickly booked a room in the A-wing. Turns out, the A-wing is more expensive for a reason! The breakfast area and even the B-wing itself are completely different the next day! The A-wing is in the same building as the front desk, and the rooms are fantastic. There were even four pairs of slippers inside! Saved me the trouble of having to go to the front desk to ask for slippers for the kids! When I checked in, I asked about adding breakfast, and they actually gave complimentary breakfast to my family, including the kids! Huge thanks to the front desk lady, Xiao Jiang! She even added me on WeChat and sent me the sunrise and sunset times (even though we ended up missing them). Though the room was a bit small, the layout was great, and it even had a window sill! It would be even better if there was a bay window cushion on it~ haha. The room also had two down jackets for guests to wear when going to see the sunrise – that's incredibly thoughtful! Compared to the B-wing where I stayed 7 years ago, I'd say, if you don't mind the extra 200, the A-wing is much better! Oh, and they also gave us a complimentary souvenir! Not sure if that's a special perk just for Chinese New Year.

Must praise the hotel's service! From the door to the check-in, the whole process is very intimate, the lobby manager Wang is professional and patient, and the problem is solved in time, which makes people feel particularly warm. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, and the room air conditioning heating effect was good. Convenient location, high cost performance, highly recommended! Rich breakfast

I've stayed at this guesthouse twice now. The first time was with friends, and I liked it so much I brought my family back for a second stay. Compared to a standard hotel, the ambiance here is really unique, with a 'step-by-step, scene-by-scene' feel. I'd highly recommend bringing Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for photos; they'll turn out beautifully. The hotel service is excellent. Any requests communicated via WeChat were responded to very quickly. I'd definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Huangshan or Huizhou.

Pros: 1. Upon check-in, I added the butler on WeChat. They promptly informed me about sunrise/sunset times and evening performances, which was very convenient. Questions were also answered quickly. 2. The bathroom's shower cap even came with a hair tie, a thoughtful touch for women. 3. The evening buffet was quite varied, and there were many diners. The service staff were gentle and polite. 4. The room had some small tea snacks. The black sesame crisps were delicious, I wished I could have had more! The packaging didn't have manufacturer info; the hotel said they were custom-made for them. 5. The multi-media hall had some books and picture books that my child loved. There were also game facilities, the environment was great, and items were new and well-maintained. 6. The towels in the room were soft and clean. 7. The peonies were beautiful and real flowers! Areas for improvement: 1. When checking in, the front desk attendant, after assisting a family with three rooms, didn't offer me any additional information. After completing my check-in, she turned around and said she was too busy and had to change shifts. I mentioned I hadn't received the WeChat for the butler service, and only then did she remember to give me the QR code to scan. 2. The hotel offers experience activities. I suggest the butler introduce them during check-in. Some guests aren't as meticulous, and might forget otherwise. 3. There was slightly limited space in the room to put things, making it hard to store my backpack. The lack of a main light source made the room too dim, straining my eyes when reading.

The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

My experience is good for the hotel facilities.Breakfast is good and plenty of variety. One of the reasons I choose this hotel is that they have bus which bring us to the airport.When one asks about the airport bus location,the receptionist never give us clear reply.They only say in the front door ,but in fact the stop is at the entrance of the hotel not the main door.the bus will not come in the hotel and only stop outside.The hotel can always do better to help the visitors.

Absolutely thrilled with our stay! When I booked, I mentioned it was for a lady's birthday and hoped for a good view, not really expecting much. But to my surprise, the hotel decorated the room, prepared a cake, and even gave us lots of little gifts! On top of that, we got a suite upgrade! My mom was over the moon, haha. There was a New Year's Eve performance in the evening, and I was so surprised to see the famous Face-Changing show (it's real, I can attest to that!). They also had a shadow puppet show. Do the staff here really wear so many hats these days? The voice acting was amazing! There was also a dumpling-making activity, but we were too tired to join, though we did smell the delicious dumplings! The facilities were top-notch; the water pressure was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower, and it was wonderfully warm at night for sleeping. Now, let's talk about our New Year's trip to Huangshan. On New Year's Eve, we took the Yungu cable car up the mountain, stopping to see a few sights along the way, and quickly checked into the hotel. The location was very convenient. There was light rain and heavy fog on the mountain. The next morning, we headed to Shixin Peak at 6 AM, hoping to catch the sunrise. The hotel-provided windproof cotton jackets kept us perfectly warm. Around 6:30 AM, the fog cleared a bit, and the most stunning sight was the ink-wash-like cloud sea around the 'Brush of a Dream' (Meng Bi Sheng Hua). People returning earlier had said the fog was too thick to see the sunrise, but we still went and it totally paid off! The layers of rime ice were fantastical and magical. Then we returned to the hotel for breakfast, with plenty of time! After checking out, we turned right from the hotel entrance, taking a different route to ascend Bright Summit, enjoying the scenery all the way, and then took the Yuping cable car down the mountain. Even though we didn't see the sunrise, we weren't disappointed at all. My mom was happy throughout the whole trip, and the rime ice was truly beautiful! P.S.: The hotel's architecture and decor were totally to my aesthetic taste, and there was even a book about Huangshan on the bedside table.

This guesthouse is a hidden gem; I honestly couldn't find a single flaw. I stayed for three nights, and the front desk service was superb—warm and generous. On the first day, they gave a detailed explanation of the hiking routes and how to get from the guesthouse to the transfer center, which is only a 5-minute walk away! It was great not having to wake up super early in the mornings. They even provided a hiking kit, which was very practical and much appreciated. The nearby restaurants, supermarkets, bubble tea shops, and fermented glutinous rice desserts were all excellent; every place I tried was fantastic. The room itself was clean, tidy, spacious, bright, and quiet. I slept incredibly well all three nights. This guesthouse is an absolute must-stay when visiting Huangshan!

My stay at InterContinental Hefei truly exceeded my expectations, and I just have to give it a glowing review! The lake view during the day is expansive, and the night view is dazzling, making for an incredible visual experience! ✅ The suite is spacious and comfortable, with a well-designed layout. The bedding is cozy, and the bathroom facilities are complete. The attention to detail and quality are top-notch, making it feel very much like home! The living room and bedroom are clearly separated, providing excellent privacy. It's perfect for enjoying the view, relaxing, or working. ✅ The service was efficient and warm. From check-in to room service, responses were prompt and the staff were friendly, making me feel truly valued. The food tasted great and was consistently high quality. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, balancing both taste and experience. Overall, my stay was comfortable, relaxing, and of high quality – absolutely impeccable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hefei, and I will definitely stay here again next time!
