Exceeded expectations! It's been 10 years since I last stayed on Huangshan Mountain, and the environment and service have improved incredibly. The hotel service was excellent, and the butler was very thoughtful. The room already had the key card inserted, and the heating was on continuously, making it very warm. The buffet was great value for money; after a day of hiking, treating ourselves to a buffet was absolutely worth it. The evening mini-shows were also a hit with the kids. We'll definitely stay at Xihai again once the West Sea Grand Canyon reopens.

The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. Everyone was very satisfied! Cons: ① The second room card didn't work after watching the sunrise on the second day. They even arranged carpooling for us, so I didn't have to worry about safety traveling from Huangshan North Station to the hotel at night, and we also carpooled to Hongcun. The next day, after hiking Huangshan, I was in a hurry to get back to Shanghai, and the carpool shuttle service was super efficient, saving me a lot of time.
