I choose this hotel room because it had a bathtub. But I’m traveling with a friend and really dislike the glass wall for a bathroom. I prefer privacy.

Everything was great, room is clean, stuff is friendly. During winter time the location is not great coz all the shops around are closed even KFC and Starbucks but this not hotel’s fault. The breakfast is a bit Chinese but foreigners also can find a lot of options to eat. The only thing I didn’t like is that during the breakfast there was a jar of Nutella but in fact that wasn’t Nutella just some cheap chocolate spread - just use another jar so people won’t be confused.

This trip to Genting was a last-minute decision to meet up with friends. Since they had already booked a room at the South Wing apartment, I followed suit and booked a one-bedroom suite. The room's amenities exceeded my expectations; in addition to standard hotel supplies, it also had an induction cooker and a washer-dry dryer. The ski hall is conveniently located on the second floor, making it easy to purchase ski tickets and rent equipment. Stepping out of the ski hall, you're directly on the magic carpet, which takes you up to Genting's first lift. The South Wing is also very close to the Genting Grand Hotel, separated by a mere ten-meter outdoor walkway. If you take the outdoor stairs up from this walkway, you'll find a Burberry pop-up store. The parking lot for the South Wing is separate from the Genting Grand Hotel, but hotel guests can park for free at either location. You just need to register your license plate number and room number at the front desk.

We arrived at the hotel at 3 PM and were told we'd have to wait for our room, which was really inconvenient with two young kids. So, they upgraded us to a family suite. The suite faced the beginner slope, offering a nice view. However, the room temperature at night was too high and it was very dry, plus the mattress was a bit too firm. The kids were super excited about the bunk beds though! The soundproofing isn't great, as we could often hear people talking in other rooms. Hotel service was quite slow; for example, ordering something meant a long wait before it was delivered to the room. On the bright side, skiing was very convenient – just one floor up to the McDonald's side of the ski resort.

Facilities: The room is fully equipped, the curtain toilet is smart and especially convenient. Very good 👍 The toilet has a heating function. It will not be iced when sitting on it. Hygienic: very clean and tidy Environment: I don’t have to say that the environment is particularly good. The surrounding environment is very good. There is no noisy sound. I can sleep until I wake up naturally in the morning. Service: The point is that the service is particularly good. The front desk also presented us with two breakfasts. What we need to call immediately sent the breakfast. The breakfast is rich and delicious. There are many types of freshly cooked small chaos. The service is very good. Whether it is the front desk room or the restaurant staff, the attitude is very good. I feel like going home. I like 👍 If there is a chance to come to Xiong'an and live in your home, I will recommend it to friends around me. When I leave, I will also give a souvenir snack.

Hotel lobby is located on floor 31. There are hotel staff on the ground floor directing you to the lobby upon arrival. Studio room was spacious and suitable for a small family, a baby cot was available and provided upon request.

We only stayed for 1 night but really enjoyed the experience. Due to the centralized heating system, our room was extremely hot and reached 29 degrees celsius even with the window open. We ended up calling the front desk at 4:30 a.m., and within 10 minutes, someone arrived with a large fan. She helped us set it up and adjust the temperature, and it quickly became comfortable enough for us to fall back asleep. Thank you for the quick assistance!

We had a slight hiccup during check-in, and traveling with a child, I really didn't want any unpleasantness. However, thanks to the excellent service from Peach 🍑, everything was resolved smoothly. They never shied away from any issues that arose, always trying their best to offer a discount or a small gift to make my child happy. Sometimes, a hotel's quality isn't just about one person's opinion; if everyone could be a bit more considerate of guests, InterContinental would probably avoid a lot of problems! The bunk bed mattresses could definitely be softer; they were really firm, but my child still loved them, oh well!

The hotel is very good and new.comfortable room, good signal internet, note bathroom 10 and a well-equipped and free laundry.Breakfast has a mix of Chinese and Western.The reception team is very careful. We arrived late and they helped us to ask a pizza. The reception bar offers a wide variety of imported beers.

Pros: The location is excellent, with a lively area right outside. There's a pedestrian street downstairs, and MixC City is just an 8-10 minute walk away, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The building has an underground parking lot. While it can get busy, finding a parking spot is relatively easy. The hotel front desk is on the 31st floor, but a dedicated elevator makes access very convenient. There's a laundry room and a gym; I used both and found them to be fully functional and well-maintained, not just for show. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality and taste are great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meals. The service staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly. Any issues were promptly addressed. Cons: The hotel might be a bit older, and some facilities are showing their age. For example, the air conditioning wasn't very effective – it was hard to control and would inconsistently blow hot or cold. Overall: I'm very satisfied. It offers good value for money and is highly recommended. I forgot to take any photos, but the actual condition perfectly matches the pictures online, so I'll just use a few placeholders.
