The room was clean and hygienic, and the front desk service was excellent. Check-in was very fast, and the lady at the front desk even gave us a souvenir and helped with our luggage. The room was private, and the bedding was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was also great; the room was tidied up perfectly, and they even took out the trash during our extended stay. The hotel's location is also very convenient. It was a very satisfying experience overall.

Stayed in Luoyang for three nights, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The concierge was warm and professional, the room was very spacious, and the breakfast was exquisite! They also offer high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off, which was a huge convenience. A big thank you to the concierge and the hotel for their wonderful service!

I stayed at a fantastic smart hotel during my business trip to Nanyang. You'll understand how smart it is once you've stayed there. Located at the intersection of Renmin South Road, opposite the Morgan Wuyue Plaza, it's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining, and taxis are readily available nearby. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and fully equipped, showing great consideration for guests. The buffet breakfast wasn't extensive, but everything was delicious; I personally felt it was better than restaurants outside. The hotel provided welcome fruit for both nights, and a small gift upon check-out. The staff were very polite and attentive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanyang.

Many Xin Mansion hotels are located in old city centers, which is great for tourists who love to shop and explore. This particular one in Kaifeng is right next to Gulou (Drum Tower), and you can even see it from your room! It's perfect for enjoying the night market in the evenings. Even though it's in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet at night. Catching a taxi right outside the hotel was also pretty easy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, like Di Yi Lou, making it convenient to try local specialties. The price is a bit higher compared to similar places, but it's definitely worth it.

The hotel's surroundings are fantastic. It's located directly opposite the Sui-Tang Grand Canal Museum and is part of Luoshen Park, right beneath the Zhuying Pagoda, which makes for a stunning night view. The hotel area itself is very quiet, and the public spaces are modern with cozy furnishings. While the staff's service might not always be perfectly standardized, they are incredibly enthusiastic. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, and the Chinese stir-fries are particularly tasty. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with excellent value for money! 👍

I have mixed feelings about writing this review. This stop in Luoyang was at the end of our road trip, and we specifically chose the Huayang Plaza Hotel, which is often referred to as the 'Pang Dong Lai of hotels' (a famous supermarket known for its exceptional service) to experience it for ourselves. The hotel's exterior is impressive, and the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. All the value-added services mentioned online were indeed real and incredibly thoughtful. I had my car washed, ordered fruits, drinks, and snacks, and enjoyed a late-night supper. I also benefited from the room cleaning and turndown service. Yet, despite all this, I felt like something was missing.
There's a fundamental difference between the hotel industry and Pang Dong Lai; the core of a hotel is the tangible product it offers. For a room costing over 800 yuan, the facilities were quite dated. You had to step into the bathtub to shower, and while the towels and bedding were clean and tidy, they couldn't offset the old-fashioned wardrobes and furniture. I kept wavering between feeling warmhearted and annoyed. Later, I realized that there needs to be a balance between soft (service) and hard (facilities) aspects, and also a balance in value for money. Different people will have different opinions on this.

Stayed here for the Phoenix Legend concert. The hotel was fantastic, and the room was super clean. The front desk staff were all lovely and provided excellent service! The doormen at the lobby entrance were also very helpful. The hotel even gave us complimentary fruit and Henan's spicy soup (hulatang)! I'm really happy with this trip to Zhengzhou, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!
Stayed for two days, and overall, I really can't find anything to complain about. It's clean, tidy, and well-equipped. When I first arrived, someone was there to guide me, and any issues I had were resolved. Personally, and this is just my opinion, there were a couple of minor things: first, the small side shelf was really tiny, I'd say maybe 20cm long at most. Second, the shower room only had hooks, nowhere else to put small items. They could consider adding a folding shelf, which shouldn't be too expensive. Finally, there was one lady who seemed a bit grumpy both times I asked her something. I'm not sure if I'm being sensitive or if that's just her personality, because no one else was like that.

Came here during the May Day holiday. It's super close to Pagoda Land (Pang Dong Lai) in Angel City, and you can even wheel your shopping cart straight into your room! The room was clean and the service was quite good. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Pang Dong Lai; it's incredibly convenient.

JJuujuuHuUpon arrival, I was amazed on how quiet and clean the space were, took countless photos and couldn't dare to mess the space up, but I had to. It was such a lovely welcome with a flower (fake) on the bed, such a nice prop if you plan to take pictures with the lovely soft light coming from the window.
Location is very convenient, close to the metro and buses, being right at the entrance of the 丽景门, going places was ideally. Foods and milk tea stores were downstairs less than 5min walk away. 15-20min you would had reach the end of the night market from the hotel.
The room was clean and neat. If solo travel or couple traveller, it would be least of an issue, but if travelling with your friend, I must say the main door to the bathroom do need a little cover up as it is just a glass door. The bed was comfy, the pillow was the right height and firmness. I love the big space that's worth the price. I felt so space in this little hotel, the owners were so kind and friendly, vey lovely service too.
In conclusion: i would come back here when I'm in Luoyang again.

BBaoeryingThis hotel really stands out with its unique design among all the guesthouses. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, offering detailed suggestions for sightseeing and local delicacies. The room is spacious and clean, with powerful air conditioning and excellent water pressure for showers. The breakfast is simple but delicious. They have underground parking, and the location is fantastic – just about a hundred meters from both the food street and the shuttle bus stop. It's convenient yet quiet, truly one of those rare guesthouses I'd love to stay at again.
GGuest UserAll in all we are quite satisfied with our short stay. We haven't used any of the hotel amenities like swimming pool or restaurant, so it's impossible to comment upon them. However, we'd like to say thank you to the stuff that is available any time. It turned out that one faucet didn't work properly and we only found it out at around 11 p.m. We called service number and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. One more pleasant thing is the pillow menu) The beds are generally very comfortable (unlike in many other Chinese hotels), but you still can choose an orthopedic pillow to your liking. That was very nice! Location is good (around 15 min to the mountain park entrance and to the bus station).
Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the view. (It was a mountain view room). Yes, we saw a pagoda and the mountains, but also the construction site right below our windows. Workes started their day at around 7 a.m., which was clearly heard in our room. In addition, there's some soft music constantly playing in the corridor. Definitely not for those who are sensitive to extra sounds.

KKinga AnnaIt is our first time in China - it was a great stay - owner is very helpful - helped us to organise the tickets to Zen Music Festival, and she showed us the attractions in the area, we enjoyed the food - traditional breakfast, we had traditional hot pot for the dinner - great experience, also she made for us in the evening traditional tea (Pu-erh, and green tea) - unforgettable moments. Thank you very much for the hospitality.
GGuest UserHighly recommend the Huanzhi Hotel for your Kaifeng trip! The decor is trendy and stylish, making it perfect for photos. The rooms are spacious and clean, with incredibly comfortable zero-pressure mattresses. The all-smart room system is super convenient – just a voice command to Xiao Du controls everything. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, giving us tons of travel tips. Free foot bath tubs and wormwood packets were a nice touch; soaking our feet at night was so relaxing. 24-hour snacks and free parking show their attention to detail. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk was incredibly kind. Not only was check-in super fast, but seeing that we were out-of-towners, she proactively told us how to get around, recommended authentic local restaurants, and even helped us find out how much a taxi to Longmen Grottoes would cost. It immediately put our minds at ease.
The room was clean, and the bed was just the right firmness; both my parents said they slept really well. Breakfast had a good variety, with hot porridge and small dishes, so we ate comfortably. We really appreciated all the help with directions and recommendations from the front desk during our stay, which saved us a lot of hassle. Luoyang is beautiful, and our stay was very comfortable. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit!
