I had a wonderful experience and would especially like to thank Xiao Kuang for the exceptional service. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.
The environment was clean and comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. Xiao Kuang’s warm and genuine hospitality really made a difference and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Overview:
I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang and found it to be a pleasant and comfortable experience, offering great value for both business and leisure travelers. Located conveniently in the Honggutan District, the hotel is well-positioned for access to local attractions, shopping centers, and the business hub of the city.
The Good:
1. Comfortable Rooms:
The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room featured an ergonomic work desk, which was great for getting some work done. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets.
2. Facilities & Amenities:
The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay.
3. Breakfast:
The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables.
4. Service:
The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze.
5. Location:
The hotel’s location in Honggutan District made it convenient for accessing both the business district and local attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Nanchang’s Star of Ferris Wheel. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city.
The Drawbacks:
1. Room Size:
While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped.
2. Limited Dining Options:
While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery.
3. Noise:
Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers.

GGuest UserWangxian Valley is an artificial, internet-famous scenic spot with a great ambiance. The hotel's hardware facilities are generally decent, but the overall service experience has significant room for improvement.
The scenic area attracts a large crowd, and while staff members are visibly providing service, it's difficult for them to be truly attentive and thorough. The overall management appears somewhat chaotic. Showtimes and attraction information provided on the scenic area's mini-program and paper maps often differed from the actual on-site situation due to outdated information. This led to a lot of detours during my visit, significantly reducing the efficiency of my sightseeing.
The scenic area primarily focuses on Instagrammable photo spots, lacking any introduction to Wangxian Valley's history and culture. There's also no dedicated information or guide desk for in-depth explanations. Visitors are left to explore and check off attractions on their own, missing out on a deeper cultural understanding.
The service staff's quality varies, with many being interns who lack sufficient work experience. As a solo female traveler, the hotel did not proactively contact me with the specific check-in address after I booked. I had to call them to get the relevant information. When assigning my room, they didn't consider my solo travel situation and placed me in a building quite far from the central area. Although I requested a room change, there were no closer options available. While it was changed, it wasn't ideal.
Despite the overall disappointing experience, I want to extend a special thank you to two staff members: the 17-year-old front desk associate, number 36, who was genuinely sincere and enthusiastic. He provided me with a lot of practical help and much-needed encouragement, which was incredibly heartwarming. Also, my butler, Xiao Meng, was very helpful.
I hope the scenic area can optimize its information update mechanisms, strengthen staff training, and improve accommodation arrangements for solo travelers. I look forward to a better experience next time.

NNadineisinshanghaiWe stayed for 3 days in this lovely hotel, the lady running the place was really nice and helped us organising trips in the Wuyuan area. From the terrace you have a great view of the village and can take great photos. The rooms are spacious and offer everything you need.
The lobby/ breakfast area has a lot of charme, since all the furniture is from another era and so the place just feels very original and homey. Even though on 2 of 3 days we were the only guests, we got a full buffet of delicious Chinese food for breakfast, including a good coffee.
The organised trips with Mister Yu were such a pleasure, he showed us the best spots in the area and was a really good driver.

VVasilina70We had a wonderful stay at Wangxiangu Cliff Homestay / 望仙谷悬崖民宿. It is truly a special place in an incredibly beautiful valley, surrounded by atmospheric cliffside houses, mountains, streams, and magical evening lights. Staying here feels like being inside a fairytale.
We stayed in a spacious, clean, and very comfortable room near the breakfast building. It was located in a quiet lane, so the nights were peaceful and calm, while breakfast and the main walking routes around the valley were still very easy to reach. The room had plenty of space for relaxing and storing luggage, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made it easy to unwind after a busy day.
We would especially like to sincerely thank our personal manager, Huanhuan housekeeper🥰 She was always available on WeChat, responded quickly and kindly to every question and request, and helped us understand how to get around the valley and use the hotel services. This kind of support is especially valuable for international guests, and thanks to Huanhuan, we felt comfortable, welcome, and well looked after throughout our stay.
Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality, care, and unforgettable experience. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone who wants not only a comfortable stay in Wangxiangu, but also a truly unique and memorable experience.

YYida88Our family of 13 recently spent three nights at Wuyou Stayhill Resort in Sanbao Village, Jingdezhen, and it was a truly wonderful stay. The location is excellent—about a 20‑minute drive from Jingdezhen city—yet set in a quiet village surrounded by mountains and many artist studios, cafés, and restaurants, so there is always something interesting to explore. The hotel also provided free rental scooters, which made exploring Sanbao village easy and really fun. Waking up each morning to the crisp mountain air was already the perfect start to the day.
The resort offers spacious rooms with high‑quality finishes and fittings; our six rooms were all beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with quality bedding and bathroom amenities that made for a very comfortable stay.
The highlight of our visit was the outstanding service from the staff, who were consistently caring, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs. They handled several ad‑hoc requests even before our arrival and continued to go above and beyond throughout our stay so that every member of our family felt well looked after.
We particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast each morning. After long days of sightseeing, it was a joy to return to the resort, where a good night sweat desert soup awaited us, making it feel like coming home every evening. On Christmas Eve, our sweet dessert soup was accompanied by a beautifully written poem wishing us all a Merry Christmas, a thoughtful touch that showed how the staff went the extra mile to make us feel special. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay smooth, relaxing, and truly memorable, and this hotel is highly recommended to anyone planning to visit Sanbao Village.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located within Mount Sanqing, requiring a drive up the mountain, close to the Waishuangxi cable car. Since we had to return the same day, we chose the Jinsha cable car, which was about a 40-minute drive from the hotel. The hotel's facilities are really old. The towels were thin and damaged, the hairdryer switch didn't work, the hand soap dispenser was empty, and the toilet seat was wooden, like something from over a decade ago. Choosing the mountain view balcony was a bit of a mistake; the mountain was right in front of us, too close to see any distant views. My son went to the gym, which didn't have many machines, but the service was very good.

GGuest UserWe were so lucky to choose this B&B. We were too introverted to call the owner to pick us up at the station, but he was so enthusiastic and proactive in asking about our arrival time. We got into his car as soon as we got out of the station, which is really great for introverts. We exclaimed in delight as soon as we entered the B&B. Everywhere we looked was beautiful and exquisitely laid out. We could feel how carefully the owner took care of his house. The children were curious about this style of house. The room had beautiful views inside and outside, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the breakfast made by the owner's wife was delicious and authentic local food. There is a beautiful trail outside the B&B, which is very suitable for a walk. We are grateful to meet such a welcoming owner and his family.

The room facilities are all brand new, and they even offer free late-night noodles that are really delicious. The only minor drawback is that the mattress is a bit soft, which took some getting used to since I prefer a firm bed. But I still slept quite well! Overall, the good outweighs the bad, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

FFloryuce🍱 For breakfast, they'll ask about any dietary restrictions beforehand. It's a set menu, and for the wonton noodles, you can choose the type of flour. We had the noodles, and they felt a bit bland, but condiments were provided on the table, so we added some chili ourselves.
The restaurant has a great design, very photogenic! I felt like after taking pictures here, I wouldn't even need to go to Qianchuan for noodles, saving a good sum!
🍵 The tea room is very atmospheric, remember to book in advance! A whole glass wall beautifully frames the pine trees outside. No excessive decoration, just the gently drooping pine branches and the perfect shade of green. A small suggestion: if there was incense lit while having tea, it would feel even more Zen-like~
🌊 The swimming pool on the third floor was undisturbed even during the off-season. No noisy crowds, just you and the mountains gazing at each other ⛰️. An unprecedented sense of inner peace. I absolutely love this feeling!
☀️ It's super close to the famous 'Qi Ping' (Anger Bottle) landmark in Sanbao Village! Great for morning walks and fresh air.
