The room offers an amazing view, with its window directly facing Mount Siguniang, making it incredibly convenient to admire the snow-capped peaks! The room itself has a unique cave-like, luxurious feel. The amenities are very convenient, including a humidifier and an oxygen concentrator, which made for a very comfortable night's sleep. The service was impeccable; the staff were all very enthusiastic and basically accommodated every request. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel, highly recommended! The staff are very responsive, and they paid top-level attention to everything! This is the best place in Chengdu to stay if you are waiting for a flight. Free shuttle service, clean and comfortable rooms, everything you need. The territory is very cozy and cozy. I'm really glad that I stayed in this place. The best impressions remained. The hotel is very good. It is close to Wanda Plaza. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The lobby is very beautifully decorated. James, the front desk clerk, is enthusiastic and friendly. I give it ten thumbs up. It is very safe. The room is close to the river and has a good view. I was satisfied with my stay and praised it! The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit weak and the fried things are cold and hard. I hope it can be improved.

This hotel came highly recommended by a friend, and from the ground floor lobby to the 15th-floor reception, you can immediately feel Hyatt's distinctive and unique design. Stepping into the room, you'll notice that all the control switches, handles, and even the tables and chairs seem a bit lower than in standard hotels. As someone from Beijing, I initially found this slightly uncomfortable, but once I got used to it, I actually found it quite interesting—a unique regional touch and thoughtful design. A special shout-out goes to the buffet at their Cafe restaurant; I ate there four times in two days! In a city renowned for its food, I think that speaks volumes about its exceptional quality. I'll be posting photos as proof soon. Secondly, the service was excellent, from the reception staff to the restaurant hosts, everyone was professional and enthusiastic. The hotel's public areas are really well-designed, and the front desk staff, both the ladies and the gentlemen, were incredibly helpful! However, the soundproofing between floors isn't great. Around 1 AM, the kids upstairs were still jumping around, but the front desk guy quickly went up to remind them, which I really appreciated! We might have arrived during a peak time, as our room wasn't ready and we had to wait a bit. It would have been better if we could have checked in on time. There's a delicious 'chuan chuan' (skewer) restaurant right next door. All in all, for this price, the service was excellent!

The room had a unique character, and the hotel upgraded us to a themed room for free. Overall, the room was very comfortable. The window facing the street was lovely, but we couldn't keep the curtains open for privacy. The room's lighting was well-designed but a bit dim.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 5-10 minute taxi ride from Emeishan Station. The Christmas vibe was amazing! I checked in on Christmas Eve, and the whole hotel was decked out in Christmas decorations with festive music playing. It felt incredibly festive! The service attitude was excellent throughout my stay: • Concierge: From the moment I arrived, staff were there to open the car door, and they did the same when I left by taxi. Very warm and welcoming~ • Front Desk: The lady at the front desk was meticulous in handling everything, spoke softly, and even upgraded my room for free 🏠 • Coffee Bar: The manager on duty was also very kind and enthusiastically offered recommendations ☕ • Housekeeping: The cleaning aunties would always greet me with a smile in the morning 🙋‍♀️ Overall, the atmosphere felt very warm and welcoming 🧸. Every staff member was friendly. Yesterday, I encountered a minor issue midway through my stay, and the staff stayed with me throughout the process, making me feel supported. It was a great experience. 💕 Dining Experience: • Breakfast: The small noodles with bamboo shoots and beef brisket were especially delicious! 🍜 • Chinese Restaurant: The food was generally okay, but I personally found some dishes a bit oily. The sweet skin duck I ordered had a slight fishy taste, but it was acceptable. • Afternoon Tea: The staff were very thoughtful, even offering takeout and packing services 📦. In the evening, I had some cocktails and ordered snacks like fries. The overall ambiance was great 🍸. • In-room Welcome Gift: In the evening, they prepared welcome fruits, which were local Emei Mountain specialties 🍊, and croissants 🥐. Very thoughtful. Room Amenities: The room was equipped with a bathtub, and the view outside the window was beautiful. The heating was excellent, and the mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable. They even thoughtfully provided two pillow heights (one high, one low). The only minor drawback was the lack of disposable bathtub liners and bath salts. Hot Springs and Pool: Guests can enjoy the hot springs and there's also a swimming pool. The hot springs are split into indoor and outdoor sections. The outdoor section is a large pool without much decorative design, but the water temperature and quality were both excellent. Travel Photography Service: The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photography service, including 3 free photos. The photographer was very professional and patiently guided me on poses; the retoucher was also very skilled, and the photos turned out beautifully! Value for Money: The price was very reasonable, and the facilities and services were definitely worth it. Little Highlight: I noticed a small detail: even the sand-filled receptacles for cigarette butts had the hotel's logo on them, showing great attention to detail. Minor Flaw: Yesterday, I requested turn-down service, but it wasn't carried out. However, the front desk lady promptly prepared a small gift as compensation 🎁, and her handling of the situation was very good. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Emeishan~ 🎀

In a place like Bipenggou, where every inch of land is precious, this hotel is a total gem. I genuinely recommend it to friends traveling there. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich. Check-in was very pleasant, and the front desk and butler were super responsive to all our requests, basically granting everything we asked for. Plus, there's a bar for a little nightcap, and a shuttle service to Bipenggou.

We had a fantastic tranquil stay for 2 nights at this accommodation. The hosts are wonderful and show great hospitality to all their guests. They have offered rides in the area (for us a visit to the panda base was a must), organized a transfer, offered tea and coffee throughout the day and were available all the time. Our highlight was picking tea leaves with the family’s grandmother and preparing the tea with the family’s grandfather. The room and public places are cosy and well equipped. Our son loved the tree house in the backyard. The food was tasty and their menu offered us to try some local delicacies. Recommendation to everyone who wants to stay in the area around Ya’an.

Staying at a hotel inside the scenic area during the off-season was absolutely breathtaking! I loved the room's style, and waking up to the sight of the 'golden mountain bathed in sunlight' right outside my window was incredible. With kids, it was so relaxing not having to rush to get an early start on our itinerary. Due to a sudden heavy snowfall, we couldn't make it into the park by 8 AM. The staff member (little brother) was incredibly helpful; he communicated on our behalf and even came to pick up my family at the park entrance around 10 AM – I was so touched! He also dropped us off at the park entrance for our departure. The people of Western Sichuan are truly so warm and hospitable!
