This hotel has a great design and a fantastic location. There's a large terrace where you can enjoy mountain views, drink tea, and meditate. We booked a 'double-sided snow mountain view' room, which offered views of Siguniang Mountain on one side and Balang Mountain on the other – truly magnificent and beautiful! The 'golden mountain' sunset wasn't very prominent, but the sunrise 'golden mountain' was absolutely stunning. We didn't even have to brave the cold; we could enjoy the view right from our room. At night, the sky was filled with stars, and Orion was clear and bright – it felt like we could reach out and touch them! The hotel's dining is also highly recommended. We ordered the yak hotpot set, which came with 1.2 catties (approx. 600g) of beef and four vegetables. We were worried it wouldn't be enough for four people, so we added a portion of cured ribs, grilled sausages, and barley cakes, all of which were delicious. We ate our fill and even packed some leftovers. It happened to be New Year's, and the hotel even hosted an evening song and dance party, which was so engaging and helped us forget all our worries! Now, let's talk about the hotel's service – I'd give it 200 points! Before check-in, they learned we were experiencing altitude sickness and had been to the clinic for oxygen, so they suggested we get an oxygen pillow. It really came in handy later that night. However, we still felt unwell until past 4 AM. We contacted the staff, and they responded immediately, took us to the town clinic for oxygen, and then picked us up after we felt better. We were so touched; we didn't miss the 8 AM golden mountain sunrise, and they even offered us a late checkout so we could rest more. Their service is thoughtful and heartwarming; I will definitely recommend this place to my relatives and friends! If I'm ever fortunate enough to return and see more unseen sights, I'll choose 'Yangwang Xinkong' again. I wish the hotel all the best and the staff a happy and prosperous New Year!

Perfect for travellers who had early flight to catch, as hotel provide stress free shuttle van services, only 15 mins already arriving Tianfu airport. Although it is contena box, but it assemble well as a spacious hotel room, with nice heater bed, big screen projector etc, only downside is the door is quite difficult to open n close, almost need to slam the door to close properly. I trust that all guests will appreciate more if hotel can provide take away breakfast box for early travellers who r not able to hv their breakfast due to their flight time.

The location of the hotel is very good. The surrounding area is also very good. The environment is clean and the rooms are clean and tidy. We had a good stay. Kaimi's service at the front desk was warm and courteous. They were all arranged on high floors with good views. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean and had no unpleasant odors. The cleaning staff did a great job every day and promptly provided anything we needed. The bathroom was also very clean. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, and the downstairs staff were quick to help with luggage and open car doors. Plus, there were many mirrors in the room, which was super convenient for us who love taking photos, and they were all spotless.

The hotel's public areas are really well-designed, and the front desk staff, both the ladies and the gentlemen, were incredibly helpful! However, the soundproofing between floors isn't great. Around 1 AM, the kids upstairs were still jumping around, but the front desk guy quickly went up to remind them, which I really appreciated! We might have arrived during a peak time, as our room wasn't ready and we had to wait a bit. It would have been better if we could have checked in on time. There's a delicious 'chuan chuan' (skewer) restaurant right next door. All in all, for this price, the service was excellent!

Every time I visit Chengdu, I stay here. It used to be called Wudang Washe. There are so many great restaurants nearby, and the small alleyways are full of local life, giving you that authentic Old Chengdu vibe. The location is excellent too; it's a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and just one stop gets you to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. The interior design and facilities are decent but very stylish, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The staff are also very friendly and attentive. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's prepared with great care.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 5-10 minute taxi ride from Emeishan Station. The Christmas vibe was amazing! I checked in on Christmas Eve, and the whole hotel was decked out in Christmas decorations with festive music playing. It felt incredibly festive! The service attitude was excellent throughout my stay: • Concierge: From the moment I arrived, staff were there to open the car door, and they did the same when I left by taxi. Very warm and welcoming~ • Front Desk: The lady at the front desk was meticulous in handling everything, spoke softly, and even upgraded my room for free 🏠 • Coffee Bar: The manager on duty was also very kind and enthusiastically offered recommendations ☕ • Housekeeping: The cleaning aunties would always greet me with a smile in the morning 🙋‍♀️ Overall, the atmosphere felt very warm and welcoming 🧸. Every staff member was friendly. Yesterday, I encountered a minor issue midway through my stay, and the staff stayed with me throughout the process, making me feel supported. It was a great experience. 💕 Dining Experience: • Breakfast: The small noodles with bamboo shoots and beef brisket were especially delicious! 🍜 • Chinese Restaurant: The food was generally okay, but I personally found some dishes a bit oily. The sweet skin duck I ordered had a slight fishy taste, but it was acceptable. • Afternoon Tea: The staff were very thoughtful, even offering takeout and packing services 📦. In the evening, I had some cocktails and ordered snacks like fries. The overall ambiance was great 🍸. • In-room Welcome Gift: In the evening, they prepared welcome fruits, which were local Emei Mountain specialties 🍊, and croissants 🥐. Very thoughtful. Room Amenities: The room was equipped with a bathtub, and the view outside the window was beautiful. The heating was excellent, and the mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable. They even thoughtfully provided two pillow heights (one high, one low). The only minor drawback was the lack of disposable bathtub liners and bath salts. Hot Springs and Pool: Guests can enjoy the hot springs and there's also a swimming pool. The hot springs are split into indoor and outdoor sections. The outdoor section is a large pool without much decorative design, but the water temperature and quality were both excellent. Travel Photography Service: The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photography service, including 3 free photos. The photographer was very professional and patiently guided me on poses; the retoucher was also very skilled, and the photos turned out beautifully! Value for Money: The price was very reasonable, and the facilities and services were definitely worth it. Little Highlight: I noticed a small detail: even the sand-filled receptacles for cigarette butts had the hotel's logo on them, showing great attention to detail. Minor Flaw: Yesterday, I requested turn-down service, but it wasn't carried out. However, the front desk lady promptly prepared a small gift as compensation 🎁, and her handling of the situation was very good. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Emeishan~ 🎀

I think this is the best hotel you can choose in Bipenggou. The hotel's condition is quite rare for an area near a scenic spot. Plus, the altitude is very friendly, just over 2000 meters, so it's less likely to cause altitude sickness. It's good for getting acclimated before heading into the valley the next day. The staff, especially one gentleman, was incredibly warm and friendly, providing excellent service – a big thank you to him. The hotel rooms are spacious and well-equipped. It's very close to the scenic area, and the hotel offers free shuttle service. Our stay was very comfortable, and we had a wonderful holiday.

We had a fantastic tranquil stay for 2 nights at this accommodation. The hosts are wonderful and show great hospitality to all their guests. They have offered rides in the area (for us a visit to the panda base was a must), organized a transfer, offered tea and coffee throughout the day and were available all the time. Our highlight was picking tea leaves with the family’s grandmother and preparing the tea with the family’s grandfather. The room and public places are cosy and well equipped. Our son loved the tree house in the backyard. The food was tasty and their menu offered us to try some local delicacies. Recommendation to everyone who wants to stay in the area around Ya’an.

This was by far the best night's sleep I've had at such a high altitude! You can see the 'Golden Mountain' (sunrise over the snowy peaks) right from the room. It's incredibly convenient – you can just wave down a sightseeing bus right at the hotel entrance, and the first stop is only about a kilometer's walk away. The service was really warm and proactive; a staff member even helped me carry my heavy suitcase all the way up to my 4th-floor room. The concierge provided a detailed guide and important tips for the area. The food was also delicious, though it's a shame I was alone and couldn't try their hotpot. Just a small suggestion: the friendly cat in the restaurant that isn't afraid of people could really use a bath!
