Excellent place to stay in Medellín, Colombia. It's located near many restaurants and essential services for travelers. The hotel also boasts good, modern facilities. Definitely recommended!
If you are on a business trip in Colombia and you are visiting Medellin for the first time, I recommend staying in the El poblado area. It is more reassuring.
This hotel is not expensive in the area, but the location is quite good. It is mainly because the place is really small.
Across from it is the Provenza bar and restaurant street, where there is Karol G's restaurant and Maluma's disco.
There is a 24-hour farmatodo nearby, which is very convenient for buying water and other things.
The nearest large supermarket is Exito WoW, which is one kilometer away.
The hotel is full of L'Occitane toiletries, the countertop is too small, and the toilet and bathroom are only about 0.5 square meters 🥹
There is a construction project near the hotel, and I am woken up by the sound of the renovation every day. From Monday to Saturday, there is the rumbling sound of the disco.
The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel has a special soda drink that is quite delicious. Because I have been having meetings here, I almost always order food and drinks here.
Breakfast: I like it. It is all white rice, muffins and yogurt bowls. The bread is also delicious. The waiter is very young, handsome and beautiful, and the service is very considerate! ! The people in Bogota were very friendly and cared about us. They almost met all our needs.
Firstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.
They guy at the front disk was rude when we checked in and gives us a room that the safe box wasn’t working and the fridge also wasn’t working and we had to go back and forth to change the room we were going to stay longer but we end up leaving because of all that
Super disappointed
In bed at 9am in the morning and the girl that does the mini bar comes in to my room sees I'm in bed and goes to check contents of mini bar .I tell her come back later but NO SHE HAS A JOB TODO AND CARRIES ON. IT TAKES PRIORITY OVER GUEST PRIVACY.
COMPLAINED TO MANAGER HE SAYS ITS MY FAULT AS A PAYING GUEST I HAVE ACCEPT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO COME IN TO MY ROOM EVEN IF IM IN BED
VERY UNUSUAL MANAGEMENT STYLE.
NICE HOTEL
AVOI TRY RADIOSSION 3400 FT AWAY
PHOTOS
After that slept with a chair behind the door
And cear view of bed from mini bar
Clean and tidy. Nice scenery outside. Convenient transportation. It's more than an hour away from the airport. It's quick to take a taxi. There are many coffee shops nearby. You can walk to a shopping mall with many restaurants in 10 minutes for meals.
This time I caught up with the Medellin Flower Festival and was completely moved! Medellin is romantic, and the spirit of Medellin is what China should learn! The hotel is also like a Spanish garden, the room is very comfortable and large, the bath water is very large, every day is very comfortable, and it is very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel! The hotel staff wear Medellin hats and small scarves every day, which are very beautiful! This Medellin Flower Festival, I saw Medellin's respect for every industry! I love Medellin very much!

Very Good
It was a good memorial place for me. The gim on the outside was a special feeling among this business journey.
This is my second stay at this property. I really enjoyed my first stay and though this could be somewhere that I could book for longer than a week. I booked a double room last time and enjoyed my stay this time I booked a single room but would not return. The single room is a lot smaller than the double and I paid the same price as last time so value for money for this was not so great. View is great, amenities good, no AC and it gets hot in the room. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. The big issue for me on the last 2 nights was a club down the street playing music so loud that I could feel the bass 10 floors up and this went on until 4am. This was Monday and Tuesday night! So hot room as can’t open the window with the music, fan on full, white noise from tv at full volume and ear plugs is not what I’m looking for. I could not return if the bar continues like that. Previous stay no issues, first 5 nights no issues, but this is a big problem for me. I am so thankful I didn’t book the month I was contemplating and left after a week. A double room without the noise at the right price I would return.
GGuest UserThe view from the hotel was amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. There is no phone in the room, so every time we needed assistance we had to go up and down three flights of stairs to reception. When we went down to get the Wi-Fi code, the handwritten note was so unclear that we couldn’t connect and eventually gave up trying.
The toilet seat was completely loose, which was very uncomfortable and not ideal at all. We also had no hot water for our shower. Breakfast was extremely limited, with virtually no options available. We travel around the world and have stayed in many different places, and in our opinion this hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The staff did try to make it up to us the next day, but since we were only staying one night, it didn’t really help. For the price we paid, we were expecting a true 5-star experience.
Learning from my experience of booking a more expensive but windowless executive room, I went for a balcony room this time. The room was spacious and the balcony large and with a safe high railing. The views were great. Checking in was the same laborious process as for my first stay: instead of handing me the key card, I had to wait for another staff member to pick me up and lead me to the room. This is so annoying and in itself a reason to avoid this hotel. Breakfast on the first day was the same poor quality as during my last stay. On my last morning, however, the hotel, for no apparently reason to me, upped their game and significantly improved breakfast choices, adding jam, a soup, fried rice and several choices of scrambled egg to the offering, making breakfast acceptable rather than a joke.
It was pleasing to stay at this boutique hotel. The room was decent. Andrew from the front desk goes above and beyond to be helpful and professional. The only downside is that the room lighting system isn't good; I barely see anything in the mirror or inside the room with the lights on.
