"We stayed for two nights and overall, it was a great stay. Lovely staff, good location and quiet neighborhood. Since Brno is a really small city, the hotel is at a walking distance to almost everywhere in the city, including the train station and Masaryk University. The restrooms having bidet nozzle is also a huge plus. I highly recommend Hotel Europa to everyone who wishes to stay in Brno."
GGuest UserI really enjoyed while staying in the hotel.
Great location from city centre and direct bus(no.67) in front of hotel. Shop and shopping centre and thej0 swimming pool was couple of mins away from.the ho
All the staff were extremely well trained. Receptionist,
The breakfast was amazing 👏 😋 so many choices I was full every morning. Cereals, muffins, pancakes, juice, ham, cheese, teas, coffee, bacon, sausage, beans, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, steamed vegetables, dairy drinks, yogurts, fruits, even sauces and condiments were very detailed. Dinner time there was a live piano music. Food was nice as well. We had a drink in the restaurant at night, they serve drink before 11pm. Highly recommended to stay in Cosmopolitan Boby Centrum.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of Brno. In addition to a beautiful lobby and clean rooms with good amenities, the hotel is characterized by its very good service.
I recommend booking a room with a city view. This offers a very nice view of the old cathedral.
A welcome drink was provided. The breakfast is also recommended. A good selection of good products combined with excellent service guarantee a good start to the day.
For the journey from the train station, I advise against booking a taxi during the Christmas period. Due to restrictions on access, the direct walk from the train station would have been shorter.
All in all, I would recommend the hotel at any time!
EEttie LUKThis time I extended my stay by one day, so I used the ”Rebook” button on Trip.com to book the same room and avoid having to move. I had already notified the hotel when I stayed last time, and they said they would arrange it, but breakfast was not included, unlike the first time! The hotel staff were very friendly, and there were electric shoe-shining machines on every floor, which were very useful!
GGuest UserThis is a new and clean hotel. However was very basic. The staff were very good and concerned about any issues we might have had. This is basically a roadside hotel at a truck stop that truckers use. A good hotel if your on the road for a long time and just need a place to rest. It really wasn’t the best for the vacation traveler. Our experience was a check in of 45 minutes due to real bad timing…was in line behind a dozen truckers and there was only one attendant. Also the included breakfast was sub par.
GGuest UserThe room is well-equipped, but the power outlets are European standard, so you'll need an adapter. The hotel provides a kettle and various tea bags.
Note: Disposable toiletries are not provided. The room only has hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Hairnets (and disposable slippers, which were only replaced every two days – there weren't any when I first arrived, and I didn't ask why, and no toothpaste!) are also not provided.
The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Since I had an early departure, I asked them to prepare breakfast and arrange a taxi the night before. In the morning, the breakfast was already packed in a bag and quite substantial, and the taxi was waiting at the door.
MMeng_xiangjiaA very satisfying accommodation experience in the Czech Republic. The hygiene, facilities, environment, breakfast and service are all very good. Although it is not in the city center, it is not too far from the city center. The taxi is less than 5 euros, which is very convenient. In addition to the paid underground garage, the hotel also has a free parking area on the ground, which is very friendly for self-driving travel!

FFrenkenThe hotel is nice and the breakfast is above average.
Parking situation is good and the Spa quite ok.
Unfortunately I had a heavy diarrhea.
Although every room has a complementary bottle of water, the hotel was unable or unwilling to supply me a second bottle ( of cause we offer to pay for it ) after 10 pm. I still don't understand what's the problem to supply a simple bottle for a ill guest.
GGuest UserHotel location is very good. Very easy to go around next to the square.
The room felt like a renovation of an old palace, and the bathroom items were only shower gel and shampoo. There was a refrigerator, but it was filled with various items in the form of a minibar, and there was an espresso machine, but it was paid. Breakfast was delicious.
Wi-Fi is a lot slow and not caught according to location inside the room.
The safe with the key is the first spring.
JjessicabThe hotel is located at the entrance to the old town, making it convenient for strolling around. The hotel lobby is beautiful, decorated with many fresh flowers, and offers complimentary drinks to new guests. The rooms are large and unique, highly recommended!
