The location of the premium room was very good. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I know Tropical Islands very well; this was my 18th visit. Despite prior written confirmation that we could leave our luggage and sports bags at reception, this wasn't possible on site. Instead, we had to store our luggage in lockers until we could access our room – at a cost of €2.50 per day for a total of three days. Despite repeatedly pointing out that I had specifically asked, I was simply told that only ”large pieces of luggage” would be accepted. In the future, promises should be clearly stated, or the dimensions should be requested directly. As a regular guest, this makes me feel cheated.

We've had better experiences in other 4-star hotels. Perhaps things were off from the very beginning here. The lobby was too cold. The carpet and windows in the room were partly dirty. The pillow service didn't work properly; the pillow arrived 4 hours later after a reminder, and the down pillow we requested was no longer available. In the wellness area, only one sauna was working; everything else was out of order. Only one shower was functional, and it was quite hidden. The late check-out we booked extra was not communicated to housekeeping, so we were asked to leave the room during our afternoon nap. It barely felt like a 5-star hotel that day. The breakfast, however, was very good, which it should be for the price.

Warm service, great breakfast, although far from the city, there are 2 big supermarkets opposite the hotel, convenient shopping. The accommodation is clean and tidy, although it is an old-fashioned door key, but the sense of security is still enough.

Just a 2-minute walk from BER T1, the hotel room size and layout are excellent. It's quiet and comfortable. This is probably the most value-for-money and comfortable airport hotel I've stayed at in Europe!

The hotel is worth it’s money and well managed. The standard is good considering the relatively low costs, The breakfast is nice. Unfortunately, the hotel charges for parking in its underground parking lot 14 euros per day. The breakfast is nice! Room service comes only every 3 days and after we asked for daily room service it still wasn’t done.

Handy location for late night arrival at Berlin Brandenburg airport. Good breakfast buffet and nice bar area. Limited amenities in the room but fine for one night stopover. Clean and comfortable.

Sad as superficial the cleaning team works. For it is not nice for the guest to see when the washing basin tube looks anchorage and calcified And the toilet has a machere riesse. This should be reported, but if the No German can ......it goes so further and the guest doesn't feel well with so much evil.

The overall environment is clean, dim and a bit eerie and creepy. The price is very cheap, sound card white dog location is very convenient.

Despite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna. A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices. The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! You can walk straight to the palace park or into the city with all its attractions. I requested a room with twin beds when booking, but this wasn't accommodated! I was then offered a higher room category for an extra charge! Elsewhere, you might get an upgrade for free! But the double bed was perfectly fine, and I slept well! The room was very small, and the bathroom was especially cramped! The amenities were extremely spartan; aside from soap dispensers, there was nothing else in the bathroom! However, there was a small fridge in the room, which would definitely be useful in the summer. At peak times, the breakfast area got very crowded, and you sometimes had to wait for a table! The breakfast itself was decent! It had everything you'd expect! All the restaurant staff were without exception very friendly, kind, and helpful! Due to a medical emergency, an ambulance had to be called for me, and all the staff took excellent care of me! A big thank you again for that!
