BBilginThe hotel is at such nice location! Just superb! We experienced great service, especially hotel being booked out they been able to move us around well and found something. Pool is so nice, outside and inside, we spend a lot of time there. Beach is walking distance, a lot of food around.
2 recommendations: I think would be nice also to consider more things for kids, in the pool and especially food. I mean breakfast ist really nice, but dinner doubt you can convince kids with such food such as seafood etc. there should be small child corner at dinner buffet, some pIzza, nuggets, frenchfries, rice, parika, gurken, etc. simple. For adults the dinner buffet is quite nice, for children, rather limited, if your kids are special with food. so dinner we had to eat always outside, which was pity.

GGuest UserFirst of all the hotel location is good. Just in front of the train station. But unfortunately, at that day we traveled to lubeck. It was a hot day. We book this hotel because I saw there was AC. Turned out the hotel doesn’t have AC at all. They are willing to refunded which it’s too in convenient for us. And I consulted the trip.com to arrange another room with AC but they could not. Eventually the problem solved but still it’s too hard for them to fix this problem they cause. It tooks me 3 day to get the price diff of rebooking a new room with AC. Even when we checked out at the same day of late night. The Hotel also did not ask anything. No service at all.

GGuest UserThe room appears to be recently renovated. It is very clean. The location is excellent. It is at the city center. However, unlike hotels at other locations with the same price range, they do not provide a kettle and some free coffee and tea.

GGuest UserWouldn't recommend for self-driving! There's no parking, and you have to walk about a kilometer to an open public parking lot, which feels a bit unsafe 🌚. It would be perfect if you're flying in, though. The hotel is only about 1 km from the main attractions. The rooms are just so-so, very small and cramped.

GGuest UserThe mention of private parking was very misleading, had to cut the stay short because of this, and had to park at the nearby park house that had problems all on its own. Front desk reception a tad bit rude and unaccomodating.

GGuest UserMy wife and I have just returned home after a two nights stay in Das James. This should be a 5 star hotel - staff is incredibly friendly and is on the forefront constantly - everything here is of a very very high standard and interior everywhere is modern and elegant. Best spa-pool-terrace-sauna area we have seen so far. Breakfast is fantastic. We had the gourmet menu in Restaurant Das Grace - also fantastic both in terms of staff and the delicious meal. The bar is beyond imagination superb - the bartender Mr. M.A. Coldeway makes magic with a combination of his great personality and his innovative touch when preparing drinks - don’t miss out on this guy when you are here👍👍👍
