SSangetudoufensibaoThe carpet on the floor was a bit dirty, but the room's cleanliness was otherwise acceptable. It wasn't noisy at all. There was a slight smell in the room, but it cleared up once I aired it out. The younger front desk staff were all very good and polite. However, the older female staff member was a bit pushy and unaccommodating. They were very strict about the 2 PM check-in time with no flexibility. For breakfast, there were many types of bread, but very few hot dishes.

GGuest UserI’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable.
As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

JJulienrouxxThe waiter service is slow and does not take the initiative to clean the room. Others are fine.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel, located 10 minutes by car from the airport and 5 minutes on foot from the Bab Ezzouar shopping center.

CCarlo MariaGreat welcome with free upgrade offered by them. The welcome cocktail at the bar is always appreciated but half of the drinks on the menu were not available. The gym and pool are at a great level. The structure is very spacious. Very good rooms even if you can see that they are already a few years old. Very good 24h room service, the food ordered was excellent. The only flaw, the bar does not have a smoking section but this is common in Algeria. Summing up however the room does not offer anything special for the (official) price paid, so it is too expensive for the type of structure and service offered.

Amazing
GGuest UserThe room environment and security are very good. You will be required to go through security checks when entering the hotel gate, and vehicles will also undergo explosion-proof checks when entering the security area. However, most of the hotel buffets are bread (although this is the case in many hotels). The hotel does not allow outside food to be brought in.

XXIAOHUIThe hotel is about half an hour's drive from the city. But the hotel is good, located on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, you can walk to the beach through the hotel lawn. The hotel facilities are very good and the service is good. recommend.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and tidy, close to the airport, very convenient, the hotel conditions are in line with the price.
