Situated on the Port of Bonifacio where cruises begin for the Lavezzi Islands, the Best Western Hotel du Roy DAragon has been completely renovated and welcomes you with a variety of 31 rooms.
All rooms have air conditioning along with other amenities that include a TV, telephone, hairdryer and free Wi-Fi. We have a cafe with a terrace by the sea which is ideal for breakfast or to enjoy one of their delicious appetizers.
The hotel is located close to many shops, bars, restaurants and beaches making it a perfect base for visiting the famous city of cliffs.
The marina is closed to traffic from April thru November. For parking, the hotel offers guests an access card (for a refundable deposit) for a free open public parking lot located 200 meters from the hotel. For any area information you might need upon arrival, you can check at the hotel reception at any time.
"The location is excellent, just 10 minutes from the pier, the hotel is in the city center, restaurants and shops are everything, the hotel is a boat to go to the other islands to the berth. It is also a small train station, 6 Euros on the old city set is very convenient. Be sure to book a room with a terrace on the 4th floor, the view is very beautiful"

Port but it will be difficult to arrive by foot if you are carrying the luggages but the rooms are nice and comfortable and also the swimming pool is a plus which you can jump into the pool to cool down in the hot summer or you can relax and surf with your phone as there is no wifi in your own room and it’s about 10/15 min walking distance to the old town and sand beach so it’s convenient too! Everyday I walked to the town for shopping in the traditional market in town! And walk to sand beach for swimming and after walking to old town for having the French gourmet at one restaurant called “ the grand bleu” I went back two times in 2 days and it was really amazing and friendly!

FFT MiaoClean, comfy and charming hotel in a historic building -In city centre surrounded by great restaurants and Boulangeries, minutes walk from citadel. Large clean room (mountain view), comfortable bed, modern bathroom, coffee machine in the room. Very good and local breakfast spread. Warm friendly service. Overall a fantastic experience that I will recommend. Only inconvenience is that the there is no elevator and our room is on 2nd floor. But hotel staff helped us with our luggage so all’s good!

GGuest UserGreat advantage of this hotel is the central location near Bastia harbor. Overall, it's very basic, but gets the job done. Beddings were clean, floors clean, view from the balcony onto the street nice, higher ceilings. You need some basic French to check in, but receptionists are very forthcoming in communication.
Water flow from the shower head was much weaker than from the other faucets.

FFT MiaoHotel is right by the seafront with amazing sea view. Very spacious and clean hotel room with a huge balcony - much more spacious than most hotels we have stayed in Corsica. Comfortable bed, with local biscuits given as a welcome gift (nice thought!). As hotel is not in the middle of tow centre (but in scenic seaside), best to have a car. All in all I loved the stay.

GGuest UserApartments of this hotel are located separately from the hotel reception, car parking available on premises, pool, great view, could have stayed way longer. Apartments are spacious measonettes.
I would definitely improve on the lighting (weak light bulbs). The electric sockets were also a bit too few and far between.

RRonaldaThe beautiful pink hotel is located in the lively port of Ajaccio. The daily market is also just in front of the door. All products are available: bread, cheese, fruit, fish, wine, beer, flowers and jewelry wheels. We had ordered a basic room at the back, but we received an upgrade to a superior room with balcony at the front so we could see the big cruise ships and ferries arrive. The air-conditioning is nice when it is out of 35 degrees and in the night it does not make noise. The parking is minimal, so you need to ride a little bit for a public parking outside the city. Ajaccio is a vibrant city with many restaurants and terraces. There is a beautiful museum of Palace Fesch nearby.
