I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable visit, though unfortunately, there was a stain on my pillow when I checked in. Navigating the hotel with suitcases was also terribly inconvenient; my room was on the third floor, but access was poor, even with the elevator. The staff were unhelpful—no one greets you when you walk in. They are busy with ”more important” things, like pretending to work at their computer screens. The service was nonexistent. There was a small gym where you could get a basic workout in. The room had a great shower with good water pressure and clean water. Location-wise, you can even walk to Tesco. To get to the airport, you need to order a taxi or take the bus—it’s just a one-stop ride.

A castle with a British style, elegant hotel environment, room service in place, large lawn outside the city wall, empty pastoral, waxy buildings, medieval walls, moss-covered stone roads, various exquisite sculptures and ornaments... Here we breathe the fresh air , taste the most authentic English afternoon tea and English breakfast, enjoy the life of the Taoyuan manor, comfortable and cozy. Very recommended

I booked a basic double room in the Lodge. The room was fine at this price point, clean and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and the bar had a good range of food options on the menu. The location is very close to Gatwick Airport, and the hotel had plenty of free parking, just register your number plate at the reception.

My overall experience at Hilton London Gatwick Airport was very satisfying, definitely worth a five-star rating! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, directly connected to Gatwick Airport's South Terminal. This is especially hassle-free for travelers catching early morning flights, arriving late at night, or in transit, as you don't have to drag your luggage around outside the airport. The room itself was clean and tidy, with comfortable space and bedding. Despite being next to the airport, the soundproofing was excellent, so our rest wasn't disturbed at night. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, perfectly meeting the needs for a short stay and pre-departure rest as an airport hotel. The staff were professional and friendly, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The breakfast selection was rich and the overall quality was good, making it very convenient to grab breakfast before departure. Overall, the hotel performs exceptionally well in terms of location, convenience, comfort, and service, making it particularly suitable for travelers departing from Gatwick Airport's South Terminal. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I fly from Gatwick Airport. Five-star recommendation!

I had a great time at Ibis Styles. I needed a location close to Gatwick airport. The bus stop was 2 min away with multiple choice (100/4/5). The room was away from the lifts so very quiet. The design was modern and cool for both business and pleasure. The bathroom was spotless and bedsheet crisp. The AC was perfect and silent. I had a great nice sleep. Pillow could have been firmer to my liking. I did not have any meal at the hotel. I opted for M&S Foodhall and Costa coffee. You can use the desk in your room or the table outdoor.

We (couple in their 60’s) booked a Friday to Sunday, 2 night break over the August bank holiday weekend. First time at this hotel, we felt it was very good for us. The premises are a little tired but the owners are looking to develop the site over the next year. The welcome by the Receptionist was warm, and he provided a room on the ground floor which had good space and adequate facilities. We heard a few floorboard creaks from the room above, and the stairs which were near our room, but nothing horrendous. Breakfast was okay but basic, and not a great deal of variety; the staff were friendly and attentive, though a bit distracted at times by various other guest requests. Hot food was reasonably good; needed a few additional options (pastries, fruit, etc) to fully impress. Had to ask a few times for items we needed. Overall for us a good 7-8 out of 10.

Lovely staff but very disapointed at no soft close on room doors so lots of loud banging from about 06.00 Hot water tap in the sink didn't work - video proof if needed - and loud commercial vehicles outside reversing til very late and early morning. The windows were truly filthy. Lastly, despite complimentary breakfast they can't cater for Gluten Free medical needs and I couldn't purchase alternative.

A really lovely hotel and country club which is tucked away in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex. The driveway is a wonderful welcome with all the purple rhododendrons in bloom. The decor of the entire hotel was contemporary mixed with tradition - loved it. We had amazing service which made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a family room within the hotel with an amazing view of the golf course (9th tee) - it was perfect; beautiful interior, comfortable bed and pillows, fluffy towels, great balcony, tea/coffee and biscuits and lovely toiletries. It had a lovely country cosy feel to the room and the entirety of the hotel. The service in the restaurant was brilliant and super friendly and the breakfast was superb - the perfect amount of choices. The view from restaurant was brilliant, the first tee! We used the health club in particular the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The changing rooms and showers were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful as was the family cat 😊. The only slight down side was the swimming pool closed at 5:30pm for children. The golf pros in the golf shop were super friendly and made us feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised how lovely this hotel was after booking very last minute, it was very reasonable and we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Highly recommended, thank you very much.

Perfect transit hotel for Gatwick flights. Direct covered walkway to South Terminal, free 24h monorail to North Terminal saves huge hassle. Rooms are quiet, clean and beds extremely comfortable with great blackout blinds to sleep in late. Staff polite and responsive. For one-night pre-flight stays, it’s well worth the money and I’ll return.

The hotel is rather out of the way but no issues if travelling by car. Check-in was quick, simple and easy. Breakfast was cooked to order and excellent with plenty of choice including fresh fruit, ham, cheese, pastries, cereals and a great cup of coffee from a proper machine. Negatives Sadly there is no option for evening meals meaning having to drive into Crawley to get dinner. The bar is supposedly open until 11pm however when I went to it around 9.30pm the reception which doubles up as bar and breakfast area was dark with the only light on being the reception desk light, so very unwelcoming and not conducive to wanting a drink. The main part of the hotel is solidly built however I was in the annex at the back which has a number of rooms backing onto each other. The stud walls are incredibly thin and it felt like the people in the adjoining room were in mine, so note to oneself, if ever staying there again, make sure that the room is in the main part of the hotel.
