Loved our stay here. We just stayed a night before hiking to Ushguli. The person at reception was so friendly and helpful. We helped us arrange a driver and store our luggage while we hiked. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Room was clean and bathroom had nice hot water.

A wonderful, very cozy hotel with beautiful view to the Mestia. The location is very convenient, all in step-to-step access: both the city center and the rope road.
The hotel interior is decorated in modern style, super bed linen and soft dresses. We lacked only the refrigerator in the room, but we were only two nights, so it wasn't critical. I think if we lived longer, the issue would be solved.
The administrator is a friendly girl, in case of questions is ready to help.

應該是梅斯蒂亞最好的酒店。酒店雖然不在梅斯蒂亞的中心地帶，不過規模算大的，而且很新很乾凈，設施很好。套房面積超大，裝飾不錯，藍白色調比一般的酒店要精緻些。洗漱用品齊全，有浴袍。套房有個大陽台，對着隔河的山坡，有一片碉樓，左右雪山環抱。入住的第二天清晨正好一輪圓月掛着對面的山頂，風景很美。

The room is newly renovated, some retro, the space is acceptable, the bedding is more comfortable; the biggest problem is very noisy, I don't know where the music is very loud at night, plus the sound of talking in the corridor, it will be quiet until the early morning.

Small hotel located in the center of Mestia.
Big spacious fully equipped rooms.
I was during mid season so I was provided with personal breakfast.
There was only one problem for me: there is narrow drive to the hotel’s entrance. And for me it was a bit difficult to park my car. But it has a small square 2 min walk where I could easily park my car. But I don’t know if it’s easy to park during a tourist season.
Otherwise everything was great.

The view behind the hotel is stunning. The rooms are clean, and the owners, an elderly couple, are incredibly kind. They even have some adorable dogs and cats. I'm from Thailand, and this is a great hotel. Everything was perfect. Beautiful view. The owner is lovely and friendly. There are adorable dogs and cats. See you again in the summer.

Rarely write reviews, but this one must give a good text. This family hotel is designed by a loving local couple and is very clean and tidy. The male host can speak English, and the hostess can't speak English but is hospitable in her way - such as the hearty breakfast prepared for us every morning. The little white dog in the yard is also very cute and friendly. The room is also very clean and warm. It really feels like home. If you have the opportunity to come to Mestián (the road is very far), you must choose this loving family hotel.
