PpopnasThe location is fantastic, seriously the best! Cleanliness, though, was just so-so. The pillowcases looked really worn out and were pilling. The sink also had mold in the crevices, probably because it's quite old. I stayed here because a friend was attending a wedding.
The best part, without a doubt, is the swimming pool. I always love the vibe there! 🫰🏻

AayudhowI stayed at Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru in a Superior Room, and overall the stay was quite comfortable. The room provided was originally a twin bed, which was then combined into one large bed to accommodate my request for a king-size bed. The room size felt just right—not too small and not too spacious. I was able to perform prayers comfortably inside the room, and there was still a sofa available for relaxing, which made the room feel practical and cozy. I stayed in a non-smoking room, so the atmosphere was clean and pleasant.
Breakfast was fairly varied, featuring local traditional snacks from Pekanbaru as well as lontong sayur, a well-known local dish. Everything tasted good and offered a nice introduction to local flavors. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located near a mosque, making it very convenient to attend congregational prayers. Overall, Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru is a good choice for a comfortable stay with convenient facilities and easy access to nearby worship places.

RRyanyiiThe room was more spacious than expected, clean and tidy overall, with plenty of room to move between the bed and the TV wall, so unpacking luggage didn't feel cramped. The air conditioning was also very powerful.
The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport.
Facilities: The Lobby and *** Restaurant are on the 2nd floor, while the Pool, Gym, SPA, and Pool Bistro are on the 15th floor.
Ideal for short stays of 1-2 nights, business trips, or layovers.

There's also a swimming pool, which is why a lot of families stay here. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned but clean, though they do have that distinct old hotel scent. Overall, it's just good.

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Besides being comfortable, it's right in the city center, close to large malls. Every time we had a staycation with the kids, swimming here was very comfortable. What really impressed me was getting a birthday surprise from the hotel staff!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good.
Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserOverall, it's good value for money, but there are some downsides. There was no hot water for showering. The front desk service was very welcoming, which is why I insisted on staying there. The only downside was the lack of hot water. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was cleaner than other hotels, and not damp. If you don't mind the lack of hot water or the not-too-cold water, it's a good option.
