The management is rigid, but other services are acceptable, though the prices are slightly high, and it's a bit damp.

Nice room and clean. Also, the pool is Nice and hot. Finally, the food is very good at the restaurent.

I stayed at Harper Banjarmasin last night. The location is in the city, around 2 km from the big mall. The hotel is not very big, and the gym is quite small. Service was okay, and overall it was a decent stay.

The hotel facilities are too old, the air conditioner in the room is too noisy, I changed rooms three times, the clothes hangers are fixed and can't be taken down to hang clothes outside, the swimming pool is OK, and the restaurant in the hotel is not bad. Overall, it's average.

Not much can be expected from a hotel that is 12 years old, old facilities, old hallway and lobby atmosphere. Some things are still comfortable, such as soft linen and a soft mattress, even though the pillow is not very comfortable and sometimes the linen is not clean so it makes the body itchy, cleanliness is not maintained. What makes this hotel not go bankrupt is because it is located in the middle of the city, if only this was a hotel on the outskirts of the city this hotel would definitely be just a memory. However, for events and meetings, it is still very worth it.

The atmosphere in the room is very comfortable, the toiletries are complete, the service of the hotel employees is also friendly, making us feel like at home

The room is clean, the service is good, the food (saoan) is all delicious. It's just a pity that there are no Wifi facilities in the hotel & the TV is still an old model (cable TV) so I don't feel at home in the room
