I had stayed at Swiss Belhotel in different regions servals times , This is the first time I stay at kendari, and the best experience overall. Herdin welcomed me with his warm smile at the front desk. It feels like coming back home . He upgraded me to deluxe room which really made my day , what a birthday surprise? The room is spacious , clean , got all I needed. Also , I appreciate experience of having breakfast at Swiss kitchen, every staffs are cheerful and willing to help . I love the variety of food and drinks provided. May I express my sincere appreciation to the hotel team for their excellent performance , especially Herdin’s professional service. We are sure we will come back, highly recommend to everyone.

For Kote Kendari sizes, this hotel can be classified as a decent hotel. Not too special but provides basic facilities of a hotel that are relatively adequate. Unfortunately the location of this hotel is less favorable because of the relatively far from the bustle of town centers.

It was a pleaseant experience to stay here, the room is comfortable, i am staying with family, the pool is long in range but quite short in deep so nice for the childrens but overall is nice to have some laps, the food is okay, some foods is good, some foods is quite hard to chew, but not to bad. The hotel staffs is nice and helpful

I had a wonderful stay at the PlazaInn Hotel. Only stayed 3 nights in Business room and very clean. All the staff from reception to restaurant were really friendly. the location close to everything. Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The breakfast each morning was really good as well, and i could each eat on my own schedule. Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness and service were there as expected I would certainly stay there again next time :)
