AAnonymous UserThe breakfast is decent. The location is also good, being only a 2-minute walk from the Bandung Convention Center. There are plenty of dining options nearby. However, the room is a bit small and noisy.

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, but unfortunately, the facilities are a bit lacking. There's no hairdryer in the Deluxe room, and there are very few power outlets, which makes it quite difficult to get things done. The hotel lobby also had a slight unpleasant smell, which could perhaps be improved with a diffuser.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable, and housekeeping is prompt and thorough. The staff are warm, polite, and provide excellent service. There's also a small garden behind the hotel with banana and jackfruit trees.

VVenisya ViolettaThank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :)
But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it.
Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore.
Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

MMarizukachanLove the room. The lounge room access is worth every penny. Breakfast is delicious and delightful. Need another improvement to their little detail. My office desk seems to lack of power. I can’t charge anything. All sockets are broken. Coffee barista need to learn how to brew. Seriously it was bad. Once i wanted a bacha coffee for my breakfast, they charged it. Lounge food need more variety.

AAnonymous UserWe had another wonderful stay at Mason Pine, and once again, it did not disappoint! This has definitely become our family’s go-to hotel whenever we want a comfortable and hassle-free getaway. 🙏🏼
We took the Whoosh from Jakarta, and Mason Pine’s free shuttle service picked us up directly from the station and took us to the hotel in only around 15 minutes. The return transfer was just as smooth and convenient.
One of the things we love most about Mason Pine is how many family-friendly facilities they have, and they’re not just for show—they’re all active and enjoyable for the kids. The swimming pool is HUGE, and the kids’ pool is also incredibly spacious, complete with a fun slide that the kids absolutely loved!
The food selection was varied and delicious, and the service throughout the hotel was spot on. Every staff member was so friendly, warm, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We also really appreciate the convenience of the location. There are several cafés and a supermarket just across the street, so sometimes we’d order GoFood, grab some drinks, or simply enjoy coffee and snacks at one of the cafés across from the hotel. It makes the whole stay feel very comfortable and easy, especially when traveling with family.
A special thank you to Mas Nova, who took care of our transfer back to the Whoosh. We unexpectedly had to change our return ticket to an earlier time, but the team was incredibly accommodating. We were still taken to the station immediately after check-out without having to wait around or deal with any hassle. Everything was handled so smoothly!

Mason Pine is definitely our family’s go-to hotel. We always feel comfortable here, and we’ll definitely be back again! 🙏🏼

AAnonymous UserThe complimentary amenities were stored in a cupboard out of sight, which made it seem like they were trying to cut corners. Usually, 5-star hotels display their amenities prominently in the bathroom, like above the sink.
Also, the hot water in the bathroom was barely lukewarm, never reaching a proper hot temperature.
And for the price, having to pay an additional 50,000 for valet parking was disappointing. You'd expect a 5-star hotel to offer complimentary valet service. In all my stays at 5-star hotels, this is the first time I've been charged 50,000 for valet. It really comes across as if they're struggling to cover operational costs.

BBrandon AndreasThe hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

GGuest UserIt was our first visit to Bandung, and choosing to stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was one of the best decisions we made.
We were delighted to receive two connecting rooms on the 10th floor, offering stunning views of the golf course and the Bandung city skyline. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.
A special thank you to the Guest Relations team, especially the two ladies (I believe their names were Isiah and Cia), who kindly arranged a takeaway bento breakfast for us at 3:00 a.m. before our Ciwidey trip. Their thoughtful gesture and excellent service made our stay even more memorable.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bandung. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!
