I have stayed at chain hotels many times, and chain hotels are as good as ever. The sanitary environment is more secure than other non-chain star hotels. The only drawback is that you cannot earn Marriott points.

The interior and the room is so beautiful, large and has the perfect vibe for feeling luxury, the bathroom supplements, favilities provided and cleanliness is good too. The most impressive thing was we booked for three people each room and a third foldable bed was ready from their end.

Hotel location is excellent, close to airport and right beside Magneto mall. Staff and service are great, no complaints there. Rooms and furnishings are good. Improvements have been made to partition out the bathrooms, which is commendable.

The experience was good with Mayfair. The staff was very helpful with everything the food, the sight seeing,boat house were amazing specially the morning breakfast with huge number of multi cuisine.and special thanks to miss jaya who helped us with everything that makes our day even more special 💖

Very good service. Polite and helpful staff. Location is on the highway connected to Raipur and Naga Raipur. Restaurant downstairs serves good food and one of fav restaurants in Raipur.
