.......mi stayed one night, in transit from Lamezia. Despite the modest approach of the first, the small hotel Dreams of Gold Airport is really great. The staff is very helpful to get a good breakfast. The price of the hotel is excellent, the price of the b&b. The treatment is very decorative from three-star hotels with all the comforts. I will surely return to it.

We travel a lot - our stay in Gerace, in the Albergo Sant Anna was beautiful. Hotel in top location, beautifully equipped, tip top clean. Simon has excellently cared us; he was super helpful, has given us great recommendations. So again a warm thank you very much to Simon and Mary of Martin and Sabine.

The sea is visible from the balconies, but in the distance))) to the center of the town 5-10 minutes on foot. Large territory of the hotel, rooms ok for Europe, large balcony. In the morning, an average Italian breakfast. Without pickles, but everything is tasty and healthy. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking girl at the reception. Instant check-in (despite the fact that I booked the hotel 15 minutes before), free parking, explained everything and oriented on the ground. It was very cool! I'll be back))) but only in the off-season))))

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per un viaggio di famiglia,purtroppo solo una notte,ma torneremo sicuramente. Il personale è veramente gentile. Abbiamo dormito in una suite,molto comoda e spaziosa,camere pulite e colazione ricca di scelta ed abbondante. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Personale gentilissimo, ma... Al nostro arrivo abbiamo ricevuto una stanza al primo piano... La stanza presentava un po' di polvere, inoltre il sifone della doccia era sopra il wc e non vi era nemmeno una tenda che dividesse l'area wc con doccia dal resto del bagno. Su nostra insistenza siamo stati spostati (il giorno dopo) al piano terra, ove le stanze hanno il bagno ristrutturato. In questa stanza non funzionava il frigo che perdeva acqua, ma almeno avevamo un bagno degno di questo nome. Al mattino personale gentile ci accoglieva per la colazione, tuttavia poco dopo le 08 non vi erano già più croissant al cioccolato. Inoltre per la colazione salata vi era soltanto prosciutto e formaggio a fette (ma o trovavamo una cosa o l'altra) ed il pancarrè non poteva essere piastrato per mancanza di apposito strumento.

Ein Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof und unmittelbar an der Hauptstraße, also ideal zur Zwischenübernachtung. Positiv anzumerken ist auf jeden Fall die Freundlichkeit des Personals, sowie die Parkmöglichkeiten an der Rückseite. Man geht vom Parkplatz zum Hotel durch eine Art Tunnel, trockenen Fußes und sicher, doch dann kommt die Treppe. Es gibt zwar einen Aufzug, der für das Untergeschoß jedoch für Gäste nicht nutzbar ist. Das Zimmer machte einen etwas abgewohnten Eindruck, es ist aber sauber. Die Betten sind einigermaßen bequem, allerdings ist der Fernsehempfang defekt. Selbst der Rezeptionist konnte daran nichts ändern. Das Restaurant ist sauber und macht einen guten Eindruck, die Speisen sind sehr gut. Allerdings, der Ober brachte uns die Getränke und das Essen - und das war's. Es wurde weder abgeräumt, noch kam jemand, um sich nach weiteren Wünschen zu erkundigen. Dafür war das Frühstück ausgezeichnet mit sehr nettem Personal.

Our recent stay at the Solmaris Tropea exceeded our expectations. The Solmaris is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It is newly constructed. Our room was refreshingly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. They offer an excellent breakfast assortment. The location is perfect—about a seven-minute walk to the village, with many restaurants and activities. The staff went above and beyond to answer every question even before we arrived. We want to thank Maria and Chiara for always going the extra mile to make our stay at the Solmaris a most memorable experience. We highly recommend the Solmaris Tropea and look forward to returning someday.

Excellent position close to beautiful via Marina with old giant trees, elegant corso Garibaldi, the Harbour hidtofoils peer to Messina and the foremost interesting archeological museums with the impressive statues of Bronzi di Riace. The rooms are spacious and clean with nice bathrooms. The location is quiet and the staff is kind and supportive. There is also a small and good restaurant to solve the needs of a quick tasty dinner. The hotel claims four star but there are some doubts because of absence e. g. of courtesy slipperies and bathrobe, the non convenient location and unavailability of electric sockets ose to the bed nor USB ports.

Great hotel located in a strategic location at the beginning of the longshore and near the city centre and the museum (where you can see the famous Bronze of Riace). Breakfast is absolutely to be improved for quality and quantity of products and for too tight hours (up to 9.30 from Monday to Saturday and Sunday to 10). ****new of the reception was a great suggestion for things to do in the city and surroundings.

Suitable for self-driving tour, located on the hillside, breakfast and dinner are very good.

Abbiamo trascorso cinque notti in questo albergo e ci ritornerei. E' centralissimo, personale gentile, colazione, seppure servita in una bella terrazza al 6^ piano, insoddisfaciente. La parte dolce quasi immangiabile.. Al Sud è un peccato!! Camera non grandissima, ma confortevole. Il bagno lascia un po’ a desiderare per la rubinetteria.

The hotel all in all was great. The staff were kind and accommodating. The room I booked(423) was a junior suite. But it had this funny smell when coming into the room. But it was nice and spacious and had a really expansive bathroom. We switched to the room opposite (401) and it had a great sea view. Especially love the curtains surrounding the bedroom area! And the blackout curtains were great if you want to sleep in. The bathroom in this room was not as large as the previous room but it was charming. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. But if you want hot food you need to pay extra. The air conditioning was not up to par with what I expected. It only goes down up to 22.5 and for me that’s still warm to have a cozy night’s dream. But that’s just me. It’s near the high street and the famous gelato shop! They do have siestas so most of the shops are closed from 3-7 pm. Try the ADDUMA restaurant near the hotel. It’s fantastic! The hotel’s restaurant looks fabulous during the night. And you can go out to the terrace and enjoy the wonderful sea view with night lights lovingly encompassing the Lungomare Falcomata.

We spent two nights in this property, it is the third time we have stayed here over a ten year period , even though the hotel is only 4 star it does not disappoint , checking is efficient and friendly as is the baggage and valet park service . The room reflects the hotel being spacious ,modern and very lean , facilities are as expected with excellent connectivity. The bathroom is supplied with pump action toiletries and medium quality towels ,water pressure is superb .there is a complimentary breakfast which is only adequate , salads options were lacking and replenishment of some items was poor ,most of the staff were were very pleasant however we remember the the breakfast being much better on our previous stay . Externally there is a large pool good access to the beach and plentiful sun loungers there is also a spa which we felt was overpriced. In short we enjoyed our stay but are not certain if we would return .

Ho prenotato questo hotel per me,il mio compagno e degli amici. Camere ottime,raffinate e l’hotel si trova proprio vicino al centro di Tropea,comodissimo. Mi sono sposata e ho utilizzato anche questo hotel come location per prepararmi: il personale è stato gentilissimo,ha accondisceso a tutte le mie richieste e sono stati tutti disponibili. Ho potuto fare le foto in questo hotel per prepararmi e lo consiglio vivamente. Inoltre è molto tranquillo e il buffet della colazione è ricco di prodotti freschi e preparati al momento. Grazie a Valeria è Carmela e a tutto lo staff per la loro gentilezza e cordialità. Sicuramente l’anno prossimo ritorneremo per un’altra vacanza!

Where do I start! What a lovely holiday we had as our 1 year old girls first holiday! Beautiful location. Hotel and rooms all modern and clean! The cleaning staff/gardeners are non stop here, never miss a spot! Things we found handy with a baby- communal iron, washing machine and tumble dryer for 5 Euros each, heated family pool with lots of shade, microwave and lots of fruit on offer. Fridge in bedroom. Travel cot on arrival. We went on a trip to Pizzo via the hotel shuttle, it was 10 euros per person, really quick to get there and spent a lovely few hours walking about the town, trying Tartufo for the first time. Although there is limited activities for a baby to get involved in, there is so much on offer here all day. We particularly enjoyed the sundowner (beautiful sunset) and the family parties. The walk to the beach through the woods is beautiful and lovely and cool! Bring insect repellent though as you will get bitten! The food is excellent, very tasty and plenty of variety, pasta/pizza/meat/fish/vegan section and even a gluten free area. The one thing that made this trip with a baby was the staff! Every single one of them paid our daughter so much attention, giving her sneaky snacks and balloon gloves to play with. Special mention to Angela, Marek, Jay jay, and francessco who she loved and were so welcoming! If you can learn a little Italian it goes a long way in being respectful and showing a bit of effort, staff really appreciate this! You will likely need to change up a little ones routine if British as meals/activities are much later in the evenings as part of Italian culture. We did struggle a little with this and it limited our evenings, however this was a small price when taking a baby aboard See you again next year, from Dan, Katie and Florence

I was in this hotel a few years ago, and this time they gave me a newly renovated, large, comfortable room with bed and comfortable couchs, where I had a very good rest. The bathroom was also wide and comfortable, breakfast included ok, but you can enjoy the bakery (payable, in this case). Very nice staff. Surely recommended

We have stayed at the Palace Hotel many times as we visit family in the area. It is consistently outstanding! The hotel was renovated in the last couple of years and it has only improved with that effort. The hotel, view of the sea, and location are all excellent. However, it is the truly friendly staff that distinguishes every stay. From reception to the wait staff, they are all friendly, smiling, and helpful. A great choice to stay if in Catanzaro Lido!!
