The hotel offers free shuttle services to Narita Airport, Narita Station, and AEON Mall Narita. The surrounding environment is comfortable and quiet. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with a large bathroom, bathtub, and vanity – everything is very clean, hygienic, and comfortable. Everything was great, except for the air conditioning, which is seasonal. I stayed in early November, and the heating was already on, which is why it was so hot. When I called the front desk, they said it was a central automated system and couldn't be controlled. They offered me two solutions: a fan or opening the window. The fan arrived quickly, and I opened the window. And wow, it actually felt like air conditioning, just a small bit! However, there was some outside noise. Oh well, it was just for one night as I had an early flight. Everything else was perfect.

Brilliant stay here. Took longer than expected to extend my stay, think the front desk employee needed more support to understand my request. Breakfast included, tried 3 different restaurants across my stay. The more popular ones are more popular for a reason: they have more choice but beware of longer queue times, especially if you want to get into the parks for opening. View of the parks was great, you can see so much and the monorail goes past too! Super location for the parks, down the hill and across the road and you’re at the monorail. Dont bother waiting for the shuttle bus up to the hotel from the station unless you have luggage, mobility issues or do not walk to walk a single step further (you will wait more time on the bus than it will take you to walk).

Our first stop in Tokyo! We took a direct bus from the airport right to the hotel entrance. Check-in was very quick, and the front desk staff spoke fluent English and provided excellent service. They asked if we were Hilton members, reminded us about breakfast times, and offered to help bring our luggage to the room. We stayed two nights and visited both Land and Sea – taking the monorail back and forth every day was absolutely delightful. When we checked out, getting to our next hotel in Shinjuku was a bit complicated for transfers, so we booked an 'airportor' service to deliver our luggage. We left our suitcases at the hotel front desk at 9 AM, and by that afternoon, while we were still shopping at Skytree, our bags had already arrived at the next hotel.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, with many buses running to and from Narita Airport. For those on a tight schedule, you can drop off your luggage at the hotel directly after arriving at the airport in the morning. The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained, the front desk staff are very enthusiastic, and the breakfast is good.

The hotel is newly decorated and clean, the room has enough space and offers endless sea views. We chose a room with an open-air bath. It was very relaxing to enjoy the private bath while admiring the sea and sky. The staff at the counter were very polite. Although they couldn't communicate in English very well, they tried their best to help using translation software. We paid extra to enjoy the Ama-no-Yu, the scenery was just as beautiful. The purpose of vacation is to treat yourself well!

A hotel shuttle is available from Maihama Station, just be sure to check the schedule. You can also walk to the hotel from Maihama Station. It's incredibly convenient for visiting Disneyland. The hotel rooms are spacious, and complimentary toiletries are provided. From the balcony, you can even see Cinderella Castle. The hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor, and it has a fantastic Disney atmosphere.

The room was excellent, very clean and quite spacious. The hotel staff were very attentive and even upgraded our room for free, accommodating my two daughters and me. The location is convenient, with a free shuttle bus to the subway. Within a 10-minute walk, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants near the hotel. Tokyo Bay is just a 5-minute walk away. The outdoor scenery is beautiful. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

So convenient! Whenever I have an early flight from Narita, I always choose to stay at this hotel the night before. It's just one train stop from the airport, so I don't have to get up too early in the morning. The hotel is also very affordable. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent hotel for transfer both inbound and outbound. Shuttle bus schedule to the Narita/ ANA Crown Hotel is one the value-added services offered by the hotel. In-house facilities such as gym and restaurants are also available. Breakfast is one of the must you have no reason to miss. Here I want to put down my special notes of hearty thanks to Mr Yasuhiro and Mr Nakamura who worked so hard to get back my biking bags in time from Yamato Express. Without their great enthusiasm and dedication on this, I might have to reschedule my flight, rebook my hotel fort my onward journey to Shanghai China. Thank you Mr Yasuhiro and Mr Nakamura for your combined support making my biking journey in Japan a true PERFECT one ! Thank you Japan !

The room was quite good and comfortable; as a frequent hotel guest, I can be a bit picky sometimes. Cleanliness and a refreshing, comfortable feel are key, and this hotel delivered. It's also very large with convenient transportation.
