"We arrived at the hotel at 6:00 PM that evening. The hotel's exterior was stunning from the first glance. The cozy lobby, with its warm yellow lighting and powerful heating, was truly welcoming. The female staff was incredibly friendly and explained everything in detail in fluent English. They even gave me a brief tour of the hotel. The hotel has a free water dispenser with large bottles for self-use. Toothbrushes, combs, and other toiletries are available at the self-service area for self-service. The green light in the hotel elevator was a bit odd 🤣. The hotel is designed like an apartment, with four rooms on one floor, and an open-plan layout. Anyone who's watched the Japanese anime ”We Are the One” will understand. The hotel rooms are spacious. The double room was perfectly spacious for a 29-inch suitcase. Perhaps due to the airy, spacious interior, even with the heater on in the winter, it still felt a bit chilly at night. The room was clean, with an industrial-style design, wooden tables, and comfortable lighting. The bed was large and perfectly firm. There was a tablet with information about the hotel and nearby attractions. This hotel is affiliated with the Fukuyama Oriental Hotel, so you can use the hotel's large public bath. While it's less than a minute's walk, it was quite cold and irritating to walk out in winter wearing only a yukata. The bathhouse is clean and comfortable, but small, with only four bathing spots. It was quite crowded that evening at 8:00 PM, so there was a slight queue. The hotel is also close to the famous Onomichi Ramen, a 6-7 minute walk away near Fukuyama Station. The line was about 10 minutes, but the food was delicious and I felt warm and satisfied afterward! The hotel's breakfast was delicious, with several options for food and drinks. I chose a hot dog and hot coffee, which was delicious. It was a shame I had to rush to a schedule, otherwise I could have stayed longer at the hotel and enjoyed it. A great experience! I will definitely be back! Next time I'll definitely have a drink at the hotel bar 🍺"

Very grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs. Lovely staff with excellent English.

I picked the hotel for the location, this year my remit for hotels was to be as close to the beach as possible. The entrance is pretty spectacular, a shop and a cafe on the ground floor. There is a gym and an onsen (I couldn't go in as I am covered in tattoos - this is a normal rule in the onsen's. If you have tattoos and are not aware of this you should be travelling around Japan) There are multiple restaurant's on different floors. Hands down the best was the sky lounge on the 23rd floor amazing views and a selection of food either buffet style or an a la carte menu. I need to come back to sample the other restaurants, staff were very helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Amazing location not too far from the city and the peace museum, there is a taxi rank outside the hotel my trip this morning to the station was so easy, taxi door to door. If you go I urge you to walk around the island as well wonderful views with little sandy areas to sit and relax.

The location is incredibly convenient. The airport shuttle is right downstairs, and you can directly access the JR and Shinkansen stations from the second floor. Shopping and getting around are super easy. The hotel service is excellent. They have a happy hour every night from 5-7 PM with half-price drinks, and you can even order sushi and tempura at reasonable prices. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

It is one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan within the similar price range and same facilities (without onsen/public bath). The room is spacious and there is a sky lounge and complimentary drinks for guests to enjoy every night. The staff also speak English which is a bonus for English speaking guests. The location is convenient and you can see the a bomb site from far from the hotel and walk to the shopping street.

The servicev of this hotel is unspeakable. I was there with a friend for the Shimanami Kaido, but Got a nerve trapped and had to rest. I booked a single Room for a night but later decided I needed 2 nights for recovery. I had to change Room from a double to a single Room - and the reception made it clear to me that I had booked for 3 nights 1 + 2 nights - not alterer the original booking from 1 to 2 nights. I made it clear i Only needed 2 nights as my friend returned. The hotel Said itcwould be ok - but when I looked at my bank account 3 nights were charged. When I mentioned that to the reception they Said they did not do a refund - but I would rater have used my Room for a pieceful night of sleep and so would my friend than being ripped of by a greedy hotel.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, but it is a good place to rest on vacation. The hotel staff is attentive. As soon as the self-driving tour arrives, the staff will push the luggage cart to greet and help. It feels very good. The welcome products are distinctive and the check-in procedures are detailed and efficient. The hotel lobby self-service bar, 24 hours coffee tea and savoury products, there is a red, white, sake test machine for experience, 10 pm more than an hour, a light supper Japanese curry rice. The public hot spring environment and quality are not lost. There are indoor and outdoor hot spring pools. The hot spring dressing room supplies are slightly less intimate and complete. The dressing room environment is narrower than expected. The hot springs are not only available for hotel guests. When visiting, they are used as noon. Many local elderly people pay to use the hot springs together. Due to too many people's relationships, it affects the experience. It is too discolored. The whole journey has only gone to a public hot spring once. Fortunately, the hotel has two paid private hot springs to choose from. The decoration style is black and white. The environment is better than the public hot spring bath area. The charge is 50 minutes as a one-time period. An appointment is required to make up for the shortcomings of the public hot spring. Four people stayed in a special room type for three days and two nights. The room was very satisfied with the horizontal decoration, comfortable and spacious, with a terrace sea view and a must-have environment. The hotel's stay package includes two meals in the morning and evening. In terms of meals, dinner only provides French dinner, high quality, unique taste, paid meal and wine selection and cost-effective, but the two-night dinner has been defaulted to French, there is no other or Japanese dinner choice, slightly lost choice and monotonous loss of color, As for the hotel's Japanese breakfast is not a buffet form, a single Japanese breakfast, no coffee bread, light and healthy taste, slightly inferior to the average Japanese hotel breakfast, this point is the most disappointing. Overall, hotel services and environment are still a must. . I hope that the restaurant will provide more choices and it will be impeccable, and it is still highly recommended ☺️☺️

LiVEMAX RESORT MIYAHAMA ONSEN OCEAN

We had a wonderful time enjoying the onsen bath, recliner lounge, ocean terrace and beautiful view from our room (Note: trip.com booking of lowest priced room with sea view is not correct as the room is located at the lowest level and you only see trees before the ocean. We need to pay extra to upgrade the room to a better view). There's a private onsen bath tub in the room too. They also provide free coffee, popsicle sticks and yukata at the lobby. Dinner and breakfast has a reasonable spread but most food (especially the fried ones) are pre-cooked and cold. So they don't taste as good. The location is high up the hills. It's not possible to get a bus and then climb up with heavy luggages. The best way is to take a taxi, so be prepared to pay the price.

Stayed for three nights, sleeping at night is still very quiet, the bedroom is well ventilated, there is no smell, but I feel that there is a problem with the drainage of the bathroom on the 3rd floor. When I enter the third floor, I smell the smell and the smell is heavy. Access is also convenient, 1-200 meters, there are convenience stores and electric railway stations, walk to the original explosion point more than 1 km!
