It is very clean and spacious. with around 10 mins walk to Saitama shintoshin station. it connected to shopping center, supermarket and movie theater. Great choice if you are looking for staying away from the loud and busy city.

While it's located at Urawa Station in Saitama Prefecture, it's incredibly close to Tokyo, and the transportation is unbelievably convenient. It's an old hotel, so there are traces of an old resort hotel. The facilities are old, but the interior is nice. There is a hot spring on the premises, which guests can use. There are no shops nearby, so we ate at the restaurant in the hot spring facility. It's inconvenient if you don't have a car, but you can get there by bus from Shinrin-koen Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. You can also get to the Fukaya Hanazono outlet by bus, so it's a good place to enjoy hot springs and shopping relatively close to the city center.
