The hotel is good. Room is clean. I think the staff tried their best to improve the quality.
Location is a bit far away from city center, but given that karakol is a small city, it is acceptable.
What is not acceptable is that the wifi didnt work on the day I arrived (I was on roaming). There was no notifications in advance even if they knew it before I checked in.
Finally, the staff shared his personal hotspot, which is only accessible on the 1st floor.
If you consider to book, I suggest to check with hotel staff in advance about the wifi.
