Location: Situated on the banks of the Ural River, right on the border between Europe and Asia. Accommodations: A 5-star hotel featuring 194 rooms, including standard rooms and long-term apartments. Amenities: Known for its outdoor rooftop pool (one of the best in the city), an indoor pool, a gym, and a spa. Dining: Home to Dolce Vita, a well-regarded Italian restaurant, and a popular pizzeria.

The environment was excellent, the facilities were complete, and the location was superb. It was the most satisfying hotel of my trip to Kazakhstan. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

This stay was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and comfortable, with a warm and elegant decor. The front desk and service staff were very welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel is also very conveniently located, close to restaurants and attractions. I'd stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area for business or leisure!

The room is actually ordinary, the hotel has already left the Marriott group. In the Atyrau area, this hotel is probably good (not staying in other Atyrau hotels, so it is uncomfortable to compare). Breakfast is quite diverse, the gym is very large, a lot of equipment (but this time the trip was too saturated, and didn't manage to do) 😁.

The location is convenient, close to the airport and the convention center, but there aren't many shops or restaurants nearby. The room itself was decent, and surprisingly quiet despite being close to a main road. However, the front desk staff were quite cold, and I had to remind them multiple times to clean the room. Breakfast was nothing special, and the two times I ordered dinner from their restaurant, the dishes were disappointing.

Good service! We have to drive a long distance at the next stop. We want to prepare breakfast very early. We agreed very readily and did it.

It is quite normal for one night, but not more. The sanul is clean, the water is hot, the minimum set of cosmetics too. The bed is clean. The air conditioner is better not to include, it smells like sewerage (without the idea of how it is possible). Breakfasts are scarce and somehow cooked. For the first time in Kazakhstan has eaten so unpleasantly. Coffee from a can with a plastic spoon. No greenery. And not clean dishes, a bucket with food waste. The smoking room on the first floor distributes this frivolous smell of smoke to the whole floor. In general, the lobby looks beautiful, and then everything is tired.

Atlau is a city with low prices, with third-rate facilities and fourth-rate management of the hotel.
