Hotel Palma is perfectly located close to the city centre and Porto Montenegro. The staff was very friendly and could not do enough to help. Breakfast was excellent, with varied, plentiful and fresh offerings. The room was small but sufficient and the shower was very good. The only thing I would change in the room is the mattress protector, which is made of plastic and made a noise everytime you turned in bed. It was a shame that the beach was being worked on and could not be used yet, but it is understandable because the high season had not started yet. The hotel is in a quiet location.

The hotel is very clean and surrounded by a commercial street. You don't have to worry about food and department stores, you can buy everything, including luxury goods and perfumes. It is unexpectedly comfortable. The scenery is even better when the sun is shining. The hotel's breakfast is buffet, and you can occasionally encounter cats. Although the cats in Montenegro are basically wild, they are very friendly. What's even better is that someone will come and ask you if you need coffee. The price is much cheaper than one&only. The sea view rooms on the fourth floor have balconies and are connected together, which is very suitable for traveling with friends. In general, I am very satisfied. If I go to Montenegro next time, I will still go here!

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, though there is no drinking water in the room and in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are not a buffet, but to order. You can order whatever you want, and they will cook it for you if the kitchen has all the products. The staff is excellent, they will help with everything. They checked you in for free 6 hours before check-in time;)

Fantastic location right on the front. Very helpful front desk and nice breakfast. The issue is the hotel is very old and the rooms really worn out with tired furniture and fittings. Shame. It’s desperately in need of a refurbishment.

This is simply amazing. This hotel is one of the best. Absolutely amazing. I wanted to come back just because of the hotel. There's a wonderful beach across the street with great sun loungers. The hotel has an excellent spa. Breakfast is 10 out of 10. I rarely write reviews like this. Absolutely amazing!!

Yes, it is a new hotel. Everything is new, untouched. A large comfortable bed with good linen. The room has everything you need, it is spacious, there is a French balcony. A large bathroom with a huge shower, where it is very comfortable to wash. It is a 5-7 minute walk to Port Montenegro. Nearby, I would even say below, there are shops, food and cafes. But! There is one but! During our stay, renovations were ongoing! The noise did not allow us to sleep well and stay in the room from 8:30 (9:00) in the morning until 16:00. It was unbearable. I asked, begged the staff to do at least something, because I was on vacation, but they did nothing. Nothing at all. Already at check-out, for some reason, they offered me dinner as compensation. And what were you thinking before that? Why do I need dinner when my flight is in 2 hours. The staff, of course, is friendly, polite, but they do not know how to solve problems.

Booking this hotel is that it feels attractive to face the sea on the cover, but it is actually an apartment in an upscale community that has not been completed. Open the balcony window or build a project. Relatively difficult to find this hotel. The room facilities are still very new and clean, but the location is far from the old city KOTOR in the city. There is only one restaurant in the community to provide dining. The first time I didn’t know that the hot water had to turn on the hot water by myself. I asked the front desk to know. The result was more than 2 hours before waiting for the warm water to come out. It was midnight. This hotel is not because of the cover attraction, I will not book there. Booked for two nights and wanted to unsubscribe for one night without consent. If you drive by yourself, you can live without caring about the environment.

Circle a place by the seaside hotel where you can swim safely. The bar by the sea is also in the hotel, and you can eat on both sides. But you have to pay the bill on the same day? Can't hang up the house account, saying that you have to clear the account every day? The rooms are average and dilapidated, but they are basically average over there? At the beginning, the door lock of the room was broken, and it couldn't be locked from the inside. I found the front desk and changed to another room. It seemed to be an accidental upgrade? In the afternoon, I asked the front desk to help call a taxi, but I didn't call for half an hour. Is the attitude of the front desk not very good? Breakfast is very mediocre, with few choices. WIFI is sometimes not available, and it is not as fast as moving overseas 4G. Except that the environment is satisfactory, everything else is average. Will not live again next time. Will change to another place.
