I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite impressed overall. The property is well-maintained, and everything from the lobby to the rooms was exceptionally clean and inviting. The housekeeping staff clearly does a great job keeping the place spotless, which added to the comfort of the stay. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room service. I ordered food to my room, but unfortunately, the quality didn't meet my expectations—it was bland and lacked freshness. Because of this, I found myself exploring other dining options and ended up eating at various nearby restaurants instead, which turned out to be a better experience. Despite the food, the hotel itself was pleasant, and I would consider staying again—just with different plans for meals.

I don't know why there is a DoubleTree by Hilton in a small city like Toluca. I don't think the location of the hotel is good, the opposite is the ruined building, which is in sharp contrast. There is Uber in the city and it takes about 15 minutes to the city center. The hotel may not open some facilities such as swimming pool to save money. But the environment is still good. Location is good as well as a large shopping mall SEARS on the opposite side just takes walking around 8 minutes. Simple and clean, and RF is a restaurant in case you don't want to take ride to the downtown.
