Was definitely a stay in won't forget (Unsatisfactory!).
From the moment service starting whilst checking in another guest quite innocently was returning their key card as requested by a staff member was rudely brushed off, this set the tone for the majority of the further interactions from staff.
Secondly i was having issue processing payment for a food delivery from an outside vendor and even though we kept ourselves off to the side of other guests we were met with a unwelcoming tone and unwilling to assist from reception staff despite a polite request to offer a solution.
Thirdly I paid for late checkout at the point of checking in with the reception as I was aware I would require to sleep late as my visit meant quite a late return to the room from the previous night only to be awoken at the regular checkout time by unaware sanitation crew.
My conclusion even though this is my 2nd stay with this Hotel (1st being during ongoing renovations) I shall not find myself back as this location. Very unsatisfactory service considering the cost for a 2 night stay
The hotel was excellent. You could see the Windmill Museum from the window, and it was super close to the train station, just a stone's throw away. The room environment was also great and very quiet. The front desk service was fantastic; the ladies were warm and attentive, and even with poor English, communication was perfect. We stayed for five consecutive days.

Clean, comfortable bed, a bit tiny if you have big stuff. Wireless charger doesn't work very well, I used USB cable instead.
Showers cabins and toilets are just like ones of those at swimming pools, so it's okay.
The hostel doesn't seem acquainted with trip.com, so they charged me the whole amount a second time, but normally I got refunded.
Enjoyed my stay at the CityHub here in the centre of Rotterdam; the facilities were cleaner than originally anticipated, the staff were friendly, and the room was spacious. Ideal for couples and solo travellers, would highly recommend it if you are considering booking a stay here.
the staff was very friendly and very helpful. I called the hotel contact number for help after realizing I lost my small handbag somewhere. They collected my contact details right away and promised to look for me and contact me as early as possible. They called as promised even though my handbag wasn't there. Their dedication and kindness and professional service are so much appreciated!
All is good, the only improvement is there is no hairdryer on the bathroom, which is quite normal in a hotel industry. Perfect location near the metro station, restaurant and to central station
Preparing for a cruise, the Nhow Rotterdam Hotel boasts an excellent location, right by the cruise terminal. This makes transportation incredibly convenient and getting around effortless. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. A truly great choice!
The hotel parking lot is large and convenient.
The room is clean and relatively spacious overall.
The hotel breakfast is slightly simple, mainly bread and eggs.
Hotel is niets mis mee. Helaas waren wij er op het verkeerde moment.

Very Good
GGWNDYThe hotel is nice, clean with quick service at the front desk. Our booking was denied by the hotel due to the amount we should pay directly to the hotel is more than the trip.com's confirmation. The hotel would deny our entry if we did not pay the amount in their system. Thus we paid in and file a complaint to trip.com. In the end, we get the bonus point worth the difference we paid to the hotel from trip.com. I hope, trip.com will be more careful when comes to payment confirmation in the future to avoid the same situation.
GGuest UserNice hotel, good location. We rented a suite for a combined business and pleasure trip. Hotel is rights above a supermarket. Be careful!! Supermarket delivery trucks keep you from sleeping at night. Also Internet connection not working. Strongly recommend to not stay here. At least not when you are expecting a good night sleep.....Only poor excuse was offered. Friendly staff, just noisy rooms. Stay away!
DDee SparksConveniently located just 15 minutes from both the train station and the main shopping district, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the area. It stands out as one of the better options in its category, offering comfort and excellent service.
The staff are a true highlight – friendly, attentive, and responsive to all enquiries. A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression.
One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience.
Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.
GGuest UserThe amenities is perfect, but service is really bad, I can’t quite believe this is service level of 5 star hotel. Working staff directly open my door at morning- TWICE, while I’m literally sleeping… there is definitely a system that you can check whether guest checked out or not right? How can it be possible to just open the guest’s door to see if they already left or not? That’s just plain rude and kinda ruin your mood

GGuest UserThe room was decent but unfortunately the window was right above the entrance as everyone is smoking right under it, so don't think about opening the window.
We arrived and there was a sock on the smoke alarm, went downstairs to notify reception and another customer told us it had been there when he stayed days back. Clearly people smoking in rooms, but we couldn't smell it much so that's a plus. The reception staff came to take it down swiftly but it should have been caught way earlier by the cleaning staff!
The bathroom was nice. WiFi worked great in rooms as well.

GGuest UserThe hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things.
The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨.
One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel.
The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋
