The room is quite nice and clean, and the service is great. However, the elevator is a bit dodgy, and the building's staircase is generally in poor condition.
The hotel is in a great location between Auschwitz and Energylandia. It is a really nice hotel. Unfortunately, they are not so good at keeping it clean. In the 5 days we were there, they didn't even manage to refill the toilet paper in the room. We had to do it ourselves.
There is a restaurant below the hotel and our room was right above it. Loud music played in the garden until 11 p.m. You would have thought the music was in our room, it was so loud. Otherwise, the room was really big. The fridge in the room was also very loud, so you couldn't sleep. We turned it off.
The breakfast buffet was OK. I've seen better ones, but also much worse ones.
You can see that the hotel is a bit old. But overall, it was good for the price.
When I booked the reservation there seemed no choice for a single gender room. I thought maybe they will arrange so in fact, but I actually got a mixed gender room. This should not be blamed on the hostel of course because I did not confirm that when I checked in. So this is an advice for the future clients that if you want a single gender room, make sure to ask for one when checking in. Otherwise you may get a stinky room after waking up.
Overall it’s a nice place. It’s within walkable distance to all attractions (for me). The view on the street was also very nice!
The hotel was pretty good. Had all the amenities that we needed. They had a water refill station which was better than bottles of water. The service staff was friendly. There was a gym and sauna that you could also use. Super value for money. Only con was that it was a little far from the toursity spots, which was okay for us since we explored the city for the whole day. would recommend
Since we were traveling as a family, we needed a triple room, and this hotel happened to have one. An Uber from the airport cost about 62 PLN, and from the hotel to the Old Town, it was around 27 PLN. There's a bus stop called Mehoffera a 6-minute walk from the hotel, where you can take bus 130 directly to Galeria Krakowska Shopping Mall, the main station, and the Old Town, taking about 20 minutes. The location is excellent.
When we checked in, they told us we were staying at the Premier Krakow Hotel next door. The room was spacious and very clean. Bottled water was provided daily, and the room was warm and comfortable. The service was fantastic.
There aren't many dining or shopping options nearby. The closest is Diamond Kebab, about a 7-minute walk, which was pretty good.
If you prioritize great hotel service, high value for money, and are okay with being a 20-minute journey from the city center, then this hotel comes highly recommended.
The room has nothing to say, must live in the black suite, other room types are just like. There is a party on the first floor of the hotel on weekends, which is open until 2:30. It is very disturbing to the people ... If you care, be careful to book.
The location is excellent and the staff are quite attentive. The beds are generally quite basic. In fact, mine broke when I tried to get up (room 103). Luckily, there was no problem getting another room for the last night. But in that very room, one of the two beds also had a missing slat from the bed frame (room 204). That's when I discovered that the shared bathrooms are super different depending on the block of rooms you're assigned. There's quite a lot of noise in the hallways, and the hot water runs out quickly during peak hours.
Although it's called an ”Aparthotel,” there are no cooking facilities or a fridge to keep things cool. Only instant coffee and tea ***** at reception (and this is free).
Overall, it's fine for the location if you're going on excursions or leaving early for the airport, but it's not excellent in terms of quality.
The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
That if, I advise the person who stays: I'd better not go with big bags. :) More than anything because the boat is in a pedestrian area, and from the street footwear you have to descend stairs to the river to access the boat.
1891 Hotel Garni had everything we required for our trip to Krakow. On the doorstep of all that the Jewish Quarter (Kazimierze) has to offer and a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town.
Lovely modern and fresh hotel. Rooms are of a good size and standard. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
Breakfast was plentiful, although very busy each morning.
We had a lovely lunch in the restaurant which was excellent value.
Nice hotel with modern design but unlucky the room was too warm for us and AC seems not working. Asked the front desk to check, but no one came and they asked us to wait since they will adjust it from the system but nothing’s changed.

Amazing
SSiraI absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.
PPierre-HenriThe hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
The indoor play area and the swimming pool are most.
I recommend this hotel for a short stay.
GGine GuyThank you for such a lovely and comfy stay with the outstanding service from the receptionists to the maids, the chefs, the staff, and the mechanic. All my needs and wants fully served perfectly. See you my second home in Krakow❤️❤️❤️
PPatience MadamombeLovely hotel, The hotel has to decisively deal with the stench at the entrance emanating from the septic tanks dotted around the entrance driveway.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station.
Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift.
Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!
AalbertltThe location was the best, right next to main station, big shopping mall, and tram stops. The room was modern ( it is either very well maintained or recently renovated ). The breakfast was great. It even provide juicer machine where you can make fresh juice by yourself (choices are: apple, carrot, beetroot). Something that I rarely see even in five stars hotel. The most amazing is the hospitality of the staff. We received welcome wawel chocolate during check in and polish pretzel during check out. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ola for passionately explaining the major tourist attractions in the city ( seriously, you have the talent to become a tour leader ;-) ). Also not to forget special thanks to Anita for recommending local polish restaurant and offered welcome chocolate. Both are amazing staff and I can feel their sincerity when serving guest, so make sure you treat them well Mercure, they are your assets :)
GGuest UserI really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!
GGuest UserNice hotel on the outskirts of Krakow. 10 minutes walk to the train station, from where 7 minutes to the airport. The room had water, a kettle, tea and coffee. Nearby, across the road - McDonald's.

EEdgar Aguilar DiazFive star rating 😊
The room was cleaned and tidy, and had a modern decoration. The staff are all accommodating and very helpful in providing you information about the City (krakow). Most of the stuff are very friendly and I almost felt I was home the way I was accommodated and treated.
Overall, I highly recommend the place. Superb experience😊👍🏻🫶🏻
