Paul_JA very good hotel in a great location. The only downside to the hotel is the proximity of the bars and night clubs with loud music going on till the early hours of the morning (6am to 7am). The outside noise didn't affect me but my attention was drawn to it as in the room by the bed was earplugs.

Excellent location, friendly staff, and great services! I even tried the gym and the spa (small but tidy and well-equipped).
The bar was a bit pricey though; I paid 10€ for a cappuccino and a slice of cake.

Good hotel with a large room.
Service could be improved, friendliness, and at the reception, you're not allowed to ask questions; the answer is that you can look online, etc.
We're used to it differently from other 5-star hotels.

The room was nice, small but compact.
TV was mainly Polish channels, but CNN and Euro News was available.
Shower wasn't brilliant (poor head of pressure).
Lack of facilities as you enter Lobby - save for a couple of seats in reception, the only other area was the bar which was open at restricted days/hours.
Expected room to be cleaned daily, however, this has to be requested.
Tea/Coffee very limited,basic - no coffee machine.
Wardrobe had few hangers, but rest of room did have enough drawers and places to pop things on.
Ordered Taxi at reception 'special taxi' @ 80 Zloty, only to find the Taxi driver wanted 130 Zloty at airport arrival.
Clearly this was a bad mistake by the hotel and left us a little stressed, though in the end git charged 80 Zloty.
I would put the overall experience as 3 to 3.1/2 rather than a 4*

This hotel isn't just close to the Christmas market; it feels like it's right inside it! The location was absolutely perfect, and it's super close to the bus stop too. As for amenities, it was simple, as is common in Europe, with no toothbrush, but I was grateful for the body lotion, especially for my dry winter skin. The shower pressure and temperature were both excellent. Plus, there were cute dwarf statues in front of the hotel building!

Perfectly located with many trams right in front of the door. Good soundproofing of the windows. Confortable beds and everything clean! Extensive breakfast buffet! One point of decline there is no ahorn syrup ;)

rach_tThe hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.

Guest UserWhat can I say a gem of a hotel within easy walking distance to the town square, the staff were warm and welcoming, the room we had was a deluxe double that overlooked a church and was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, the only negative and this is very minor we struggled to find the entrance at first on arrival not realising we needed to go down an alley way at the front of the building. Thanks for a lovely stay we would not hesitate to use this hotel again 🥰

Stayed one night for business and the hotel exceeded expectations on every front. The location next to the cathedral is genuinely impressive — quiet despite being central, which is rare. Room was spacious and well-thought-out, the sofa setup worked perfectly. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. The industrial-chic design feels intentional rather than trendy. Sky bar is worth a visit even if you're not staying long. Would book again without hesitation for future trips to Wroclaw.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment-hotel. It’s located right in the heart of the market square, making it perfect for exploring the area. Despite being in such a central location, it was very quiet at night and I was able to sleep well. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. I was especially glad to have a washing machine available, which made my stay much more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and great location!
