I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The location is absolutely unbeatable – it’s only a 200-metre stroll to the main market square (Rynek), putting you right in the heart of the action, yet it's tucked away just enough to ensure a quiet night's sleep. Given Wroclaw's historic centre, I was really worried about parking, but this hotel made it completely hassle-free with secure and easily accessible on-site parking – a rare luxury in this area! What truly set this stay apart, however, was the staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to their genuine recommendations for local restaurants, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A flawless stay combining convenience, comfort, and top-tier service. We will definitely be back!

The location is perfect. And the breakfast is good. It would be better is the hotel can care about the details, for example, no sanitary bad was refilled and the body lotion provided is stuck and the lotion cannot come out from the bottle. Anyway, the hotel is recommended

The hotel service is quite good. The front desk greeted them warmly and politely. The room service was OK, but the room facilities were a bit loose. The breakfast was OK.

This hotel isn't just close to the Christmas market; it feels like it's right inside it! The location was absolutely perfect, and it's super close to the bus stop too. As for amenities, it was simple, as is common in Europe, with no toothbrush, but I was grateful for the body lotion, especially for my dry winter skin. The shower pressure and temperature were both excellent. Plus, there were cute dwarf statues in front of the hotel building!

Honestly, not too bad a stay considering it’s near the station (walkable or a stop via tram). Only issue I have was that I was staying in room facing the main road where the tram runs and it was sooo difficult to sleep cos I could hear everything (windows shut). Aircon wasn’t the best either. It was kinda warm and took very long to cool the room. The heat wave didn’t help either. Amenities wise, I tried the sauna, it was unmanned, but considering it is probably not v popular, I didn’t mind it. I quite like the peace. Staff was v nice to help turn on the sauna at off peak hours too.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Altus Wrocław. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the design is absolutely beautiful — luxurious, elegant, and truly “wow” from the moment you walk in. The interior details are impressive and give a very high-end feeling. The staff were friendly, warm, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. All of the amenities feel premium and well-maintained. The room itself was fantastic — stylish, comfortable, and very well equipped. Another big advantage is the location. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it very easy to travel around the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Wrocław!

The hotel is located near Wroclaw's historic district, in a quiet and atmospheric neighborhood, making it very convenient for visiting Cathedral Island, the Old Town, and taking strolls along the river. The building exterior has a stylish design, and the interior blends modern industrial aesthetics with warm lighting. The lobby, restaurant, and public areas are all very photogenic. The room was spacious and tidy, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. The bathroom facilities were well-appointed, making for a very relaxing stay. The front desk service was professional and friendly, and check-in and inquiries were handled quickly. The rooftop sauna, lounge area, and river views were a definite plus, and the breakfast selection was quite extensive. It offers both a holiday feel and easy access for city exploration, making it suitable for solo travelers, couples, or weekend getaways. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Wroclaw.

Despite being in such a central location, it was very quiet at night and I was able to sleep well. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. I was especially glad to have a washing machine available, which made my stay much more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and great location!
