Przestronne, dobrze wyposażone pokoje (miałem 2: dzienny i sypialnię) z klimatyzacją i aneksem kuchennym. Pozytywnym zaskoczeniem było żelazko i deska do pracowania, a także ekspres do kawy na kapsułki i czajnik. Bardzo dobre śniadanie i miła obsługa. Super, polecam!

Take the train from Airport and arrive at Warszawa Śródmieście railway station, walk up the stairs and you see Polonia Palace hotel! We are so happy and in luck! We arrived at 9 am and the room is ready for us! This is record breaking check in time! Room is perfect with a window view of Palace of culture and Science. Room is clean and very spacious! Breakfast is very good! Service is excellent! Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Pros: The hotel maintains an impressive level of cleanliness throughout its premises, making it a comfortable place to stay. Additionally, the restaurant offers delicious food with a good variety of options, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Free parking if you are lucky. Cons: Unfortunately, the staff at the hotel are quite rude, which detracts significantly from the overall experience. The location is also somewhat inconvenient, as it is situated on the outskirts of the city. However, it is a practical choice for those needing close proximity to the airport.

If you are looking for convenience and comfort in Warsaw, this is the place to be. Location & Accessibility The location is simply perfect. It is a mere 5-minute walk from the Central Railway Station (Warszawa Centralna), making arrival and departure incredibly stress-free. Furthermore, the hotel serves as a great starting point for sightseeing; it is a very pleasant stroll away from the Zygmunt’s Column, the Presidential Palace, and the Royal Castle. The Room I stayed in an Executive Room, which was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean. The room offered wonderful views of the city, providing a great atmosphere to relax in after a long day of exploring. Amenities & Service Breakfast: The morning spread was comprehensive and delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Staff: The reception team deserves a special mention—they were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. Veredict: Whether you are in town for business or leisure, I highly recommend Hotel Metropol for its unbeatable location and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

I only stayed one night (and did not have breakfast) but overall a great experience. Friendly and efficient staff, amazing gym and spa, and great location (with fantastic view from my room).

I booked the hotel, cause I had previously stayed in it overnight to go to the airport. Was given two single beds and fell off one whilst sleeping. So i specifically booked for a king size bed on this trip, only to arrive and be told they had single beds made into a double bed. I ended up settling for the room that smelt better and bed seemed more sturdy, Intial floor I was on smelled like sewage, same with the room. Previously stayed in the other golden tulip, so I kept comparing experiences. Breakfast was just there, hot meals options were limited in some days and others you had to order off a small list of options. Because of language barrier, I engaged mostly on need led basis, but still all the times I walked passed the reception I Just kept getting akwards stares from the receptionist, no hello, just long awkward stares, I get that from random people on the street, but I didn’t expect that in a place where I am paying to stay. The only good encounters were from the housekeepers.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Has a restaurant at the first floor with nice choice of dishes. Loved the gym! Lots of exercise machines with good options. Enjoyed the shuttle ride to the airport, very professional and convenient. Will definitely stay again.

Location: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded. Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings. Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch.

⏱️3D2N Summer 2026 Conveniently located at the city center inside Varso Place (Tower) with easy access to Warsawa Centralna Train Center & public transport i.e tram, buses and metro. There is a huge shopping center within 5 mins distance from the hotel. Old Town is 15mins away by bus from the hotel. Hotel room 1419 is spacious and I especially like the design of the bathroom. Everything is nicely and appropriately provided in the room, also loving the toiletries they have provided (scent of Rosemary & Ginger) with detachable hair dryer! ✨ Front desk staffs are welcoming & you may opt to pay additional 150zloty for early check-in (which I didn't as I used them to explore the old town 😬). The rooftop bar however is closed when I was there, so another option is pay for Warsaw Highline to see 360 deg Warsaw city.

The front desk service was excellent, and they offered complimentary fruit. There's a Vietnamese restaurant about 50 meters away, and an Asian snack street just 100 meters from the hotel. Plus, there's an Audi supermarket nearby, which is great for shopping. It's a really convenient and good place; I'll definitely stay here again next time I need to catch a flight.
