"This is my second time staying here. It's a good hotel with attentive staff, and it's clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all the plumbing works. The location is super convenient, close to the Old Town, Biedronka, milk bars, and Forum Shopping Center. It's a 20-minute walk from the train station. It's the perfect option for a few days' stay to explore and get around."
GGuest UserSuper super good location, direct in the most important street of old town, 1 min by foot to the Neptune’s fountain, other sightseeing places we can also go to there by foot. Very clean and super big room. Very friendly stuff.
Just one thing, there is no swimming pool, no sauna. Spa includes only massage.
YYeva_shineUnfortunately, our experience at Radisson Suites Gdańsk was disappointing. The staff felt quite unfriendly and even rude at times. Any request or small issue we asked for was met with zero willingness to help or find a solution. It honestly felt like there was no sense of hospitality at all, which was surprising for Poland, where people are usually much warmer.
The hotel itself is very standard, nothing special for a Radisson property. Since our room didn’t have a water view either, there was really nothing memorable or enjoyable about the stay. Overall, not a place I would choose again
GGuest UserThe hotel is very conveniently located, which is definitely a plus. However, there are several issues that prevent it from truly living up to its five-star rating.
At check-in, we were not informed that parking was paid. As a result, after three days of stay, we were required to pay a rather significant amount at check-out, which came as an unpleasant surprise.
The rooms are generally comfortable and well equipped, but in the bathroom there were noticeable uncleaned areas and fingerprints on the faucets, indicating that housekeeping was not done thoroughly.
I would also like to specifically mention the breakfasts, which were a complete disappointment. From a five-star hotel belonging to an international chain, a very different standard is expected. The food was not fresh and appeared dried out (see photos), the selection did not change from day to day, there was almost no pastry, desserts were limited to just two items, and there were no vegetarian options at all, which seems strange for a hotel of this level.
GGuest UserConvenient location. Bus, tram, and train right on your doorstep. Lidl in the basement! Parking in the underground car park is easy, but the €11 price is a bit steep... but it's safe! Awesome breakfast! Highly recommended. The gym is showing its age, not bad, but not good either...
The only real drawback... the ladies who clean the rooms are ”very, very perfunctory.”
Otherwise, highly recommended!
VVivian tripThe hotel's location in the Old Town is fantastic, right next to the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, making it super convenient for exploring the Old Town. On the flip side, it's a bit of a distance from the train station, which could be tough if you're lugging suitcases, especially in heavy snow.
The breakfast selection was decent and quite tasty.
We were given a connecting room, and I specifically mentioned my concern about potential noise. Luckily, our neighbors were quiet, and we didn't hear a peep at night. The room itself was quite spacious, but I felt the chaise lounge took up valuable space. It would have been perfect if it were replaced with a small round table and two chairs.
There's a kettle in the room, but no complimentary water. I couldn't find a water dispenser on the second floor, and the one in the gym wasn't working. Other than that, everything else was great!
EElenaLonAmazing hotel right in the heart of the Old City. Everything is just around the corner. Beautiful views from the rooftop bar (and amazing cocktails, too). We have experienced impeccable service, I am very impressed with how friendly and attentive everyone has been. Our room (accommodating family of 3) was very spacious and so clean, everything was new. You can select your pillows if you like and get extra toiletry items from the reception. I would absolutely come back as this was truly a great one night stay!
SSalmonsAndrewI had an excellent experience with the service and location. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the overall environment felt professional and modern.
MMarcello&RoThis hotel is convenient for the train station but not for the city center. The room and hotel design are minimal, with uncomfortable beds and pillows. There were no toiletries, slippers, or bathrobes in the room, and the mini-bar was empty. The sauna area was poorly maintained and unsupervised; I had to go up to the reception to buy slippers (20 PLN – see photo). I’d like to point out that in all 4- or 5-star hotels with wellness areas, I’ve always found slippers provided in the room as standard.
AAnonymous UserA nice hotel simple and clean. Great location: right across from the airport, just a 5-minute walk. A great option for a late arrival/early departure. The staff was very polite and check-in was very quick which was especially helpful after a long trip. The breakfast was good
