Minus - no slippers in the room, no water in the room. The refrigerator is off when the card is extracted.
Pros: There is a parking, to the beach 5-7 minutes walk, normal breakfast. Welcome, polite staff.

In my opinion, a very successful hotel is located in the heart of the city on Red Street. The hotel has a high level of service and comfort, a bar, a couple of restaurants, a small gym with cardiot equipment and not better ventilation, a swimming pool and spa. The rooms are spacious and light, noise insulation 🔥, high-quality white and comfortable pillow and mattress. Breakfast is very decent, on the weekends are served hot.

At the moment - this is the best hotel in Sochi (except of course Mantera Supreme). Everything here is at the highest level - a beautiful lobby, great renovation, designer finishing of the rooms, the cleanest territory, a 24-hour restaurant with a high level of service, excellent value for money, breakfast - this is the best I have seen in the WORLD! In general, I am just slightly shocked by how well everything was done in Russia. From fitness to breakfast. Sea view, the sea is nearby. In general, I am thrilled.

Good hotel,correct 4 stars! It is nice to drive on the funky and to settle in a large bright room with a very comfortable bed! Breakfast with a view to the mountains will leave no one indifferent! The food is delicious and diverse! We are satisfied!

For us minus is the absence of the balcony, but we knew they were not here.. windows are clean, opened and fixed for ventilation !!

Good hotel, friendly staff. I was lucky with the room, given a space (reservation for two people), went to the neighbor, much less. Apparently here who is lucky under the conditions. Tomorrow, the snack will be suitable, the portions are small, comfortable that until 11 o'clock, you can sleep quietly. Fresh repair, good plumbing, warm floors everywhere

Very good hotel in a wonderful location! My room was on the 2nd floor with a view to the forest. Also on the 2nd floor is a perfectly equipped gym. The bed Mega is comfortable, there is a safe, a refrigerator, a table, TV.
Very warm in the room, I opened the window in November for clean air.
The rope is located 100 meters from the hotel, tickets are better to take at the hotel, goes slightly cheaper by 250 rubles
The hotel has a massage chair of Yamoguchi , for 600 rubles it is possible to relax 20 minutes.
I didn't like breakfast in another hotel across the bridge. But breakfasts themselves are very delicious: tortoise, nuts, humus, pancakes, chestnut, cheese and a lot of different things!

ССергей КашинThe only hotel that creates the atmosphere of this place. No, there is no high-level charm. Take away this hotel, this is an ordinary mountain peak not suitable for tourism. Thank you for creating a comfortable atmosphere as there is nothing to do on the mountain. Compared to China, this is not a tourist area, but mining stones with a cart on the mountain ... I checked and I have never been to Sochi again.

DDizzyaOverall the perfect hotel located a little bit elevated in mountains, but there is free cable car pass for the guests. The room is huge. High end equipped as well as furnished. The breakfast nice. Would love to stay once more if need to go to this place. But please remember this is not a Sochi :)

GGuest UserОстанавливаемся в этом отеле второй раз, первый раз были в 2021 году. Своевременное заселение. Большой просторный номер из двух комнат, довольно чисто, свежее постельное бельё. Красивый вид из номера, мы были на 5ом этаже. Есть всё необходимое, зубные щётки, гель для душа, шампунь, тапочки, халаты. В холодильнике платный мини-бар. В номере нет чайника, но в коридоре стоит куллер с горячей и холодной водой. Завтраки вкусные и очень сытные, в соседнем с отелем доме. При уборке каждый день меняют полотенца и добавляют гигиенические принадлежности. Выбираешь по меню, в котором отмечаешь нужные блюда, чтобы на утро их приготовили: на одного человека можно выбрать три горячих блюда и 2 напитка. Единственное, что немного расстроило, то это то, что на фото в номере был диван, и выбирали этот номер, в том числе, и из-за того что он там был, а при заселении оказалось, что вместо дивана 2 стула. Так же, в ванной комнате очень не удобно сделана занавеска для ванной, во первых, сама занавеска довольно узкая, а во вторых, штанга, её держащая, выполнена под наклоном, поэтому, как не двигай занавеску она закрывает только часть ванной и вода брызгается за её пределы, хотелось бы, чтобы этот нюанс исправили. Во всём остальном, могу сказать, что отель достойный, чтобы в него возвращаться вновь.

GGuest UserПри входе в отель Вас встречают сотрудники рецепшн, тут то всё и начинается. Тот уровень сервиса и внимательности к гостям сразу говорит о том, что вас ждёт . С первых минут пребывания чувствуешь себя особенным гостем, все пожелания стараются исполнить. Очень приятно удивил такой компетентный персонал в отеле уровня 4 звёзды, будь то сотрудники ресторана, спа зоны или клиновой службы. В номере с красивым видом на горы, идеально белым постельным бельём, удобными матрасом, подушками и пуховым одеялом вы сможете шикарно выспаться. Звукоизоляция хорошая. Соседей не было слышно на протяжении всего отдыха. В отеле есть возможность аренды зонта. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Вечером, после закрытия канатной дороги работает трансфер до отеля. Конечно в отеле есть погрешности требующие ремонта, но всё это меркнет на фоне всех плюсов, что я увидела. Для меня этот отдых был восторгом. Благодарю администрацию отеля и особенно его персонал. В следующую поездку без сомнения остановлюсь здесь вновь.

RRAVILLived one day, in a room without a window. But that's not a problem. The air conditioner worked well, it was comfortable. Good mattress, clean bathroom! polite staff treatment. There's something like a cafe of self-service, teapot, microwave. Beautiful and stylish. In the center of the city. I liked it. A day of 1900 rubles. Fully acceptable! Recommend!

VVALERIIA BORNРасположение отеля супер, на набережной. Правда прямо ко входу не подъехать, нужно немного пройти по набережной, буквально пару шагов, для нас не было проблемой. Администраторы приветливые, очень гостеприимные, максимально быстро заселили, не смотря на ранний заезд. На крыше отеля терраса с красивыми видами. На этаже кулер с водой, утюг. Номер немного уставший, но уборка хорошая, всё необходимое в номере есть. Над отелем пролетают самолёты, слышно сильно, для нас не критично было, мы используем беруши. Из минусов выделю очень плохую шумоизоляцию, слышно всех и отовсюду. Также из минусов отмечу ужасный матрас, как гамак, вдвоём спать неудобно.
