My stay at the InterContinental Jeddah (IHG) far exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely superb, right on the Red Sea coast, and within walking distance of the Corniche. My balcony offered a direct view of King Fahd's Fountain, which was a spectacular sight at night. The room itself was spacious and elegant, with comfortable bedding and excellent cleanliness. The service was professional and warm; both the front desk and concierge were very prompt in their responses. Breakfast was a lavish spread, featuring a great mix of Western, Chinese, and Arabic cuisines. The outdoor pool, gym, and spa facilities are all top-notch. It's truly perfect for both business and leisure travelers – definitely my top choice in Jeddah!

Beautiful clean room with kitchen and washing machine. The breakfast is excellent. Lots of choices. Western food and middle eastern choices. There is a small mall nearby. Walking distance. Bed is comfortable to sleep.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, with an excellent location overlooking the sea, the promenade, and the corniche. I'd like to thank Mr. Marwan for his professional service. We were also happy to receive an upgrade.

This seems to be a newly opened hotel. Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day. Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion. Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available. Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as: • Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely • Providing standard amenities in the rooms • Making water or tea available in reception • Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations.

This is a new, clean, and well-maintained hotel that truly deserves its 5-star rating. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Unlike some other places, the staff do not ask guests for tips, which makes the stay more comfortable and pleasant. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Mashallah tabarak Allah (An expression of awe and praise), this hotel is amazing, I can't speak highly enough of it. I stayed for 4 nights, and it felt just like home. The room size was approximately 25 sq.m., roughly 3x8 meters, but every inch was utilized and well-organized – it reminded me of European hotels 🤍. It has underground parking, a cinema, a gym, quiet co-working spaces, and seating areas between the rooms. It's incredibly comfortable and clean. The bathroom smells and shower glass door is broken, so water flood the place. I was told this is opened in 2025 while on trip.com, it shows 2017, whichever the date, the premise looks ok only the rooms are little sad. The ironing board is cheap quality as the metal is sharp and the cloth covering the ironing board is torn.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and neatness were exceptional, making for a very comfortable experience. The overall experience was excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah.
