GGuest UserThe room was great. Although it seems that economy hotels in Amsterdam don't offer daily housekeeping, which is a bit of a downer, it's manageable. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options.

GGuest UserAfter several business trips, this is by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in. The room isn't huge, but it's very well-equipped, even with in-room speakers. The common areas have hot water, vending machines, and an iron and ironing board, making it perfect for business travelers. The breakfast in the lobby is quite extensive, and they even offer free freshly ground coffee, which is a thoughtful touch. On the second floor, there's a very large common area where you can relax, read, or work. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Stockholm. The staff are also incredibly friendly, and the entire hotel has a charming, nostalgic, retro music vibe.

TTailoritaThe hotel is great and in an excellent location, very easy to get to. The staff are incredibly helpful and assisted us with many questions. They also have lockers where you can store your belongings. Our room was cozy with a fantastic bathroom, and there was plenty of space with comfortable beds. The interior is modern, and the room has everything you need.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely stunning, very close to the train station, right outside the door. It's super convenient for transport, and the surroundings are beautiful. The lobby is grand, and the front desk service is excellent. Breakfast is abundant, the room layout is well-designed, and the bed is very comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel offers an airport shuttle bus, with the earliest one departing at around 3 AM. If you need an earlier ride, you'll need to arrange it with the front desk. It's a great option if you have an early flight. The hotel lives up to the usual Radisson Blu standards: it's air-conditioned, very clean, and offers excellent value for money at this price point. Highly satisfied!

MMandy PuaThe location is very convenient. It took us around 8mins walk from the cityterminalen as we took flygbussarna bus from Västerås airport. 6mins walk to the metro station to go to gamla stan the old town. Room is very clean and the toilet is very big! No water kettle but the cafe provides free water refill and hot water. Room cleaning service is available too. There’s a lot of charging ports at the bunk beds. Good job!

The location was unbeatable — just steps away from great shopping streets, excellent restaurants, and easy access to public transport, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. Many attractions like Nybroviken, Strandvägen promenade, and the metro are within walking distance, so it was incredibly convenient for sightseeing.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, from check‑in to offering local tips. They made me feel truly welcome, and service throughout my stay was consistently excellent.
The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with modern design details that gave it a chic, Scandinavian vibe. While European city hotels sometimes have smaller rooms, everything felt well‑organized and cozy, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night’s sleep.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet — it offered a variety of tasty choices and was a great way to start each morning before heading out to explore.
The hotel also has a lively bar and restaurant downstairs, perfect for grabbing a drink or dinner without going far. The overall vibe of the property was modern and fun, making the stay feel more like a memorable experience than just another hotel visit.

GGangtou1973The hotel is very conveniently located close to Train Stations 41 and 40, falling within the 'Small' transport card zone. The nearby palace is worth a visit if you have some free time. However, upon checking in, a man who appeared to be Indian opened our room door, claiming he was there to perform a hygiene check. My daughter and I were absolutely terrified; it was horrifying. This clearly demonstrates a serious management oversight. Fortunately, we weren't changing clothes at the time. For the rest of our stay, we kept the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door.

GGuest UserI was honestly surprised by the experience, especially considering that this is a five-star hotel.
The air conditioning was very poor and the room was not comfortable because of it. I was also surprised that some basic bathroom amenities were missing, such as a toothbrush, comb, and other essentials that you would normally expect from a five-star hotel. The bathroom itself was also relatively small.
Other than that, the rest of the stay was okay, but overall, the experience did not meet my expectations for a five-star hotel, and I don’t think I would choose to stay here again.
