I don't usually write such lengthy reviews but without a doubt, Z Hotel Sfax has offered the best hospitality I have ever experienced in any hotel around the world which made me write this review. Beautiful rooms and excellent facilities are important, but it's the people who truly make or break your stay—and the team at Z Hotel made us feel like we had found a second home in Sfax. A very special thank you to Chaima, who took exceptional care of us from the moment we arrived. Her kindness, professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine care provided a level of service that is simply unmatched. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. We also want to thank Sanaa from the housekeeping team. She was always smiling, warm, bubbly, and incredibly friendly. Every interaction with her brightened our day. The restaurant staff were wonderful, the security and parking team were welcoming and helpful, and every single member of staff treated us with genuine respect, kindness, and hospitality. You could truly feel that everyone enjoyed making guests feel at home. It's rare to find a hotel where every department consistently delivers such outstanding service. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be returning, and we highly recommend Z Hotel Sfax to anyone looking for not just a hotel, but a place where you'll be treated like family.

I stayed one night in Sfax for a business trip, which was my first visit to the city. The hotel staff was helpful and promptly attended to my check-in. The food and drink were excellent. I will surely return if the opportunity arises.

The price is high, but the overall feeling is good, clean and tidy. But there are still no slippers, toothpaste, and toothbrush. You can have a drink on the top floor. I will stay there again next time.

This hotel is an absolute steal! Staying in a hotel like this abroad is incredibly lucky. It's in the heart of the city, close to the old royal palace, and you can even buy alcohol just steps away in this Muslim country. The rooms have 24-hour air conditioning—it's on as soon as you enter and never stops when you leave. The rooms are huge, and the bathrooms have separate shower and toilet areas. Most importantly, it has an unbeatable sea view—truly relaxing and breathtaking. I would definitely come back to this city just for this hotel.
