Breakfast, staff, hotel… everything was top-notch. I even had some doubts about the location, but we were a 5-minute walk from Tram T1. I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

I stayed at this airport hotel near Sabiha Gökçen for an expensive pric. While the location is convenient and the room was generally clean, there were several operational issues that should be addressed. Upon check-in, the shower pipe in my room was faulty. The staff promptly arranged for a technician, which I appreciate. However, this indicates that rooms may not be thoroughly checked before guest arrival. A simple pre-check process could prevent such inconvenience. There were also no facial tissues provided in either the room or bathroom. This is a very basic amenity that most travelers expect, particularly at this price level. In addition, the hotel does not offer a coin laundry facility. For an airport hotel that likely serves transit guests, this would be a highly practical addition. The staff were responsive when contacted, and I appreciated the availability of slippers in the room. However, improving basic quality control and ensuring essential amenities are consistently provided would significantly enhance the guest experience. I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is excellent, right by Taksim Square, making it super convenient for getting around, and there are tons of food options nearby. Plus, they offer free luggage storage, which is a nice perk. The only thing is I couldn't get the AC to work in the room, and I'm not sure why.

I have stayed at Ramada Plaza By Wyndham Istanbul City Center several times before, and each time I have had the same level of satisfaction. The hotel’s location is very central and convenient for transportation. The service quality, cleanliness, and overall organization are truly commendable. The rooms are always very clean, and the hygiene standards are consistently high. The breakfast is rich and delicious, making for a great start to the day. Most importantly, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff made my stay even more special. I was welcomed with the same level of care each time. I would like to thank all the staff, and especially Mr. Can for his professionalism and kind assistance. This is a hotel I have chosen many times and will continue to choose in the future. I can confidently recommend it.

The hotel is very nice, clean, wide and big room, the reception offered me a free upgrade to a 1+1 room. He was very generous and respectful. Unfortunately I saw him only once and couldn't remember his name. The cost was so good and everything is good. Sometimes i have requested something and the room service took longer than usual made me requested it again, I hope they work on it and improve it. The location itself is good, however there's no near bus station, or metro, as the nearest metro is next to mall of Istanbul and it needed to be reached by taxi. If someone got their own car . Then it will be perfect.

However, for extended stays, it's advisable to inform the hotel if you require daily housekeeping. 6. **Amenities**: No dental kits are provided, and there's no kettle or hairdryer. The toiletries are in small bottles; I didn't use them as I had brought my own. 7. **Breakfast**: Breakfast is quite decent and good value for the price. For those who might not be used to local fare, there are options like bread, salad, slightly spicy potato cubes, fried eggs, and boiled eggs, which are perfectly fine. The ham slices are also good; overall, it's acceptable. 8. **Dining**: An entire floor is dedicated to the front desk and dining area, which also includes a separate smoking restaurant. The à la carte menu and coffee options are quite decent compared to what's available nearby. If you don't mind dining in, the hotel's lunch and dinner are often cheaper than options in the immediate vicinity or city center, offering good value and acceptable taste. 9. **Transportation**: A bus stop is less than 200 meters away, which is very convenient and affordable if you're comfortable using public transport. I didn't see a dedicated parking lot, but it's usually possible to find parking spots right in front of the hotel. 10. **Outdoor Area**: The outdoor area is very pleasant, featuring four open-air tables and cedar trees. It's a comfortable spot to sit outside, especially for smokers. 11. **Laundry**: There's no washing machine available at the hotel. For longer stays, a 5-minute walk will lead you to a BIM supermarket, small shops, barbershops, and laundromats, all with very reasonable prices. 12. **Recommended For**: Ideal for self-driving tourists, exhibitors at the Tuyap Exhibition Center, or anyone comfortable using public transport. Suitable for both business and leisure stays. 13. **Location**: Not in a bustling city center, it's primarily situated in a residential area, feeling quite clean, convenient, and safe. The hotel is a converted residential building, but it's very well done, with a level of quality and comfort comparable to mainstream domestic business hotels. Superb value for money.

I really liked this hotel. The room wasn't big, but it was cozy and had all the amenities. It was quite quiet at night. A huge plus is the tram stop right outside the hotel. You can take this tram to all the main attractions in Istanbul without getting stuck in traffic. The hotel staff are very responsive and always try to help with any issues. I'd like to specifically mention the restaurant. Although the breakfasts were the same every day, they were quite varied. Both adults and children found plenty to eat. The restaurant staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Erguvan (very friendly and with a wonderful smile), Dinger, and the Russian-speaking lady (unfortunately, I don't know her name). In the evenings, there are places nearby to go out for dinner, even outside the hotel. There's also a shop nearby. I definitely recommend it.

The two single beds pushed together worked perfectly for our family of three. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the old city, just a few tram stops from Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern. My husband even used points to upgrade our room, which was a bit more spacious. The hotel also gifted us some desserts – Turkish desserts are truly amazing! The decor has a very opulent, vintage palace style, great for photos. If you love a grand, luxurious aesthetic, you should definitely check this place out.
