Breakfast, staff, hotel… everything was top-notch. I even had some doubts about the location, but we were a 5-minute walk from Tram T1. I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.
I stayed at this airport hotel near Sabiha Gökçen for an expensive pric. While the location is convenient and the room was generally clean, there were several operational issues that should be addressed.
Upon check-in, the shower pipe in my room was faulty. The staff promptly arranged for a technician, which I appreciate. However, this indicates that rooms may not be thoroughly checked before guest arrival. A simple pre-check process could prevent such inconvenience.
There were also no facial tissues provided in either the room or bathroom. This is a very basic amenity that most travelers expect, particularly at this price level.
In addition, the hotel does not offer a coin laundry facility. For an airport hotel that likely serves transit guests, this would be a highly practical addition.
The staff were responsive when contacted, and I appreciated the availability of slippers in the room. However, improving basic quality control and ensuring essential amenities are consistently provided would significantly enhance the guest experience.
I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is excellent, right by Taksim Square, making it super convenient for getting around, and there are tons of food options nearby. Plus, they offer free luggage storage, which is a nice perk. The only thing is I couldn't get the AC to work in the room, and I'm not sure why.
I have stayed at Ramada Plaza By Wyndham Istanbul City Center several times before, and each time I have had the same level of satisfaction.
The hotel’s location is very central and convenient for transportation. The service quality, cleanliness, and overall organization are truly commendable. The rooms are always very clean, and the hygiene standards are consistently high.
The breakfast is rich and delicious, making for a great start to the day.
Most importantly, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff made my stay even more special. I was welcomed with the same level of care each time. I would like to thank all the staff, and especially Mr. Can for his professionalism and kind assistance.
This is a hotel I have chosen many times and will continue to choose in the future. I can confidently recommend it.
The hotel is very nice, clean, wide and big room, the reception offered me a free upgrade to a 1+1 room. He was very generous and respectful. Unfortunately I saw him only once and couldn't remember his name.
The cost was so good and everything is good.
Sometimes i have requested something and the room service took longer than usual made me requested it again, I hope they work on it and improve it.
The location itself is good, however there's no near bus station, or metro, as the nearest metro is next to mall of Istanbul and it needed to be reached by taxi. If someone got their own car . Then it will be perfect.
1. **Recommendation**: A hotel offering good value for money.
2. **Floor**: I'd recommend avoiding the ground floor (which is actually a lower-ground floor upon entering at the front desk). The restaurant is on the same level as the front desk, so it can get quite noisy with the sound of chairs being dragged.
3. **Style & Class**: This is an economy hotel, similar in style to budget chains like 7 Days Inn or Home Inn. The rooms are decent and moderately sized.
4. **Beds**: Single beds are typically around 80cm wide, and double beds are made by combining two single beds.
5. **Cleanliness**: The overall cleanliness is good. However, for extended stays, it's advisable to inform the hotel if you require daily housekeeping.
6. **Amenities**: No dental kits are provided, and there's no kettle or hairdryer. The toiletries are in small bottles; I didn't use them as I had brought my own.
7. **Breakfast**: Breakfast is quite decent and good value for the price. For those who might not be used to local fare, there are options like bread, salad, slightly spicy potato cubes, fried eggs, and boiled eggs, which are perfectly fine. The ham slices are also good; overall, it's acceptable.
8. **Dining**: An entire floor is dedicated to the front desk and dining area, which also includes a separate smoking restaurant. The à la carte menu and coffee options are quite decent compared to what's available nearby. If you don't mind dining in, the hotel's lunch and dinner are often cheaper than options in the immediate vicinity or city center, offering good value and acceptable taste.
9. **Transportation**: A bus stop is less than 200 meters away, which is very convenient and affordable if you're comfortable using public transport. I didn't see a dedicated parking lot, but it's usually possible to find parking spots right in front of the hotel.
10. **Outdoor Area**: The outdoor area is very pleasant, featuring four open-air tables and cedar trees. It's a comfortable spot to sit outside, especially for smokers.
11. **Laundry**: There's no washing machine available at the hotel. For longer stays, a 5-minute walk will lead you to a BIM supermarket, small shops, barbershops, and laundromats, all with very reasonable prices.
12. **Recommended For**: Ideal for self-driving tourists, exhibitors at the Tuyap Exhibition Center, or anyone comfortable using public transport. Suitable for both business and leisure stays.
13. **Location**: Not in a bustling city center, it's primarily situated in a residential area, feeling quite clean, convenient, and safe. The hotel is a converted residential building, but it's very well done, with a level of quality and comfort comparable to mainstream domestic business hotels. Superb value for money.

I really liked this hotel. The room wasn't big, but it was cozy and had all the amenities. It was quite quiet at night. A huge plus is the tram stop right outside the hotel. You can take this tram to all the main attractions in Istanbul without getting stuck in traffic.
The hotel staff are very responsive and always try to help with any issues. I'd like to specifically mention the restaurant. Although the breakfasts were the same every day, they were quite varied. Both adults and children found plenty to eat. The restaurant staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Erguvan (very friendly and with a wonderful smile), Dinger, and the Russian-speaking lady (unfortunately, I don't know her name).
In the evenings, there are places nearby to go out for dinner, even outside the hotel. There's also a shop nearby.
I definitely recommend it.
The two single beds pushed together worked perfectly for our family of three. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the old city, just a few tram stops from Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern. My husband even used points to upgrade our room, which was a bit more spacious. The hotel also gifted us some desserts – Turkish desserts are truly amazing! The decor has a very opulent, vintage palace style, great for photos. If you love a grand, luxurious aesthetic, you should definitely check this place out.

Great
XXiaowen31Pros:
1. The breakfast offers a mix of traditional Turkish breakfast and Western options, with a great variety of cheeses and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
2. Although the room is small, it's very tidy and clean. It gets cleaned daily, and the bed sheets are changed every day.
3. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Yedikule Fortress and Marble Tower, and only an 8-minute walk to the sea.
4. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with schools, making it very quiet.
5. The hotel's Wi-Fi is super fast and never lags.
Areas for improvement:
1. It would be great if there was an airport shuttle service.
GGuest UserWe had a fantastic three-day stay at this hotel in December with my parents. The location is excellent: within walking distance of the main attractions, and although it’s situated near the Grand Bazaar, it’s surprisingly quiet.
The hotel is very clean, and we were kindly upgraded to a Triple Deluxe room after the air conditioner in our original room wasn’t strong enough. The upgraded room was spacious, bright, and spotless.
We chose to have dinner at the hotel restaurant every evening because the food quality was outstanding, and Ozgur took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. Having access to the spa included in the price was an amazing bonus. Our daily routine was perfect — sightseeing until around 8–8:30 pm, relaxing at the spa until 10 pm, and then enjoying dinner at the restaurant with a breathtaking Bosphorus view until midnight. It was incredibly relaxing.
The staff were all exceptionally friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant view is truly stunning. We especially appreciated that on our first night, when we arrived at the restaurant close to midnight, we were still able to order a full meal without any issue.
Overall, a truly memorable and relaxing stay — we would happily return and have already recommended the hotel to friends
GGuiBoThe hotel, room and staff are great!
There is something that honestly brothered me.
Anything bought at the hotel bar had a 10% mandatory service charge.
And this 10% does NOT go to the empoles who are there serving, but to the hotel company.
Does not seem fair
AA.Twiceit was fantastic weekend. We came for concert, but found this district very cute: a lot of specialty caffès, local cousine, friendly people.
Waiter helped us to schedule our last day – we left our bag on reception and went for lovely walk before went to the airport.
Place is nice, restaurant on 5th floor where we had a good breakfast, also has a nice view. Will be back ;)

LLouisa WallaceThe hotel is really nice and room is so comfortable and clean. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants to try Turkish or Italian food, as well as yummy room service. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the hotel is located in walking distance to a beautiful palace and art gallery, as well as the tram which gives easy access to the attractions of the city. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserExcellent stay with family here for 5 nights. Cant fault anything as the staff was good and the facilities great especially the inside swimming pool that we enjoyed. Good location an close to transport and metro.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It's a relatively short downhill walk from Karakoy Metro Station (Line 2). Most of our travel needs were covered by trams and buses. The hotel is very close to Galata Tower, and there are many small restaurants nearby favored by locals. From our room, we could see the mosques and bridges of the Old City. While waiting to check-in, the hotel offered us a local specialty drink, sahlep. Our room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was very prompt. The front desk staff, Setit Taha, was incredibly helpful, showing us the bus routes. Yusuf also assisted us by checking if the mosques were open for visits during Ramadan. These gestures made our trip a wonderful memory. Thank you very much!
IIrylechkaThis is a good chain hotel, and the price perfectly matches the quality of services provided. My room was quiet, and I slept wonderfully! The linens were clean, new, and white, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, the towels were also good, and the hot water was genuinely hot. As for toiletries, there was only shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper. The air conditioning worked perfectly; I set it to heat since it was cold in February 2026, and the room warmed up in about 10 minutes. There was also tea, coffee, and two bottles of water. I recommend this hotel; it's ideal for layovers between flights.
GGuest UserGreat appartments, wonderful facilities around the hotel compound. Found the cleaning staff in particular to be very helpful and friendly, specifically Sebahat and Nurgyl. When I noticed that the bedroom window was a little dusty they very cheerfully went and got everything needed to clean the windows there and then and they did it with a smile. Lovely to see and thank you!
