A beautifully decorated room, a wonderful restaurant, and friendly staff. That's where the positives end. Now for the negatives, and there are more. 1. The location is simply terrible. There's nothing nearby; the hotel is located in a remote village. It's hard to understand why anyone would even bother, especially at such a high price. 2. The rooms have fireplaces. When we lit the fireplace downstairs, we nearly suffocated—the smoke drifted into our room for hours, making it impossible to breathe. 3. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery; I deliberately took a photo of the step and almost fell. Rubber mats should definitely be installed in that area.

Lost City Cappadocia Hotel is a bit farther away to the hot air balloon experiences compared to Goreme and at least an hour away from Kayseri Airport, but it is still quite a peaceful area and had a very local feel. We stayed as a group of three in room 202 but 3 of the charging ports in the room didn't work, so I had to charge my phone at the reception with their kind help. The toilet in that room was also a bit odd in that the lid didn't stay up by itself, so when I sat down, the lid also started falling closed. Other than those things, the breakfast was good and it was cool to stay in such a ”cave” setting in a boutique hotel style. Great service too with their help with our luggage and even giving us free cold water while we waited for our airport pick-up. I would recommend this place for those looking for a new experience with cave ambiance. The staff could also speak English, so nothing was lost in translation.

The hotel is located high up in the town, offering a great view of Cappadocia's unique landscape. The surroundings are beautiful, and you can see hot air balloons and the sunrise in the morning. The hotel proactively contacted us via WeChat before our arrival and stayed in touch throughout our journey. Our flight didn't land until 11:30 PM, but the front desk attendant patiently waited for us and even helped with our luggage – very professional! The cave room was spacious and very clean, and it wasn't stuffy like I had imagined. We stayed for two nights, and the bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful; even though there were some items we weren't used to, it was clear they put in a lot of effort. On the second day, they even made Chinese noodles, which was a thoughtful touch and very welcoming to Chinese guests. Our flight back to Istanbul was at 10 PM, and it was quite cold during the day. The hotel not only allowed us to play cards in the lobby but also provided complimentary tea and coffee. We're very grateful for their excellent service. Highly recommended!

A perfect stay experience. The hotel's swimming pool is very beautiful. The breakfast is rich in variety and first-class in taste. The lady at the front desk had a very bright smile, providing us with a good mood for the whole day. The hotel offers airport pick-up and drop-off services as well as booking services for various projects in Cappadocia, which is very convenient.

The only address we always prefer as a family in Göreme. The room facilities, heating and hygiene are always at the top segment and it is very enjoyable to taste the traditional privileges of Turkish cuisine in the restaurant. We ate the most delicious meals in Göreme and the breakfast was open buffet and only bird's milk was missing. The staff was extremely attentive and always helpful. We had a holiday that we said we were glad we came again and that we will not forget. We thank the Anatolian Houses family for everything :)

The location is fantastic, right in the town of Göreme, making it super convenient for hot air balloon rides and visiting attractions. The hotel service was excellent, and the whole place is decorated with great style. Breakfast was also very rich and varied. My only regret is not bringing a swimsuit to enjoy the pool!

We traveled with a group of friends and booked a cave suite. The room was two-story, with the bedroom separate from the living area, offering ample space and kept clean and well-organized. The hotel also provides day-trip tours and hot air balloon booking services, which was very convenient. Overall, it's highly recommended.

Excellent location in the middle of town with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room was spacious with two single beds, and staff were friendly. Only downside was no water on my last morning, they tried to fix it but I had to check out early. Also didn’t get to try breakfast as it starts at 8:30am. Still, recommended for the location.

The hotel is very nice. The room and toilet are large and warm all the time. The services not good. I booked the hot balloon riding in the morning I came inside the lobby for waiting but a man who is reception told me you can wait outside (Hello is so cold why I come inside). I don't understand I pay for the hotel just my room not for the lobby ? anyway when the rider pick up a person for balloon riding in the list that not my name but he say this is your guide tour must go with him but I say no this is not my guide coz I don't have a name in the list , He ask for my room no. and confirm that your tour guide go with him . Finally I go with the wrong tour the rider must to pick me up to the hotel and waiting for my tour guide again . wasting time ..I give only 0 point with the guy reception in the morning if you wanna who is your staff going to check the CCTV in the lobby on 2 Dec 2025 time 6.20-6.45.
