It was nice that the hotel was close to the sea and the city. The rooms were large, very clean and made our trip go smoothly with environmentally friendly reminders. The hotel staff and manager, reception and breakfast room staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. They made possible a trip we will remember. The only drawback was that smoking was allowed in the rooms. Even though it was cleaned with ozone, the smell was permanent.

The hotel is very convenient due to its location. The service quality was ***et good, the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The size of the rooms was ***et sufficient, especially for those who would like to stay alone and for those who want a non-smoking room. It was very nice.

It is said to be the only five-star hotel in Samsun. It is located a bit far from the city. There are trams and bus stations within a ten-minute walk. It costs about 100 lire to take a taxi from the city center.
The bed was very comfortable and you could see beautiful city views, but the area was relatively small. The breakfast is quite rich, probably the best breakfast I have ever had in Türkiye.
The private beach is poor, dirty, and only one bathroom is open, which is quite smelly.

GGuest UserUbicazione non delle migliori, con posizione in una zona industriale. Accoglienza molto positiva, personale cordiale e molto efficiente. Stanza molto grande e con tutto ciò che serve (sarebbe stata gradita una macchina per il caffè). Abbiamo dovuto richiedere 2 cuscini aggiuntivi, poiché non ve ne erano di scorta nell'armadio ed i 2 presenti sul letto erano molto bassi. Abbiamo mangiato al ristorante interno la sera, e ne siamo stati molto soddisfatti.
